Guest Reviews
- Marija (10/5): Excellent vacation in Rome - Location was excellent. The apartment has two bathrooms which is very convenient. The owners let us leave luggage before check-in. Nothing

- Jack (9/5): Very good location, good value - Excellent location for major tourist attractions! It felt clean and we were comfortable. As others have said, there are a lot of steps.
- Kirk (10/5): Great location with two bathroom. - Great location about center of every place. Have two bathrooms.
- Yulia (9/5): Overall we liked our stay in this place and would like to come back. Thank you Cristin. - We stayed for 5 nights in this property and liked it. Location was perfect to walk around the city in any directions, windors are facing the roof on one side and very cute courtyard on another side, so if you are looking for a quit nights this apartment is great. Two bathrooms is plus if you travel with family and we've not had any complains about hot water or water pressure, just the bathrooms need a new shower curtains. Bed and sofa bed are very comfortable and sheets and towels were spotless. Host is very responsive, we asked to add more heat due to cold nights and Cristin did it right away. We would recomend to the host to update pots and cups for kitchen. Also, please be aware that shampoo and papertowel/ kitchen towel are not provided, we had no issue to buy it, but it's inconveniant if you stay for short time.
- Brand-kriegler (10/5): - The apartment was very spacious - a true gem! Dream matress, bathroom and amenities. The kitchen fitted with everything you can think of. Excellent location at the heart of Campo de Fiori. Just loved the market vibe in the day and how at night time it turns into a magical festival. A well stocked supermarket 2 minutes walk away. Nobody should miss the opportunity to stay at Deliziosa.
- Desiray (10/5): Pleasant stay for short-term stays in Rome, Italy. - The location was great - near the square where there were ample food choices and shopping nearby. The food market is available each day in the square. Approximately 20 minutes walking distance to the major attractions. Stairs! Make sure you can climb 4 levels of stairs (in Italy, 3rd floor actually means 4th floor). My sister and I coined the last set of stairs as the death stairs - very steep and short. If you're not very mobile, you're not going to want to stay here.
- Dimitrios (10/5): -
- daniel (10/5): 10/10 - Great location
Host was fantastic. Timely with communication and helpful with all requests. Third floor no elevator

- Parodi (5/5): The apartment was fine, probably not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay there again. We are only there for four days and r - The location of the property the outside of the b&b, there’s a market and it smells like garbage for all the activity during the day. The stairs leading to your apartment or four levels, 60+ stairs and steep, and the stairs are worn down and slippery. It was a struggle after walking around all day to climb up the stairs plus you can hear the upstairs neighbor moving chairs, walk around I think I heard a pee one time there’s not much you could do about it. I think the wood ceiling is also his floor. The main lights didn’t work in each of the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had mold on the shower, curtain the bottom of it and black mold on the top of the tile you cannot adjust the thermostat at all. It’s locked. It’s old it’s Rome. It’s not US standards. I think that’s just what Rome is
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. Situated just steps away from the lively Campo de' Fiori square, we were able to walk everywhere from the apartment. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and felt very welcoming. Having 2 bathrooms is a big plus also! We would book this apartment again.
- Iselin (10/5): Great flat, very kind host - Very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Perfect location. The host very kindly allowed us a late check-out when we became sick and had to wait for a late flight.
- Jacqui (9/5): Great location, cute apartment and very responsive hosts. - Great central location
- Rina (7/5): Great location, nice apartment. The sofa bed was comfortable. - Location very close to Campo de Fiori 3-4 flights of stairs. Difficult with luggage. The stairs so old the risers are angled. DONT book if you are not capable of the stairs.
- Lien (10/5): We really appreciate the cleanliness and the well-furnished additional to the location of the apartment. Thanks for the - The kitchen is very well-furnished, and the washing machine was very helpful Flights of steep stairs made it very hard to carry luggages
- Cindy (10/5): Best location and great host. - The location of the room was perfect. It is in walking distance to all the major attractions and bed was comfortable. There's plenty of room for two people and would be perfect for four as well. We arrive in Rome very early after a long flight and Cris was kind enough to let us leave our luggage and get the keys so we can return at a later time when cleaning was complete. It also poured during our stay there and umbrellas were available, which was a plus! Everything was perfect. The stairs may be difficult for someone older as the last flight does get pretty steep. This was not an issue for us though.
- Kim (7/5): Great location but felt that the cleaning team had not done their job properly. - The location was amazing. It could have been a bit cleaner. Not enough towels were provided and we had to share 2 towels between 3 people for 3 days. The apartment was superficially cleaned but there was layers of dust and hair along the skirting boards and the side tables near the beds had liquid spills on them which had not been wiped up.
- Anita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (7/5): Good location - Steep Stairs, No Elevator - The location is great with a 10-15 minute walk to all of the major sites. The Piazza de Fiori just down the street is fun and lively, but the apartment is just far enough away that it is quiet. There is a market on the piazza almost everyday, with fresh fruit and vegetables, liquor, souvenirs, and sundry. (The best deals happen 4-5pm as they stalls start to clean up for the day)
The pull out bed was stiff, and that is perfect for me, but you may prefer softer. Be warned that the stairs to this apartment are very steep (compared to US stairs), and there are a lot of them.
One problem was that one of the showers (it has two full baths) was very inconsistent in temperature. You set a water temperature, and every 2-3 minutes, the temperature would suddenly shift to really hot or really cold (usually cold), which would last for 30 seconds and then it would return to the set temperature.
- Troy (7/5): The bathroom and kitchen let this apartment down, but the location is good, although it is nowhere near a train station. - Good lively location next to Campo de Fiori, restaurants and shops and close to other attractions. Comfortable bedroom. The shower is poor, you will not get hot water in the kitchen no matter how long you leave it running and there are lots of stairs to get up and down. The kitchen is tiny and cramped and always hot and the adjoining unit is noisy due to the flooring.
- Marion (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - It is in an excellent location. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioners work great. Kept the temperature nice and cool in 30+° heat. The kitchen had most everything but we didn't use it other than for making ice in the fridge freezer. No bottles of water were provided.
It is well kept and the bathrooms are new so that was nice to have. Some suggestions:
What was missing were bars of soap and shampoo for the bathrooms. There was liquid hand soap by the sinks.
We would've liked to make coffee, and there is a regular coffee maker, but when you are only there for a few days, it doesn't make sense to purchase coffee grounds. Would be nice to have a Keurig type of pot.
A small secured safe to keep passports would be great to have in the apartment.
For those who don't like stairs, there are 5 flights and no elevator, so that could be a deterrent for some.
- Sally (10/5): Excellent little apartment, great communication from host, great facilities, excellent location. - Lovely property that was very close to campo dei Fiori and lots of major attractions. A lot of stairs to access it 😂 not a big problem though
- Jeff (9/5): A little gem in Rome - Perfect place to stay, just on the corner of Campo di Fiori. Easy walking distance to all the major sights, The Vatican, Colosseum, The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Novanna Piazza It's a small niggle, but the sofa in the living room is actually a sofa bed so not the most comfortable to sit on of an evening. Also as others have said there are quite steep stairs to the apartment, but not an issue if you are in good health.
- Lingbo (8/5): Very good -
- Toni (9/5): Central and had all amenities - Amazing apartment very close to Campo di Fiori, with plenty of restaurants and a market. Max 35min walking to most of the key sight. Apartment was up four flights of narrow stairs, but our greeter helped with the suitcases. Great to have two bathrooms with teenager. Only downside was it was a bit noisy from the apartment above and the market.
- Adam (8/5): Excellent location for exploring the eternal city. - Perfect location, all the main attractions can be reached on foot and if you are short of power the bus is 200m from the flat.
The closeness to the Campo di fiori makes it possible to eat fresh products every day. Plenty of shops, bakeries and good restaurants around. Very nice host. Leaky windows make outside noises quite disturbing.
Not a pleasant smell from the plumbing but this seems to be a general problem in this town.
- 문 (10/5): A satisfactory accommodation - clean and quiet nothing
- Endre (8/5): Very good - Location, near market and close to transport AC broke down and it was humid. Steep stairs to 3rd floor.
- Jaqueline (9/5): Superb -
- Phil (6/5): Pleasant -
- Orme (9/5): Perfect place and location. The stairs are an issue to consider. - Nice place clean with everything needed. Soap for washing machine and dishwasher. Large comfy bed. AC. Wifi. Perfect location by itself and close to all attractions.. Nice and great communication with the staff. Made us feel at home. Supermarkets close. Nicely decorated.! The stairs are killers. Also high stairs inside the appartment to enter sleeping and bath areas and to enter kitchen. .On the 4 floor. Other than that it would be a perfect 10.
- Angelovic (10/5): Exceptional - good location all OK
- Fadi (9/5): The apartment is so nice, location is a short walk to restaurants, bus stop and other attractions. - Excellent location Nothing in mind
- Gábor (10/5): Charming historic apartment - Excellent location, very well equipped apartment. Good starting point to discover the city. The cold juice and water was great welcome gift. Two bathrooms for a family of four was very convenient. Cleaning should have been more precise, some spiderwebs and dust in the place.
- Antonio (10/5): Excellent stay and the host was amazing helping with our accomadations….would recommend to anyone who want to visit Rome - Clean modern and in a great location Stairs
- Adriana (9/5): Big apartment, very quiet and clean with all amenities - The apartment is big and it comes with all the amenities. We didn't cook; however we did laundry. The apartment was clean and it has 2 showers so if you are more than 2 people this is a plus. The apt is very quiet as its located on the 3rd floor. I had an easy communication with my host and we had someone waiting for us to provide the keys and instructions. The apartment is in a good location, you are less than 50 mts from the plaza di fiori where everyday they set up at market, at night is lively with the restaurants and bars. From the apt is a short walk about 15 min to famous Trasteverse neighborhood. Next to apt is a small convenience store. The bus stops are near, about 5 min walk. We couldn't make the tv work even after following the instructions.
I didn't like to have to take the trash out after I cleaned the place before leaving. Small detail, but important.
- Mary-anne (9/5): Brilliant stay in Campo da Fiori - Excellent location in campo da Fiori, quiet and clean. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The air con in the dining and bedroom work well. Nicely renovated. Easy communication with Christina and Patrice, and great restaurants recommendations. Be aware tho, It is on the 3 rd floor and the last set of stairs are steep, but this didn’t bother me. Thanks Christina for making me feel welcomed and at home
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location and great hosts! they met us at the apartment and made our stay very comfortable as well as gave us advice on what to do and getting back to the airport. highly recommended !!!
- Jess (10/5): Amazing location and nice cold A/C for a summer stay in Rome. - This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing and down a really cute road right off Campo de Fiori. Tons of places to eat and shop nearby and really nicely located to lots of central Rome sites. There were 2 full bathrooms and the pull out couch worked perfect for our young girls to share. The A/C worked great and was amazing for the very hot summer days in Rome. The kitchen was small but served our needs well. The stairs are old stone steps and the final flight into the apartment were steep. If you have mobility issues or huge heavy luggage this might not be the place for you. We made it work and it’s to be expected in Europe, so it wasn’t an issue overall for us (even our young girls - 6 and 3 - did a great job each time).
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional - Location location location. Perfecto. Nice and cool , had every thing we needed.. Two bathrooms was great. Both the main bed & sofa couch super comfortable. Communication from our host was fantastic. The stairs 🤪🤪. We ate a lot of pasta so walking the stairs was probably a good thing. 🤣
- Kelsey (10/5): Exceptional - The location was wonderful for exploring the city. Cristina was a wonderful host and greeted us at the door, explaining all the information for our stay. The last flight of stairs is extremely steep and slippery. My husband fell as we were leaving and ended up with a severe injury that requires a trip to the hospital, and surgery. Be careful!
- Kelli (10/5): Great location!! - It was a perfect location. Wonderful to have two bathrooms with teenagers. Super cozy comfortable. Nothing
- Jun (10/5): Comfortable, clean and spacious place for a wonderful stay in Rome! - Very clean and spacious apartment: both the bed in bedroom and the sofa bed in living room are comfortable. Also, there is a fully functional kitchen, a dining room, and two bathrooms. The host Barbara is very helpful and knowledgeable about where to go, see and eat! She was very kind to have the fridge stocked with bottled water and juice when we arrived.
- Marchida (9/5): Wonderful location nice host. - Location and room was clean and nice. STAIRS
- Angie (10/5): Fabulous apartment in a great location - Great location, very comfortable and well equipped. Host was friendly and really helpful
- Sherry (9/5): Excellent location and very helpful host! - The apartment was clean and very spacious. It's within walking distance to do many sights in Rome. We were able to walk to the colosseum and roman forum, piazza novana, the trevi fountain, the Spanish steps, and even Vatican city and villa Borghese, though those walks were a little lengthy. The hostess Christina was so helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. The climb up the stairs to the third floor isn't desirable but after a few days they weren't so bad.
- Mulcahy (9/5): Superb -
- Viktor (7/5): Good -
- Amit (10/5): Exceptional - A combination of perfect location, great clean fully equipped apartment and a most friendly and helpful host.
- Pamela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wes (10/5): Great apartment in the old Town and conveniently located for short term or extended stay. - Great location just off the piazza! Many shops and restaurants close by. Large spacious, clean apartment with a large firm bed, good shower pressure and washing machine. AC was excellent. 2 bathrooms, both with showers and one with tub made it very easy getting ready in the am. Host was excellent. Prompt replies and very helpful. It is an older building , but the apartment has been updated nicely. However, because it is older and has apartments beside and under it, any louder noises like moving furniture will be heard in the apartment. Nothing that earplugs can't resolve. As advertised, there are a number of stairs and the last flight is pretty steep.
