- Matthias (8/5): Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor citytrip Praag - Het hotel is uitstekend gelegen, op amper 1 km van hart van de oude stad. Moderne kamers en leuke rooftopbar. Ook tram en halte van de AirPort Express bus is vlakbij. Geen opmerkingen.

- Agnieszka (9/5): Nice hotel in the centre of Prague - Beautiful reception zone and restaurant/bar with terrace. Nice staff, clean rooms. :) there were construction noises in the hotel upper floors on Saturday and Monday morning around 8:00 am. I assume it was occasional and we were just unlucky.
- Gabriela (10/5): Very good location, super close to the old centre. - Very clean, comfortable beds, very good that we had separate duvets. It would be nice to have a complementary water bottle in the room upon arrival. Also, a mini fridge would be useful.

- Daniela (9/5): Bel soggiorno con qualche piccolo inconveniente .. - Hotel centrale per visitare la città a piedi , molto accogliente la struttura con particolari di design Moquette in camera probabilmente poco pulita in quanto ho avuto allergia per 3 giorni, tv non funzionante per tutto il periodo del soggiorno ,vista su un cantiere ma probabilmente le camere standard hanno questa visuale , un problema di pagamento con la VISA .. con la stessa con cui era stata effettuata la prenotazione che sarebbe funzionata nel caso di pagamento online, sul loro pos non è stato possibile pagare se non con un’altra carta ..

- Andreas (7/5): Bra läge, fungerar bra för en weekend. - Närheten till gamla satan samt promenadavstånd överallt. Sett till hotellet så är det ett fräscht med en fin takterrass. Rummen är små och det saknas papperskorg, minikyl, telefon, vattenkokare m.m. Tv,n hade mängder med kanaler, men 85% av dem var dubbade på tyska. Tänk på att boka frukost då det inte ingår i hotellpriset.
- Svetozar (9/5): The hotel has everything you need to have the perfect short stay in Prague. Thank you to the staff at reception and brea - Clean and modern. Close to the city centre and easily reachable by public transport. Really cool bar and terrace, where you can have breakfast with a view. The temperature was a bit cold in the room. The hotel had turned off the heating, because summer is coming soon, but when the weather has been 15 degrees all week and not very sunny, only an AC is not going to change much. :/

- Jean-Paul (5/5): Was een topper tijdens mijn eerst 16 boekingen, nu bij de laatste vier alleen maar negatief - Ligging en rooftop bar Personeel is niet meer zo professioneel als in het begin, het draait meer om hun nu dan om de klant! Ik ben al zeker meer dan 20 keer er blijven overnachten en de laatste 4 verblijven alleen maar berg afwaarts met de service, kamers, vriendelijkheid, … ik kom er niet meer, ben om de 3 weken altijd een paar dagen in Praag, slaap nu ergens anders en ga wel nog regelmatig naar de rooftop bar. Voelt als micro management op kosten de laatste 6 maanden…

Review: Disappointing Service and Room Issues We booked a Superior Room with a view, but the receptionist initially gave us a room facing a backyard. When we complained, he insisted no superior rooms were available. It was only after we returned with a Booking.com screenshot of our reservation that he finally switched our room. He didn't offer a single apology for the "mistake" or the argument. The lack of transparency and basic courtesy was very unprofessional.

- Gul Zeynep (7/5): Good location, but the overall experience doesn’t quite justify the price - Cloud One is a great choice if it fits your budget. The location is ideal, central yet away from the crowds. Overall, the experience is very pleasant, and the rooftop bar offers wonderful views, especially at breakfast. Overall, the experience feels slightly below expectations considering the price. The breakfast could be improved, there is a limited selection of meat and cheese, and the pastries could be of better quality. The rooms are clean, but on the smaller side, especially the bathroom, which feels quite cramped.

- Seval (7/5): - There was only one trash can in the room, and it was in the bathroom. There was no trash can in the room itself. Also, we couldn't make tea or coffee because there was no kettle; there wasn't even water in the room, we had to get it ourselves.
