• Laura (10/5): brill apartment - such a lovely place. there was a small surprise left for us to have a red wine as a welcome, which made our day after a long journey. walkable to the old town within 15 to 20mins, very quick responsive host, and I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. N/A
• Chrystelle (9/5): Un séjour apprécié - Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Une bouteille d'eau fraîche nous attendait à l'arrivée, une attention très appréciée. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les produits d'hygiène fournis et l'attention des hôtes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Si l'emplacement est excentré, il est très bien desservi par les transports en commun. Pour les gens sensibles au bruit, la rue devant est très passante, les boules quies peuvent être nécessaires pour la nuit.

• Cheruvu (3/5): If you are going with a family and with kids, this property may not be for you. - The only thing that I liked is the decor of the property which I thought was tastefully done. The property was maintained clean. Well I can go on in points; 1. Location was not very convenient and at times was loud in the night. At some places it looked a bit intimidating. 2. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and you need to navigate through a very narrow stairs and if you have luggage with kids it can be tricky 3.The property has 3 AirCons and none of them working efficiently. We have highlighted this to the host as soon as we spent our first night there as we were unable to sleep and kids really struggled. Our concern was dismissed and host texted us back saying that no one has ever made this complaint. They also advised us to not keep the AC on during the day as it needs some cooling off period but the reason why we did not switch off the AC on the first day was because that it was not working well. Anyway we also followed their advise with not much of any help. Just to add the outside temperature was 34 degrees. We toured the other places in Italy like Venice and Rome but never had this issue. 4. The kitchen is just a Namesake. 5. The bathroom door does not have a lock and this concern was raised but not addressed 6. The coffee pods and bathroom hand wash was not available. However the host apologised and texted us that if we buy the pods in the supermarket they will reimburse the cost towards this which we did not do anyways.

• Bronagh (10/5): Stunning apartment with everything you need. - This is a beautiful apartment away from the busy tourist spots but with a tram stop just a minute away. It was great to have the place to ourselves, it was spotless and super comfy would definitely recommend! Nothing
• Ali (9/5): Good place, clean apartment, full kitchen, and close to tram stop - It’s located on a street that is calmer and far from crowds. Very well maintained apartment. Big and comfortable with full facilities On last day the cleaning service arrived 20 minutes earlier before the actual check out time and when we asked for 30 minutes to finish packing before leaving they didn’t accept and told us that they can gives us only 10 more minutes!!! A little disrespectful and not appropriate.

• Stacey (10/5): Wonderful week honeymooning in Florence - Robert and Matteo were so friendly and helpful, and very quick to respond to questions. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchenette well equipped for a self catering stay, although we mostly did eat out. The location was good - a little out of the main hustle and bustle of Florence which was good for us as we prefer to escape. Easily walkable into most of the main tourist areas in about 25 minutes. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here and would recommend to anyone. We have no complaints.

• Denisa (9/5): Superb - the apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. the second bed in the loft area makes all the difference if you're traveling with a child. it was super clean and the host was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. the location was not so great. about 30min walking distance to the city center area and public transport was not great. obviously this was not the host's fault. just something to be aware of when booking.
• Liz (10/5): Modern warm 1 bed with a loft- skylight & very sweet hosts (: - It was perfect walking distance from Pointe Vecchio and Galeria Uffizi (25 minutes). No need for a bus unless walking isn’t something you enjoy much. The 6 bus is about a 1.5 minute walk to the apt. The Train 🚊 stop is about 3 minutes away too which you can use to get to the Train Station (3 stops). €1.75 for a one way ticket which you must activate when hopping on. No day pass from what I saw at the ticket booth. SUPER SPACIOUS. 5 minute walk from the grocery store. Very clean and modern, the second bed is a loft. I would say this is more for 3 pple. Very comfy beds! All basic needs and wi-fi. Hosts were super gracious and very easy to reach and ask questions. PS there is a skylight and if you sleep in the loft - great way to see the sky!!! We were also greeted with a nice bottle of wine ❤️ Wish this was on the 2nd floor. Ooh those stairs.

• Gartland (10/5): Exceptional - The place was in a perfect location because it was so easy to get back and forth on the train. We did most of our touring that way. Mateo was so helpful and checked in on us regularly which I thought was very sweet! We have been recommending it to everyone we know.
