• DORA (9/5): Cómoda y confortable para un día vista do Florencia - La ubicación cerca al centro histórico, la limpieza, lo confortable las camas y estancia en general. El detalle del vino esperándonos de parte de Simone, El acceso por las escaleras es difícil cuando se lleva equipaje pesado. No apto para adultos muy mayores
• Noémie (10/5): Perle rare à 10mn à pieds du centre historique - Localisation idéale à 10mn à pieds du centre historique, et à 8mn à pieds de l'arrêt de tramway T2 qui permet de rejoindre l'aéroport en 30-40mn. Le logement est identique aux photos, parfaitement propre, grand, confortable, avec tout le nécessaire dont climatisation (et moustiquaires aux fenêtres !). La communication avec le propriétaire était fluide, il était réactif aux messages. Le check in autonome est un réel avantage et n'a posé aucun problème tout au long de notre séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce logement pour mon prochain à voyage à Florence! RAS, cet appartement est une pépite ! Je signale tout de même 3 petites portions d'escaliers à monter pour accéder au logement (pas d'ascenseur), mais ça n'était pas un souci pour nous.

• Antonis (9/5): We are a family of 5, very comfortable flat. We highly recommend it. - The location was great. Walking distance to all hot sightseeing spots, restaurants, shops etc. Also, the neighborhood was safe and although it was a busy road the room was very quiet. The host was very helpful how to get the door code and also gave us as a gift a nice local wine. The flat was very well equipped and seems recently re-innovated. Also, near to the flat (few meters away) was a dry cleaning shop (self service) which we used a couple of times (being a family of , it was very helpful indeed.).
• Graeme (9/5): Lovely Studio Apartment - Lovely apartment and friendly hosts. Felt very safe and secure too. The hot water wasn't constant, we didn't realise, and one of our friends probably had too long in there, meaning a couple of us had to have cold showers 😅
• Natalya (9/5): Superb - Wonderful host, always available, helpful, responding to all our needs or questions. He bought new blankets specifically answering to my request of having separate blankets for all guests. And what is most important - the apartment was exceptionally clean, and I am very peaky about that. The location is also amazing, you're just in the heart of Florence. We didn't have a chance to say thank you for the bottle of Chianti, left for us as a greeting, so I do now:) I absolutely recommend this apartment.
• Alex (1/5): We noticed that someone came into the apartment without our consent to close the air. We needed it on to somehow air out - We were very disappointed in our stay here. We never met the owner of the property. We were left with minimal toiletries and had to contact owner. There was a strong mold smell that we complained about as soon as we checked in. We addressed it with owner but nothing was done. The apartment was very dusty and smelled of mold. Not enough towels or toilet paper. Needed an extra pillow and couldn’t get one. Would not stay here - better off at hotel
