- Yevhenia (8/5): - The owner of the apartment tried very hard to make a good impression. She prepared juice, cookies, coffee, and even gave the child a gift. It was very pleasant and sweet. There's a washing machine, but it's unusable. I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi because the password was long and illegible. I couldn't take a bath, only a shower. The district is quite peculiar; I didn't leave the apartment in the evening.

- Vladlena (10/5): - We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and had a very pleasant experience.
The place is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need — air conditioning, a bathtub, and a small kitchenette.
The host was very polite and kind, she messaged us a few times to check if everything was okay.
The location is also convenient: about 10 minutes on foot to the metro and just 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop.
Would definitely recommend! -

- Barbara (9/5): A classic, timeless apartment on a nice square - This is a classic little apartment with a small kitchen, bed-sitting room and bathroom. It is clean and comfortable with a wide-opening window onto the square. It is located beside a square and park so there are lots of happy sounds of children playing all day long. There are also a couple of nice restaurants in the square. It is a short walk to the metro station and near a major road with lots of buses. Access was easy and the host was communicative.
- Lukas (8/5): Nice apartment - Very convenient and clean. The landlady didn't speak English, also all her messages were completly in Greek. The location of the flat was convenient, but the it's not the nicest neighborhood.
- Witold (9/5): Superb - Very nice host who left us many extra amenities and welcome gifts. Wifi was very slow.
Hot water not very straightforward to turn on.

- David (10/5): Excellent apartment near bus station and good value - It was nice that there were snacks and things waiting for me. I didn't expect that and it was appreciated. Host was very polite and proactive in communication. The bed was comfortable and the internet was good. It's walkable to the city centre.
- Marco (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very friendly and the accommodation is very clean and tidy.
The location is in the center and next to the bus station.
- Stanisław (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment had everything one would need for a stay in Athens. Overall we felt safe in the neighborhood (although several streets may be sketchy late at night), the immediate surrounding of the apartment was great with a beautiful park full of families even late at night. The contact with the owner was great (although be prepared to use Google Translate to translate from greek, which wasn't a problem for us at all). She gave us all the information and even though we checked in late at night and checked out before dawn it was very easy. I would recommend the place for anyone planning a stay in Athens!
- Sezer (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good. Wifi could be be better
- Elissaios (10/5): Exceptional - Apartmeny is in a nice quiet location in city center.
I highly recommend it and also the host was very friendly.
- Кирил (8/5): Good for couples - The apartment is relatively close to a subway station. The building has an elevator which is very convenient. Bakeries and supermarkets nearby. We had a good communication with the owner, the check-in and check-out went smoothly. The place was overall clean, but the kitchen needs a little bit more attention in this regard. The neighbourhood can seem a bit odd at the beginning, but we haven’t had any problems in practice.

- Donna (1/5): DO NOT BOOK this property if you do not speak Greek or want to use the wifi or are ok with no power. - The property was not available at the time indicated through booking.com. The property manager did not respond promptly when asked how I was to acquire the keys. After my initial phone call (in which she spoke only Greek) she never answered any more of my phone calls. It wasn't until shortly before I was to arrive that she responded to my queries (in Greek, for which I had to use wifi and Google translate) and said simply to 'ring the bell'. At the apartment complex there was a long list of names and buttons; it was not clear which button I was to press to 'ring the bell'. Communication was a huge problem. The property agent did not speak English - she just kept talking to me in Greek. For a very short while she had her daughter on the phone, who did speak English. The daughter suggested that I not set the air conditioner to below 26C (79F) or else the power could go out. Additionally, if the power went out while I was in the elevator, I was to call the fire department. However, the most concerning item was that I could not connect to the wifi, and by then the English speaking daughter was no longer on the phone. I attempted to make it clear that if I could not connect to the wifi that I could not stay there. Recall that they refused to answer any of my phone calls. How was I supposed to communicate with them without the internet? The Greek speaking agent left without any indication if or when she would be back. After waiting 20 minutes or so and after multiple frustrating attempts to connect to the wifi, I left. Shortly thereafter I was able to get to a place with wifi and emailed them through booking.com to tell them I could not connect to the wifi and so I left and asked for my money back. They refused to return any money. I ended up spending over 200 Euros for a place for which I spent a total of 20 minutes (15 minutes waiting for the woman to return, hoping she would return to help me connect to the wifi). I am hoping to prevent some other non-Greek speaking person from such a frustrating, expensive experience. DO NOT BOOK!
- Georgios (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vasilios (10/5): Excellent! - The moment I entered the apartment the smell of cleaning products and the open air-condition was easy to enjoy.
The view of the park was perfect for a relaxing night or a sunny morning.
Building is very quiet.
For those who have heard or think that the area is not safe I have to confess I was also worried but after a night walk around the neighborhood I saw that it was full of families and at the Agios Andreas square a few meters from the building you can see kids play until 23:00-00:00.
Excellent hostess fully aware and responsible for all your needs.
