• Zachary (10/5): A spotless, well-equipped apartment with great amenities and location, plus free parking - The apartment was the cleanest we've stayed in. The apartment was very well stocked with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable stay (dishwasher, stove + pans, fridge + freezer, AC, washer and dryer). While noises could be heard from outside if a loud car or siren passed by, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and we never heard our neighbors at any time. Parking was simple and free, since it was the resident parking garage attached to the apartment complex (no reserved spots, but there was no lack of space). The apartment complex itself also provided a great pool to hang out at on a hot day, as well as a full fitness center to get in a workout. The location was imppecable, being a short walk from all the Downtown stores, from Eola Park, and from Publix. If you are interested in getting on the road, the I-4 entrance is minutes away. A few things to note to make your stay great that weren't clear ahead of time for us: - You will need to watch a short video that the owner's will provide, since the keys are picked up in a different location than the building. It's not hard, you just need to watch it before you arrive so you can have a smooth check-in - There is a trash chute on every floor, so you don't need to go to the first floor to get rid of trash - Even though the listing does not state "free parking" other than in the title at the time of booking, it does indeed have free parking for one vehicle - The front doors to the complex lock after the front leasing office closes for the day, so you will need to tap in after hours There are more reviews for this place on AirBnB under the same name
