• Bart (8/5): - Je betaalt er genoeg voor, maar je logeert dan ook in het centrum van het historische Napels, inclusief ontbijt en dagelijkse opmaak van bed en verversing van badhanddoeken. De directe reactie via whatspp van de contactpersoon bij inchecken is een luxe voor reserveren van taxi of andere praktische informatie. Eén toegangsbadge per kamer verplicht je om steeds na te denken wie de badge heeft: een tweede zou geen luxe zijn.

• nadine (8/5): Htel bien placé pour visiter Naples - Hôtel très bien placé dans un ancien palace - on peut tout faire à pied ou prendre le métro qui n'est pas très loin. Vous avez à disposition du café , du thé et de la petite briocherie. Le petit déjeuner que vous devez prendre ailleurs dans une cafeteraia à côté. Personnel pas très sympathique.

Zudem ist außerhalb der Gebäudes kein Schild, dass sich die Unterkunft in diesem Gebäude befindet, dafür im Gebäude selbst sind gleich drei ausgehängt.

• Zeynel (10/5): Ausgezeichnet - Super, tolle Lage direkt im Neapel City leben. Alles zu Fuß und mit Metro, Bus und Bahn zu erreichen, Metro an jeder Ecke und das Personal immer hilfsbereit, wenn man nicht weiter wusste. Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt, jeden Tag würde das Zimmer gereinigt und das Bett mit frische Bettwäsche bezogen. Kleines Frühstück in der Unterkunft zum selber bedienen und im Café um die Ecke, Typische Italienisch, süßes Croissant u.s.w mit Kaffe oder frischen O-Saft. Für den Start in den Tag vollkommen ausreichend, wenn nicht in jeder Ecke Cafés, Restaurant und Bäckereien. Es war eine schöne Zeit mit tollen Eindrücken……Danke Dimora Dora d Angri für diesen ausgezeichneten Service.

• Helga (10/5): - Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Unterkunft bietet in einem zusätzlichen Gemeinschaftsraum Obst, Wasser und Espresso 24 Stunden am Tag kostenfrei an. Das Frühstück ist nebenan ein einem kleinen Frühstücklokal mit leckerem typisch italienischem Frühstück zur Wahl. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist schnell und unkompliziert. Wir konnten unser Gepäck bis zu unserer Abreise dort deponieren. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

• Lucilla (10/5): A dir poco favolosa! - Ci si ritrova in una dimora storica, in pieno centro a Napoli, camere da hotel 5 stelle, super pulite e confortevoli, colazione ottima in un bar vicinissimo, saletta con possibilità di farsi un caffè o una tisana con snack dolci e salati offerti dalla struttura, ottima accoglienza! Le camere si trovano al terzo piano del palazzo, ma si posso raggiungere con un ascensore nuovissimo, anche se salire a piedi è molto bello, perché sembra di essere in un museo storico. Sicuramente ci ritornerò!

• francesco (10/5): HA SUPERATO LE MIE ASPETTATIVE - Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero memorabile in questo alloggio: il palazzo è antico, di quelli con fascino storico che donano un’atmosfera unica, curato con gusto e molto ben mantenuto. La zona è straordinaria: comoda, centrale, perfetta per raggiungere i mezzi, ristoranti e il cuore della città, senza rinunciare a tranquillità e comodità. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento ad ogni dettaglio — ti fa sentire davvero “a casa” dal primo istante. E poi la colazione… un vero piacere! Il bar è super — ottimi prodotti, caffè di qualità, croissant freschi e un servizio curato: un inizio di giornata ideale che ha reso tutto ancora più piacevole. In sintesi: una struttura con stile, posizione perfetta, accoglienza eccellente e piccoli grandi dettagli che fanno la differenza. Consigliatissimo — se tornerò in zona, sarà sicuramente il mio punto di riferimento

Únicament l’esmorzar una mica senzill i fora de l’hotel no desmillora la estança ja que disposa d’una zona pots fer un cafè, te o aigua amb pastes a qualsevol hora. Per repetir!

• Andreas (8/5): Große und moderne Zimmer in einem spektakulären Palast - Tolle Lage direkt angrenzend an die Spaccanapoli in einem beeindruckenden Palast! Sehr saubere große Zimmer mit Tresor und Kühlschrank. Sehr große Dusche hinter dem Bett Die Infos über WhatsApp vom Vermieter vor dem Einchecken waren umfassend und klar. Die Zimmer befinden sich im oberen Stock des Gebäudes und trotz Fahrstuhl musste man einige Treppen steigen. Die Rezeption war an keinem Tag besetzt, allerdings funktionierte der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über WhatsApp einwandfrei. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war einfach aber modern. Die Wassertemperatur beim Duschen blieb nicht konstant.

Uscire e passare davanti a delle statue imponenti sulle scale fa un certo effetto E poi si è in pieno centro storico Il bagno ha bisogno di un pochino di manutenzione. La doccia non si chiude per il calcare e ci si ritrova con il pavimento del bagno pieno d'acqua. Basta poco per aggiustare.

Il servizio di colazione al bar convenzionato, non efficiente e che dopo un incidente (che può capitare) di cappuccino versato su camicia e jeans, non si è curato di aiutare nella risoluzione del problema nè, banalmente, di offrire qualcosa in segno di scuse simboliche, dimostrando, più che inesperienza, grande ineducazione. Peccato, perché rischia di minare in modo importante l'esperienza finale degli ospiti, nonostante il resto sia stato positivo.

• Ali Fuat (9/5): - Breakfast was nice, just maybe there would be more options for the croissant. Location was awesome, right in the city center. You can find anything you want around the place. AC was a little bit loud but it does work. Building is interesting and appealing, when you enter the huge doors you feel like you are in a palace. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Outside was so noisy, but when you shut the windows it is all quiet. Balconies are tight but at least there is a balcony :)

La chambre est grande et très calme et parfaitement située au centre de Naples. L’immeuble est magnifique. Bouteilles d’eau à disposition et boissons toute la journée. On nous a permis de partir à 11h15 au lieu de 10h30 et de laisser les bagages jusqu’à 14h. Merci beaucoup. Le petit déjeuner consiste en une boisson et une viennoiserie dans un café en bas de l’hôtel mais vous avez la possibilité d’avoir des gâteaux et des boissons à volonté dans une petite salle à l’accueil donc c’était très bien comme ça!

• John (7/5): - Secure, centrally located, clean (and cleaned daily), safe property. Attentative staff: let us leave our bags on the last day for a number of hours. Noisey location externally and internally: the fridge makes frequent loud noises. The sink in the ensuite got badly blocked on the last day. The sewer smells ubiquitous with old buildings. But, the biggest issue was the catering. No coffee making facilities in the bedroom but a coffee machine in the mini breakfast bar. However, no instructions on how to use it. In fact, the whole area of "breakfast" at the property is rather confusing. In addition to the mini breakfast bar (we didn't work this out until late on day one), the owners kindly provide daily vouchers to be used daily at a very nearby Espresso premises. Voucher bearers are entitled to two items each: a drink and some food. The range of food items is extraordinarily limited and, quite embarrassingly, we chose items not included - we had no advance information as to what we couldn't choose. My advice to the owner of the rental is to either go for a much more generous voucher model and scrap the tentative "breakfast" facility at the property or vice versa.

• Baird (9/5): We enjoyed our stay! - The location was great for easy access to metro, to the National Archaeological Museum, and SpaccaNapoli was right across the street. The staff was very helpful and was waiting as agreed for our arrival. The building itself has quite an interesting place in history! From previous reviewers, we were aware that the room would require multiple flights of steps. Remember, "third floor" in Europe is equivalent to "fourth floor" in the USA. And, with very high ceilings, it was more like a 6 flight hike. Some reviewers cited the loudness of the streets. We travel with a white sound device and didn't find the noise level to be too much.

Nous avons eu des problèmes de batterie de telephone et cela a été un peu compliqué, pour nous qui sommes des seniors. Le petit déjeuner est insuffisant et le lieu où on le prend est en total décalage avec la beauté de l hôtel particulier

• Elena (10/5): - Ci è piaciuta tantissimo l'accoglienza ricevuta e la gentilezza dei gestori. La camera con tutti i confort, ha un letto grande e molto comodo. Il Palazzo è carico di storia con una scala meravigliosa. Comunque servita da ascensore. Inoltre è situato in una zona strategica vicina alle stazioni metro di Piazza Dante e Via Toledo. Il balconcino della camera affaccia su Via Spaccanapoli. Sicuramente lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo!

• Fuzetea (7/5): - Das Gebäude und die Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Man hat im Badezimmer keine Ablage. Es stinkt etwas. Die Klimaanlage ist über dem Bett montiert und kann nur bei Anwesenheit verwendet werden. .

• József Károly (10/5): Kiváló! - Nagyon jó helyen található a Via Toledón. Közel van két metróállomás is, szinte karnyújtásnyira van a Spanyol negyed, valamint Nápoly történelmi központja, 3 perc a Mercato Pignasecca. A szállás gyönyörű szép épületben, egy palotában van, nagy és tiszta szoba erkéllyel, kiváló felszereltséggel. Kellemes meglepetés volt a recepción az egész nap megtalálható kávé és sütemények. Utolsó napunkon igénybe vehettük a poggyászmegőrzést. Kicsit hangos a klíma.
• Marica (10/5): Location perfetta - Confortevole alloggio in uno splendido palazzo, ottima posizione in centro quindi comodo per raggiungere a piedi le varie zone. Nel palazzo ci sono scale da fare quindi non adatto a chi ha difficoltà di mobilità. Assolutamente consigliato! La poca simpatia della signora dove facevamo la colazione, ma questo non è assolutamente imputabile alla struttura.

• Giancarlo (6/5): Ci sta di meglio - La posizione, gli ottimi infissi, acqua in bottigliette nel frigobar. Il divano letto è risultato scomodissimo, con un materasso da sostituire. Il climatizzatore monoblocco troppo rumoroso. La doccia che non chiudeva bene e in alcuni punti non impediva l'acqua di bagnare il pavimento. Colazione misera al bar di sotto. Calcare nel bollitore per tisane. Ingresso con mattonelle che si muovevano. Da non ritornare
