- Erwin (7/5): Gut - Die Sauberkeit Es war nachts sehr laut durch laufende Trockner oder Waschmaschinen oder etwas in dieser Art, in meinem Apartment hat es zeitweise auch sehr stark nach Essen gerochen das aus der unteren Wohnung kam.
- Stephanie (3/5): An der Organisation hapert es! - Das Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Die Codes für die HT und WE-Tür wurden uns trotz Ankündigung 3 Tage zuvor NICHT übermittelt. Der Gastgeber war bei Anreise per Telefon und Mail nicht erreichbar. Aus der Not heraus haben wir den Booking-Service eingeschaltet. Der Code kam dann nach 40 Minuten per Mail und der Gastgeber hat sich für die 25 Minuten Wartezeit entschuldigt. Alles in Allem (inkl. zigfachem checken aller erhaltener Nachrichten und klingeln bei den Nachbarn etc.) habe wir jedoch knapp 60 Minuten vor verschlossenen Haustür im Dunkeln in der Kälte gestanden. Eine Zumutung! Dafür haben wir im Vorfeld mehrfach eine Mail erhalten, das wir die 4 € Tax pro Person bezahlt müssen, auch als wir die Zahlung bereits geleistet hatten und uns dies auch vom Gastgeber bestätigt wurde.

Sve pohvale na celokupnom sadrzaju i na urednosti. Zaista lepo mesto koje cu rado preporuciti svakome i uvek kada sam u prilici vratiti se. Sve pohvale bez ijedne primedbe. Bravo.

- David (7/5): A nice place to stay - - The area was nice, away from the noisy city centre. - The bed and bathrooms were modern, well equipped and nice to be in. - It was easy to cover up the cosy roof window during night. - The refrigerator/freezer was very good. - There were plenty of parking spots nearby, not just the ones reserved for Amaroom. - The room with shared kitchen/bathroom was quite noisy and we could hear sounds from the neighbor room and the kitchen. It would have been nice if there was a door to the kitchen. - The instructions for retrieving the keys were a bit complicated. There were multiple different boxes with codes at the entrance which was very confusing. - The window trim was a bit dirty. - The kitchen was generally well equipped, but there was no chopping board. - The dishwasher did not clean the dishes properly.

- Katja (8/5): - Die Lage und auch das Apartment war top. Das ich als Frau in einem Apartment eingebucht wurde wo noch weiter Personen ein Zimmer hatten. Das war leider in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich.
- Jacqueline (8/5): Kleines Apartment mit allem was man braucht - Den Schlüsselsafe hat man gut gefunden. Das Apartment ist sauber, modern und hat alles was man braucht. Der Schlüsselsafe hat nicht beim ersten Mal funktioniert. Ich konnte aber sofort jemanden erreichen, der mir helfen konnte. Das Apartment ist ein Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und einem kleinen Badezimmer mit Schräge. Nichts für groß Leute.

- Xiang (2/5): - Clean The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and has acceptable basic facilities—so far, so good. Unfortunately, almost everything else about the booking and check-in process was deeply frustrating. First, while self check-in is rarely seamless, this one was unusually chaotic. Most self check in systems are already a bit clunky, but here the instructions were unclear, steps didn’t connect logically, and nothing was explained properly. It wasn’t just inconvenient—it felt actively disorganized. Second, the location is quite far from both the city center and major transport hubs. You’ll need to rely on public transit (which takes time) or pay for expensive taxis—hardly ideal for tourists. Third, communication with the host was practically non-existent. All messages were sent only in German, with no English version at all. Even though I had a German-speaking friend temporarily helping me at check-in (he wasn’t traveling with me—he just came to assist), he messaged the host directly in fluent German… and still got no reply. We called multiple times as suggested, but no one answered. Despite promises of “instant WhatsApp support,” we were left standing outside the door, waiting endlessly for a response that took far too long. That’s not hospitality—it’s negligence. Fourth—and this is particularly annoying—the total price is misleading. The nightly rate shown upfront **excludes the city tax**, which is added later as a separate charge. This seems like a deliberate tactic to make the listing appear cheaper (and rank higher on Booking). But instead of including it transparently, they split the payment into two steps. If you’re traveling alone or unfamiliar with the system, this is confusing and stressful. Worse, they aggressively push you to pay the second part *immediately*—sending repeated reminders like “Pay now! Pay now!”—as if you’ve done something wrong by not anticipating a hidden fee.

Das Bad und die Küche werden lediglich mit 1 weiteren Partei geteilt und sind grosszügig mit Dusche, Badewanne sowie Kühl-, Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Kein Wunsch blieb offen! Ich komme wieder. /
- Andreas (7/5): Aufgrund der Lage und der Sauberkeit eine willkommene Alternative zu einem Hotel in der Innenstadt. - sehr ruhige Lage kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber großes und bequemes Bett ausreichend Handtücher komplizierte TV-Anlage gängige Fernsehprogramme wie ARD, ZDF und ARTE konnten - auch mit Unterstützung der Gastgeberin - nicht eingestellt werden hier wäre eine Kurzanleitung für den technischen Laien, zum Beispiel in der Infomappe, hilfreich

- Sigrid (10/5): Kleines, feines, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in der Nähe von 2 Straßenbahnhaltestellen - Das Apartment war zwar klein, aber es reichte gut für mich aus! Die Ausstattung war perfekt: bequemes Bett, Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Herd, Tisch mit 2 Stühlen, Sitzecke mit Sofa uns Couchtisch, sauberes Bad mit Handtüchern und Dusche. Parkplätze finden man in der Nähe. Mit der Straßenbahn erreicht man in etwa 10 Min. die Stadtmitte. Der Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen war toll! Jemand sollte vielleicht den Fernseher auf alle Programme, die man ohne Abo empfangen kann, einstellen.

Divano un po’ scomodo, ventilatore ingombrante in camera, poche lampade:punti luce. Non bellissima la palazzina. Personale non direttamente raggiungibile.
- Reinhold Florian (9/5): Schöne Räumlichkeiten in nüchterner Siedlungsgegend mit kleinen Ankommschwierigkeiten - Wir nutzten die Räumlichkeiten als Appartement. (Zwei Schlafzimmer, von denen man eines tagsüber auch als Wohnzimmer verwenden konnte, eine kleine gemeinsame Küche und ein kleines gemeinsames Bad mit WC...) Für mich (Vater mit drei Töchtern) war das sehr gut! Wäre ich alleine oder zu zweit hier eingebucht gewesen, und im zweiten Schlafzimmer fremde Leute, hätte es mir nicht gefallen, das Bad, WC und die Küche mit Fremden teilen zu müssen... So war es sehr gut für drei Übernachtungen für einen Verwandtschaftsbesuch über Weihnachten in der Waldstadt. Bei der Eingabe(Google...) führte uns das Navi in der Dunkelheit zuerst an eine Parallelstraße mit anderem Namen (nicht Breslauer Str...), die unserem Haus zwar näher war, wo aber weder ein Fußweg zu sehen noch Parken möglich war. Die Schuld trifft natürlich nicht den Vermieter aber ein Hinweis auf die Situation kann helfen, den echten Fußweg und die Parkplätze (am Ende der Breslauer Straße) zu finden... Vor unserem Besuch kam eine Nachricht, dass wir noch eine Art Taxe von €3,50.- pro Person und Nacht zu zahlen hätten. Fand ich sehr teuer aber überwies ich natürlich. Dann kamen wir drauf, dass der Betrag wohl doch nur für erwachsene Personen zu bezahlen sei. Da zwei meiner drei Töchter unter 18 sind, warte ich nun auf die Rücküberweisung - Bitte in Zukunft eine genauere Angabe!!! Abends vor dem Siedlungs-Appartement-Haus mussten wir relativ mühsam (mit Gepäck nach kurzem Fußweg vor dem Haus einen Code eingeben und dann innen, gleich nach der Haustüre, noch einmal zwei hakelige kleine Kästchen mit jeweiligem Code öffnen... Wir (59, 20, 16 und 14 Jahre alt) brauchten jedenfalls insgesamt 10 Minuten. Dann waren vor jedem Eingang noch relativ unfreundliche Zettel angebracht, dass eine Zimmer-Überbelegung mit einem Strafgeld geahndet würde, was vielleicht einen gewissen Generalverdacht gegenüber den eigenen Gästen zeigt... Kaum waren wir drinnen, war aber alles sehr hochwertig, schön, gemütlich und einladend!

Ademas con terraza en barrio tranquilo, algo alejado del centro pero con buenas comunicaciones. Lo unico malo es el lavabo del baño, muy pequeño, tropiezas con el armario es muy incomodo, por lo demas todo muy bien.

- Tobias (7/5): Gut. Moderne Zimmer/Bad. Gute Ausstattung. - Gutes Zimmer, modernes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Reichhaltige, funktionale Ausstattung. Unkomplizierter kontaktloser check-in. Kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt, sondern nur Fakt, den man/frau einplanen sollte, liegt etwas ausserhalb von Stadtkern und gewisser Fussmarsch an einem Seitenweg notwendig, wenn man mit Bahn anreist.

Fijn dat er een keukentje was met wat ik nodig had, een eet- en zitgedeelte. Badkamer zag er ook netjes/mooi uit. Inchecken voelde even niet zo fijn, omdat ik belde, maar een bandje kreeg met dat de persoon niet te bereiken was. Voelde niet heel prettig om in de kou en schemering buiten te staan. Moet er wel bijzeggen dat ik echt vrij last minute geboekt had. Gelukkig werd er daarna vrij snel op whatsapp gereageerd en verliep het allemaal vlekkeloos..
- Adam (1/5): - Kontak z opryskliwy właścicielem, którzy twierdził ze w aplikacji wystąpił błąd, ale nic z tym nie zrobił. Zarezerwowałem mieszkanie z dwoma osobnymi łóżkami. Mieszkanie ktreo otrzymałem miało lozko podwójne. Próbowałem to wyjaśnić ale bez skutecznie. Właściciel odpowiadał na pytania w sposob niegrzeczny. Dopiero kiedy zwróciłem uwagę na sposob jego wypowiedzi zmienił ton. Koniec końców winę zrzucił na aplikacje. Mimo, że nawet po rezerwacji mieszkanie które otrzymałem widniało nadal jako do wynajęcia w aplikacji.

- Brigitte (7/5): Für den Preis gute Unterkunft - Sehr günstige Übernachtung, ruhig gelegen, Parkplatz in der Nähe, Küche gut ausgestattet, Kaffee und Tee Utensilien, nur 10 min. mit dem Auto von der Innenstadt. Diesmal war das Appartement leider nicht so schön wie beim letzten Mal: Im UG, deswegen dunkler, der "Balkon" war eher ein Loch, ein Lampenschirm war mit Tesa festgeklebt, was nicht gehalten hat.

Total toll das Tee und sogar Kaffee vorhanden ist. Ein toller kleiner Luxus. Ich bin mehr als begeistert und werde bei Bedarf wieder darauf zurückkommen Ganz ganz toll Es gibt überhaupt nichts zu meckern

- marion (10/5): Die Hosts sind so motiviert das ich während meines Aufenthalts ein fehlendes Holzschneidebrettchen geliefert bekommen ha - Super süßes Studio unter dem Dach. Ganz neue Badewanne und gute Ausstattung in der Küche!
- Dorothea (9/5): Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super! - Das helle Apartment in ruhiger Lage war makellos sauber, kein Staubkorn, hervorragend! Es gab einen Balkon, elektrische Rollladen an allen Fenstern, ein großzügiges Bad und eine sehr gut ausgestattete kleine Küche mit Backofen, großem Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sehr angenehm.r Das 140cm Bett kam uns doch ein bisschen sehr schmal vor, aber für 1-2 Nächte machbar. Wir fühlten uns dennoch sehr wohl und würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

- Charles (9/5): Enjoyable stay. - I was very satisfied with the apartment. The WIFI was good. Apartment had everything I needed. Had a hard time collecting keys. Information in email was for wrong apartment and lock box. Another tenant set me up with onsite manager. He got me the correct keys and apartment.
- Iris (8/5): Praktische Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet. - Nähe zu den von uns ausgewählten Reisezielen In einem Appartement stand noch eine Mülltüte mit Pizzareste und Bierdosen. Das war etwas eklig. Das Bett ist für zwei Erwachsene Ü50 etwas eng. Die genaue Aufteilung der jeweiligen Appartements ist bei Buchung nicht eindeutig. Ein Grundriss in der Beschreibung wäre sehr hilfreich. Die Umbuchung von 1 auf zwei Nächte war umständlich. Zudem ist der Zahlungsverlauf unklar. Da kam Booking.com mit der Umbuchung wohl nicht ganz klar…

Kann mich nicht erinnern das ich in einem fremden Bett so durch geschlafen habe wie dort.sehr ruhige Lage..Könnte weiter schreiben ✍️ das dürfte reichen das Apartment hoch zu heben wie es verdient. - Christian (10/5): Modern, toll ausgestattet und geräumig - unkomplizierter Self-Check In - Absolut empfehlenswert. Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr modern renovierte Zimmer. Für ein Single Appartement sehr geräumig mit einem eigenen Wohn/ Küchenbereich und separatem Schlafzimmer. 2 Smart TV. Funktional, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Unkomplizierter Self-Check In. Und sehr günstiger Preis. Da es draußen eh aktuell zeitig dunkel wird und ich nur eine Nacht geblieben bin störte es auch nicht, dass die Wohnung im Keller ist. Das hat man in der Wohnung überhaupt nicht gemerkt. Wäre ich öfter in Karlsruhe würde ich wieder kommen!
