• Lucia (2/5): Deplorable - Muy buena ubicación, lo único que merece la pena de este apartamento. Falta total de limpieza. Llegamos y la vajilla guardada en los armarios tenía restos de comidas, había pelos en el suelo, la sábana bajera no cubría la cama entera, el sofá tenía una raja y una mancha de un líquido… Muy desagradable. Desde los dormitorios se oyen TODOS los ruidos de la calle y no hay ni persianas… Nada recomendable. El baño huele a agua estancada y a cloaca.

• Lindacooklc1 (1/5): A neglected and unclean apartment. - Nothing. It was nothing like the photos on the site on Booking.Com The apartment was unclean, neglected, and uncomfortable. The toilet floor smelt of urine. The skirting boards were unclean, the floors unmopped and the walls scuffed and filthy. They left 6 towels for 6 people and no tea towels or bath mats. They left 3 toilet rolls for 6 people for 4 days. We were given 1 set of keys to share between 3 couples. There was no shower curtain so the floor was dangerously slippy. The kitchen had pots put away with water in them. No-one wanted to cook in there or even make a drink It says it has 3 bedrooms but one of them was the sitting room. The settee bed sloped down and was inusable/uncomfortable. It was not a homely and clean place to come back to as it was neglected and very little done to make it clean on arrival. When we complained they asserted we would be charged if we had broken a bed and that they had photographs?! Someone came to clean and then the bath and the bathroom floor were even more dangerously slippy and 3 of us slipped. We asked to be moved but instead were offered the 'clean'. It was not a deep clean and other floors and skirting boards remained unclean. It's unclear why Booking.com are not investigating this apartment and it's still on their website. We read some reviews after initial booking before we went and wrote to booking.com to address some things such as the cleanliness and how many key sets but were repeatedly asked for more information. It's not good enough.

The apartment was a good size for the group and having access to a fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave and all the other appliances made it a more enjoyable stay than most hotels. • Petya (6/5): Приятен - The apartment is large and spacious. Very good location. It was warm and clean. Very old window frames, did not seal well and cold air was coming in. The toilet is very narrow. One of the doors came loose and fell several times. It's inconvenient that you get your keys from another place.
• Mark (3/5): Noisy and uncomfortable - It is close to the centre. Plenty of vibrancy. Sleep will be hard here. There is a nightclub right outside the bedroom window, the windows are single glazed, so you hear everything. Bring ear plugs. The apartment it's self is a little run down and in need of some renovation. Door off the hinges, floor bubbling up - that kind of thing. If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep when to go out and party, this may be the one for you. The beds are not comfortable, the bedroom door won't shut. The curtains do not close properly, and it heads onto a busy street. No shower door/curtains. Cleanliness is not to a great standard. Do not bring the missus for a romantic weekend away here. You will be disappointed.
