• Family_BE (10/5): - Sehr schönes Apartment, gut ausgestattet - genug Geschirr und Gläser, Geschirrhandtuch, Spüli,... Besen, Wäscheständer, 1. Hilfe Tasche, Spülmaschine, - bequeme Betten, tolle Aussicht. Vom Frühstückstisch konnte man durch die Glasfront aufs Meer schauen - herrlich. Sofa und Sessel sorgten dafür, dass wir beide bequem sitzen und lesen konnten. Es gab verschiedene kleine Lampen, so dass man für jede Gelegenheit optimal beleuchten konnte, von schön hell für Spiele bis gemütlich zum Lesen. Kleines technisches Problem wurde sehr schnell behoben - Dank an Alejandro. Die Lage war super. Ein Block weiter war das sehr sympathische Café Alma, wo wir zweimal gefrühstückt haben, Supermarkt in der Nähe und verschiedene Möglichkeiten, abends in der Carrer San Francisco Essen zu gehen oder sich einen Burger am Platz Luceros zu holen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt an den öffentliche Nahverkehr angebunden, diverse Bushaltestellen und die Tram zum Strand St. Juan sind praktisch vor der Haustür. Am Tabakladen holt man sich ein 10er oder 30er Ticket (ca. 2€ für die Karte plus 5€ für 10 Fahrten, wir haben zu zweit eine benutzt). Google Maps hat uns die Verbindungen heraus gesucht. Nur den CBS Shuttle zur Burg und zurück war nicht richtig einprorammiert, zur vollen Stunde vom Strand zur Burg, um ..:40 Uhr zurück. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Im Bad war alles etwas eng. Dafür gab es aber eine Waschmaschine, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben.

• Anita (9/5): Polecam, miejsce w centrum, dużo fajnych ulic, sklepów, a do plaży jakieś 15 min spacerkiem :) - Piękny widok, w mieszkanku dużo potrzebnych rzeczy, pełno półek, koszyków, duża szafa, żelazko, deska, środki czystości. Koce a nawet zestaw do szycia :) Mieszkanko przyjazne, gospodarze mili i w stałym kontakcie, mogliśmy wejść wcześniej niż zaplanowano. Mega 🧡 Jedyna rzecz, to rzeczywiście pojawiał się czasem nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki (chyba). Ale nie był stały, pojawiał się czasem i nie był bardzo uciążliwy.

• Adriana (10/5): Polecam - Apartament znajduje się na 30. piętrze, dzięki czemu widok z balkonu jest naprawdę cudowny. W środku było bardzo czysto, a Wi-Fi działało szybko i bez zarzutu. Kuchnia była świetnie wyposażona — wszystko, czego potrzeba, było na miejscu. Lokalizacja jest świetna: w pobliżu znajdują się sklepy oraz bardzo dobre restauracje. Dodatkowo kontakt z gospodarzem był bardzo dobry szybki, pomocny i bezproblemowy. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić to miejsce.
• Miguel Angel (10/5): - Erstmal ein Dankeschön an Sophia für den netten Empfang und die Tipps für Unternehmungen in Alicante. Das Apartment ist einfach ein Traum! Abgesehen von der Tollen Aussicht (einfach Traumhaft), der Ausstattung und nicht zu vergessen der Lage, ist das Apartment sehr zu empfehlen. Ob Tagsüber oder am Abend macht es Spaß auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, die Aussicht zu genießen und zu entspannen. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Stadt, am Hafen oder am Strand. In direkter Nähe der Unterkunft sind sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Wir kommen wieder! Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten.

• Dmitriy (10/5): - 🌟 Отличное место для отдыха в самом сердце Аликанте! 🌟 Мы останавливались в Estudiotel Alicante на 30-м этаже, и это было просто восхитительно! С балкона открывается потрясающий вид на город и Средиземное море — особенно красиво здесь встречать рассветы 🌅🌊 Отдельно хочется отметить хозяйку Софию — очень внимательную, доброжелательную и заботливую. Она всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами и делала всё, чтобы наше пребывание прошло максимально комфортно. Апартаменты чистые, уютные и хорошо оборудованы — есть всё необходимое для длительного пребывания. Отличное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и главные достопримечательности города в пешей доступности. Мы путешествовали на автомобиле. Рядом с отелем бесплатной парковки нет. Метров 100 от отеля есть платная подземная парковка, но мы оставляли машину около Plaza Mar2 на бесплатной парковке. За 10 дней пребывания мы успели посетить города Новельда, Эльче, Мурсия, Картахена, по совету Софии побывали на пляже Villajoyosa. ✨ Рекомендую всем, кто ищет уютное и комфортное жильё с прекрасным видом и тёплым отношением хозяев!
• Sebi (10/5): Cudowne wschody i zachody słońca w Alicante - Piękne, urocze mieszkanko. Stylowo urządzone, czyściutkie, niczego nie brakowało. Jeśli chcesz cieszyć się niezapomnianymi wschodami i zachodami słońca, nie zastanawiaj się ani chwili dłużej. Sophia jest przesympatyczna, cały pobyt pozostała z nami w kontakcie więc jeżeli masz pytania - pewnie chętnie pomoże. Urlop bardzo udany, nigdy nie zapomnimy tych przepięknych widoków z balkonu... 😍😍 Było tak uroczo, że najchętniej nie wychodziłoby się na zewnątrz tylko spędzało czas na balkonie 😄 Polecamy każdemu ten wspaniały apartament 💛🧡🤎 Wspaniały urlop, jeżeli to czytasz to dziękujemy Sophia 🌼🌼🌼 Brak wad. Wszystko nam się podobało.

• Béla (10/5): - We had a great stay at El Balcón de Lorenzo. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the top floor of Alicante’s tallest building was truly special — watching the huge cruise ships come and go was a one-of-a-kind experience. Sitting on the balcony and looking out over the city and sea was just amazing. The hosts were super kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the start. We would definitely come back! Loved the views from the top floor — just wish there had been more elevators so restocking the wine didn't feel like training for a marathon :D :D
• Fernando Tadeu (8/5): Estadia boa, mas pode ser melhor com poucos ajustes - - Vista panorâmica do mar - Localização excelente - Ótima Internet - Boas opções de compras, cafés e restaurantes na região - ótima recepção da nossa anfitriã Sophia, que foi simpática, atenciosa e nos deu excelentes dicas da cidade - Apesar do banheiro ter boa quantidade de sabão líquido, e na cozinha ter sabão específico para a máquina de lavar louças, faltou sacos de lixo em quantidade suficiente para uma estadia de 7 dias: tinha apenas 1 saco de lixo no banheiro e 1 na cozinha; - Embora não seja obrigatório, sugiro que haja ao menos duas toalhas de praia e 1 guarda-sol disponíveis. (A Sophia gentilmente nos emprestou uma toalha de praia) - Apesar de ter máquina de lavar roupa, não havia sabão em pó para uso de ao menos uma lavagem - o boxe do banheiro estava com vazamentos em dois pontos, o que exige reparos urgentes pois o banheiro fica alagado após cada banho - a mesa de jantar na sala, que na verdade é uma pequena mesa de canto adaptada, não é nada funcional para prática para refeições. Não há espaço para as pernas. - os lençóis são fora de padrão, menores que o colchão, e já apresentam rasgos nas pontas e sempre saem do lugar.

Is locaded in the center of the city so is very easy to find the most important locations from Alicante. Salva gaved us a lot of suggestions with good restaurant and we really visited a few and they where amazing! The view in this apartment is amazing, the apartment felt like home, simply one of the best acomodations that we had. Thank you for having us, we loved every day of our stay and we will come for sure back! Take care dear Sophia and Salva! Have an amazing summer! No complaints! We loved everything! Big rooms and comfortable beds. Amazing equipmented kitchen with big fridge and freezer. Comfortable bathroom with a lot of storage and amazing big balcony with city center and sea view.
• Jūratė (10/5): Very nice place to stay - The apartment was clean and cosy. The view is just breathtaking! Also, perfect location. The hosts were very flexible and nice. Good communication. It was a bit strange that we had to take out the trash ourselves. But the trash bins are on the same floor so not that big of a problem.
