- Crispim (1/5): Não posso avaliar pq não fique no local - O endereço fornecido na plataforma não condiz com o verdadeiro local da acomodação, na plataforma eles dizem que estão em Santo Antônio do Pinhal, mas na realidade eles ficam em Trenembe ao lado do aterro sanitário Não ficamos hospedado pq o local está mal conversado, sujo, sensação de abandono total, fiz reclamação direto pra hospedagem sem resposta, solicitei o reembolso para a plataforma sem resposta satisfatória por parte do booking, ou seja total falta de respeito tanto da hospedagem como do booking que somente responde com resposta evasivas Não tem o que gostar daquele local

- Queiroz (6/5): Bom custo benefício, porém precisa melhorar a higiene dos quartos. - Café da manhã excelente e também boa localização e ótimo atendimento. Higiene dos quartos, muitos insetos e falta de dedetização adequada. Também faltou ar condicionado, pois até tinha o aparelho na parede, mas o estabelecimento não possuía o controle.

- Cato (1/5): left after one day - Ender her since all hotels in Taubate was full. Since price was a bit high I had some expectations., but... The address and map on booking.com is wrong. Toilet and crane is leaking, does not feel clean and the location is so remote it is hard to get an Uber. It feels like the Booking.com listing is a hoax.
