Our family of four was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our first tri - Great location, spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, excellent AC, nice bathrooms! The beds were a bit firm, but that was the only minor thing we didn’t love.

• Michelle (10/5): A fantastic apartment, great location excellent for a visit to Rome, highly recommend. - We stayed here in December and we found location to be excellent. We got the bus from Ciampino airport , only €8 pp Direct to Roma Termini station which is within five minutes walk to the apartment. It was so handy for the trains or Metro if you wanted to travel around Rome, eg. The Metro was €1 pp to go out to the Vatican . The apartment was clean modern, beds were very comfortable. It is spacious, secure. We didn’t cook there but all the amenities were available to cook or wash clothes. The showers were good. We were supplied with towels etc. All in all an excellent apartment . We would highly recommend. The host was just fantastic. He was always available if we had any question or looked for any information about the area, so helpful and kind. Thanks you Adriano ! • Belinda (10/5): Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment that I would be happy to come back to. - Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Exactly as pictured Beds comfortable Air condition worked very well Washing machine was nice to have and there was detergent for us to use. So nice! Instant Coffee and sugar and little biscottis left for us in the kitchen The area the hotel is in is close to the train station. Which is exactly what we wanted but then it also has “close to train station vibes” This really isn’t a “don’t like” comment but the only thing really I could think of. Everything was above what I had hoped for.

• Evan (9/5): Great stay, walking distance from the station - The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very well located — just a short walk from Termini Station and within easy reach of many of Rome’s main attractions. The space was nicely furnished, with all the essentials and modern appliances to make the stay feel easy and convenient. The only minor downside is the sound of the tram passing by, which can be a bit noticeable, especially at night. But overall, the location and comfort more than made up for it.

• Sarah (10/5): Great family space, enough beds and room for luggage. 2 bathrooms very handy. Close to Roma Termini - Very quiet, great space, comfy beds, close to Roma Termini. If you don’t have data roaming it’s difficult to get into the front door for check in. Once we were in, we could use a key.
• Daisy (9/5): Exactly like the pictures- wonderful stay would 100% recommend - The property was a short distance from the metro and bus station, it has multiple shops and restaurants around which are easily accessible and a short distance from the property, the property itself is exactly like the pictures- the bedrooms are super spacious and have enough storage for clothes, air con unit and shutters on windows. The living area is perfect for small groups and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms are also great and a bonus that there are two and washing facilities for clothes. The property was perfect for a group of 6 and would 100% stay again. Host was very accommodating and attentive. Absolutely nothing at all.
• Traci (8/5): Very good - Proximity to train was great. Super clean and roomy. The hosts response to a small issue with hot water was very quick and dealt with quickly. Great communication. It is on a busy cable car street therefor was a bit loud at night.

• Michael (9/5): Superb - We did not have wifi so I bit hard getting into the property. We had to ask a local to call the owner. once we did get in by calling him, the spare key was not left, so the owner had to deliver it. Once that was sorted enjoyed our stay. The rooms are really nice, everything there that you need, and close to attractions.
• Keith (8/5): Very enjoyable and a very pleasant stay - Location was great for everything. Very central and a few minutes from the termini station. No water on the last morning, but wasn’t just this property, It was very early in the morning that problem. Can be noisy but it’s a very busy location, didn’t put us off.

Easy walk from Firenze SMN train station and close to shopping, restaurants, museums, etc. Free drink at night in the library, which was very cool. Historic building and awesome staff. We had the Deluxe Family suite for 5 of us, and it was spectacular with a view of the Dome. Nothing
