• Nichola (10/5): Loved our stay here 😀 - This Penthouse was beautiful. The beds were so comfy especially for someone who suffers with neck & back issues. A little noisy in the evenings with loud music from bars if ur not for going out in the evening but we are so that didn't affect us. We actually enjoyed listening to it while getting ready to go out in the evening. The host was a lovely lady we would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in several different apts in this Parque Santiago II complex & this was by far the nicest, most modern and comfortable one we have stayed in some are very basic. We will definitely return 😎 Leaving

• Erica (10/5): - Lovely 3 bed apartment well located in Park Santiago II.   It has a very nice balcony looking towards the sea.   Beds comfy and two bathrooms ideal.  Spiral staircase up to two of the bedrooms. Kitchen is small, but we didn't cook, so fine for simple things.   Good fridge and freezer plus a dishwasher.   There is also a washing machine. Easy communication with host who meets at the property.   We were grateful for the beach towels and the beach sheets. The pool was nice and it's 5 euro for a bed and 2 for an umbrella.   Loads of supermarkets around.  One downstairs is quite expensive compared to others.  Lots of restaurants both cheap and some more upmarket.   Enjoyed our stay. Overall for 6 it was great value. Yes there is a bit of bar noise at night from near by bars, but ear plugs sorted that.  
• Suzanne (10/5): Tenerife July 2025 - The apartment was in the centre of town. Got quite noisy in the evenings but the double glazing worked really well. Lovely comfortable beds and each room was a very good size. The balcony was the length of the apartment which was great as was the air con as many apartments don't have it.
• Diskin (9/5): Looking forward to my next visit - Great location, very clean, had everything we needed. Washing pods and condiments a nice touch. Plenty of touch for showers and beach/pool Needs better wifi or booster as it wouldn't work upstairs.

• Samantha (10/5): Would highly recommend staying here. - Location was great, beach, shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep. Apartment was beautiful with plenty of room. Large terrace, spent most of the day on it reading or dining outside and had the sun from morning til late afternoon. My teenage boys liked having their own bedrooms and having an additional bathroom was fab. Pool is salt water, and the pool area was clean and quiet. You are required to pay for the hire of the sunbeds, cushions and umbrellas. There was nothing that we didn't like, but we did miss not having a microwave. As we were self catering we made breakfast and lunch in the apartment and a microwave would have been more convient.

• Donald (9/5): Excellent stay and fantastic support from Svetlana throughout our stay - Location is fantastic . Three good sized bedrooms and comfortable lounge . Amenities excellent and close to shops and bars Nothing , something to watch though is the stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep.

It is even more spectacular in reality than in the pictures. The host was always interested if everything was ok! We felt wonderful in Tenerife and thanks to the choice of this sensational apartment!

• Elena (9/5): wonderful vacation. very friendly and helpful apartment manager - new, very clean, beautiful rooms and even plumbing, very comfortable The building in which the apartment is located is surrounded by bars and restaurants. if you are looking for silence then this place is not for you. But I want to note the good sound insulation of the windows

The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, modern, spotlessly clean & great location with great sea & mountain views. We stayed as a family & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Aircon was great in living area & all bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable & Svetlana was very informative regarding our stay before arrival & departure & kindly accommodated our late departure. We look forward to staying again next year. I definitely recommend this apartment! 😍 Sunloungers available to hire at the pool, we walked to beach most days. Nice welcoming pack fruit & wine 👌🏼 Not much, only suggestion would be a shower screen on bath in upstairs bathroom (just being petty).
• John (9/5): Great holiday - Very well turned out apartment that's been finished to a reasonably high standard. We we're the first to stay after the new renovations. Size is reasonable, although there was only 4 of us. Terrace was a reasonable size beds comfortable. We were well informed by the property management with regards to when we arrive, what time we leave. Also they sorted our transfer to and from the airport at an extra cost. Dislikes. Not really that many. Was a little noisy in the evening but once the patio doors were closed it wasn't to bad.
