- Scott (4/5): Disappointing - The location of the property was great! Upon arrival at the apartment, we were greeted by the security staff at the front desk, who were extremely rude when we explained we didn’t know our room number—information that had not been provided to us beforehand. After eventually contacting the owner, we were directed to our room. Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment was highly disappointing. The room was not clean: the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, the kitchen was filthy with food stains on the walls and stove, the freezer was moldy, and there was hair left in the shower. To make matters worse, the internet didn’t work throughout our stay. While the owner was responsive when contacted, the issue was only temporarily resolved—it worked for about 10 minutes before going down again, which was incredibly frustrating. The apartment has the potential to be a great place, but cleanliness is absolutely essential in my opinion, and this property fell far short of expectations.
