• Autumn (1/5): Really poorly kept, not worth the money - The apartment is not well kept. Also, they do not provide toilet paper. They provide one role as a "courtesy" and ours was not even a full roll. There was mildew in the shower. Also the shower has no curtain so it's impossible to bathe without getting water all over. There is a broken cabinet as well as other fixtures that need replacing. For the amount of money, this felt really unkept. The staff were very dismissive when I brought up concerns and because this is run by a giant management company they were basically no help. I think for the amount of money you should probably find something that is kept a bit better with more helpful staff..
• Emeline (5/5): - L’appartement est idéalement situé par rapport à la Sagrada Familia Literie bien trop molle, chaise de salle à manger qui se déboîte au niveau des pieds + taches sur toutes les assises, taches sur les coussins du canapé, télévision vétuste, capte que la radio et la salle de bain mériterait au minimum un rideau de douche pour éviter d’avoir le sol compléments mouillé (danger de glissade)
• Scarlet (2/5): Mal estancia - La ubicación No tenía calefacción y se cortó la luz, tener ojo con la puerta de cualquier llave puede abrirla no hay seguridad, y el baño la ducha no tiene cortina se cae toda el agua para el precio no es lo que vale
• Yajuan (8/5): 如果卫生条件和卫生间有改善，会非常推荐，因为地理位置非常好，房间也很大。 - 地理位置好，离圣家堂5分钟走路 椅子脏脏的，不敢坐。床头的灰尘也很多。卫生需要改进。还有洗完澡，淋浴的位置高，有地漏，但是洗完澡，水会溅到地上（马桶旁）。地上没有地漏。位置低，导致地上全是积水。根本没办法清理。每次去上厕所就跟进水帘洞一样。鞋子也容易湿。

Et un seul papier toilettes pour 3 personnes, lserviettes tacher chaise tacher canapé tacher bon je m’arrête là. L’appartement coûté 606 € sans frais supplémentaires. D’après Booking est arrivé à l’appartement, il fallait payer 30 € pour le checking, j’ai jamais vu et ça on aura cette information uniquement le jour de notre arrivée super

• Irina (7/5): Bani mulți, condiții proaste - Locația este foarte aproape de Sagrada Família Taxa de check in despre care afli după ce plătești, care este destul de mare, respectiv 25,50 sau 70 de euro, în funcție de ora la care ajungi, de asemenea m-au spălat cu mesaje prin care îmi cereau să fac un check out online cu mai bine de o săptămână INAINTE DE EFECTUAREA CĂLĂTORIEI!!!! Astfel încât să nu poți oferi o evaluare adecvată și ei să își păstreze un scor mare….. pentru ca dacă ai avalua locația dupa nu ar avea recenzii prea bune Locația nu este bine întreținută, pereții sunt murdari, baia nu este foarte dotată, am primit doar o rolă de hârtie igienică pentru 3 nopți, 3 persoane, de asemenea, tot tu trebuie să îți duci gunoiul, probabil curățenia nu e inclusă în preț….
• Silvana Ciardullo (8/5): Bastante bien si vas a estar afuera la mayor parted el tiempo - No incluye desayuno. En la cocina faltan algunos utensilios. La ubicacion es buena, muy cercano a la Sagrada Familia y acceso a medios de transporte (subte y bus). El baño. No tiene bidet. La ducha debería separarse con una cabina o al menos una cortina, para no inundar el lugar cada vez que te duchas. La TV es muy vieja. Funciona bastante mal y no es posible conectarse con BlueTooth para acceder a plataformas de streaming. Las sillas necesitan un retapizado.

• Elena Perez Perez (6/5): - Ubicación y salón. Camas cómodas. Puerta antigua. Ducha pequeña sin cortinas. Sofá y sillas muy sucios. Faltaba tostadora cuando me dijeron que habia cuando pregunté. TV se encendía sola a las 7 am y busque los canales varias veces pero se veia muy mal y al rato dejaba de verse y se veia gris, renovar la TV.

• Patryk (7/5): overall it wasn't too bad I would go back again. I rate it goo. - Location a quiet place yet close to the necessary locations a few places could have been cleaned better overall it wasn't too bad. a new frying pan and a kettle would be useful.
• Albena (5/5): Scam offer! They don't issue invoices and charge additional taxes paid cash on the place. - The only positive thing is the location. Terrible smell inside the apartment, ineffective communication with the host. Wanted additional TOURIST TAX FOR EACH PERSON FOR EACH NIGHTS AT THE AMOUNT OF 6 EUROS. They didn't warn us about this and put us in a situation where we couldn't react and we had to.pay cash to somebody we didn't even know. We paid these additional 50 EUR without receiving any document or anything. They promised to issue invoice, but AFTER the stay they told us they don't issue invoices. This is a kind of SCAM!

• Susan (6/5): The only positive thing is the location. Otherwise, we didn’t really find the apartment comfortable. - The location was great: very near the Sagrada Familia Basilica and the Metro, there were restaurants and big and small supermarkets nearby. *The toiletries were limited considering there were 3 of us staying there for 3 nights. They told us they only give starter amounts so there was only one (half-consumed) toilet paper and we were told to buy our own once consumed. Considering the cost per day for the apartment, the least they could do is have a good supply of the toiletries. * The shower area was very small with the space just enough to let you stand on it. It’s just about 2 feet by 2 feet. There was a “shelf” with no bottoms for you to put your shampoo or soap on. * The bathroom was really far from one bedroom. * The staff is only available from Monday to Friday and only from 9 am to 6 pm. * There was no kettle to heat water in. There was dishwasher detergent but no dishwasher around. * Overall, they are not very accommodating unlike the staff where we stayed in Lyon and Porto. We really enjoyed our stay in those 2 places but not in Barcelona. In Barcelona, they reply to you after a long time. They are unavailable or cannot be reached on weekends. Very inconvenient.😒☹️
