• Chiara (1/5): No serious and unprofessional owners. They behaved like a scam. - My husband and I booked an apartment from them and when we arrived there was no one to hand us tge key. We ringed the bell and we called the two phone numbers that you can find on a sign just next to the door, but those phone numbers were not active. We sent emails and we even tried to contact them through their social media pages. NOTHING! We waited for hours. Not even Booking.com could contact them, so we luckily got refunded, but we had to find another place in such a short time. My advice is: STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

• Stephanie (10/5): Lovely apartment - Apartment was in a really good location, close to the X-Sur shopping centre and restaurants. The apartment has a parking space in the garage which is brilliant as I hired a car. The pool area is clean and well looked after with a toilet and shower available.
• Elbaba (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great; very comfy beds, lovely swimming pool and very well equipped kitchen for cooking. There is a lovely local pizzeria, supermarket, pub and lunch spot a 5 minute walk down the hill. A car is recommended as you are close to the centre but it is quite hilly and a bit of a walk to get to the beach - the dedicated parking spot under the apartment block is superb. Getting the keys was a bit challenging, the apartment block is not very well signposted and we struggled to get the actual flat number from the host (flat 405) and the buzzer to alert the cleaning lady that we had arrived did not work. The parking spot downstairs is number 10 (also a little vague) but that really was the only challenge - easily resolved either through a lock box with code and flat number or someone meeting you on the road. It really was a lovely stay and a good location The arrival and getting the keys could have been better.

• Stephanie (10/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely comfortable apartment with nice furnishings and a good kitchen, had great views of La Gomera and La Palma, watched the fireworks on NYE. Came with a parking space in the garage where I could put my hire car. Really enjoyed my stay.
