- MATHIAS (9/5): Precio conveniente, pero con áreas comunes desaprovechadas - El alojamiento ofrece un precio atractivo y cumple con lo básico para una estadía cómoda, permitiendo dormir bien y preparar comida sin inconvenientes. La ubicación dentro de la zona es buena, especialmente si se cuenta con auto, lo que facilita el desplazamiento. Aunque cuenta con jacuzzi y piscina temperada, el primero no funciona y la segunda apenas está tibia, por lo que en invierno no resulta atractiva y suele estar vacía. El arrendador debería proporcionar información clara sobre horarios de uso y condiciones de estos espacios comunes. El cabezal de la ducha está muy desgastado y lanza agua hacia todas partes, y la falta de sellado provoca que el baño se moje por completo. También se echa en falta toalla de papel en la cocina, y los rollers blackout no sellan totalmente, dejando entrar luz. Además, el control para abrir el portón del estacionamiento no funcionaba, posiblemente por batería agotada.
