• Geoffrey (9/5): Very good. I would consider booking again. - Very convenient location, close to the Thyssen and Prado museums and restaurants. The apartment was very modern and clean. The windows were double glazed but this didn’t entirely keep out the noise of people leaving the bars at 1.00am. Arguably this is the price of being in such a central position.

• Nicholas (9/5): Great central apartment with all the facilities you need - Everything about the apartment was excellent - bed quality (and it was huge), cleanliness and great facilities inc washing machine, clothes airer and dishwasher! Decent coffee machine. Mini supermarket just 50m away. This is a bigger apartment than many we have stayed in Spanish cities for a similar price. Super location to see the city. Very friendly host who answers messages very quickly The apartment block isn’t named so it is hard to find (narrow door opposite Late & Late chocolate shop). There is no reception and the host doesn’t speak English (not a criticism) so hard to explain on the phone when lost! He was very helpful when he tracked us down. Remember Madrid is a bustling city centre and this apartment is in the middle which makes it great for getting to sights but it can get noisy at night.

• Cosmina (10/5): - Tuvimos una experiencia muy agradable en este alojamiento. Todo fue exactamente como deseábamos. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, y el personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de los principales lugares turísticos y muy cerca del metro, lo que hace que desplazarse por la ciudad sea muy fácil. Recomendamos este alojamiento con mucho gusto y sin duda volveremos. Todo estuvo muy bien, no tengo nada negativo que decir.

• Félix (9/5): - La ubicación. Situado en pleno centro. A 5 min de Sol y a poco más de museo del Prado. Mucha oferta de resraurantes por la zona. Cama muy grande y cómoda. Todo muy limpio. Hay bastante ruido por la noche, pero se debe a la zona. Al estar tan céntrico tienee mucho tránsito de gente hasta bien entrada la madrugada. El sofá cama es un poco incómodo.

The staff was great and easy to keep in touch with. The location is perfect and even though it is off a busy area, it was quite inside. The apartment is brighter than what it appears in the pictures. We had such a comfortable stay. Well equipped. They provided coffee and toiletries and good quality bedding and towels. Rent it, you will love it. Nothing to mention

The location is near most popular sites and great for walking the city or for using public transportation. The obvious noise from the street that a pair of ear plugs solve.

• Raja (10/5): Beautifully decorated apartment with high-end furnishings as in a 5-start hotel suite - Apartment was beautifully decorated with high-end furnishings. Space was much larger than what I expected from the pictures. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was modern. Overall, I felt like I was staying in a 5-star hotel suite. Because it is so centrally located to all attractions, street noise can be heard even at 2am. It is not a complaint, but something to keep in mind. My only negative was that in the booking confirmation email, the address to the apartment was missing the door number (it just had the street name). The day before our arrival, I emailed through Booking.com asking for the door number. No response. We thought perhaps the building will have a sign saying SUARA apartments. When we arrived, tt was pouring rain. Without the door number, we were somewhat stranded. We called the phone number listed, and a gentleman who took the call unfortunately can only speak Spanish (and we speak only English). Luckily a stranger helped us communicate and took us to the right place. Although this experience was a little stressful, we were so happy with the apartment.
• Donna (7/5): Beautiful, well-equipped, centrally located apartment but bring your ear plugs - The property itself and the host were wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed and more. Geographically, the location could not have been better. It was right in the middle of all the action. Because the location was right in the middle of all the action, there was a lot of outside noise at all hours of the day. There were a lot of people out in the street directly below the bedroom window until the very early morning hours. Madrid was our first stop after arriving from the U.S. My husband and I both found it very difficult to sleep at night. I’m sure the time difference didn’t help but noise from outside was a huge contributing factor. People partying, garbage trucks going by at 3 AM, police sirens…

• Geronim0101 (10/5): Exceptional stay in the heart of Madrid - We had a great stay during August. The apartment it’s very cozy and very clean. Looks like newly refurbished. The sofa bed is also comfortable. As we stayed during the most hot days of summer we were very pleasantly surprised to see AC in all rooms and working properly. The location it's the best! You are in walking distance from all the important landmarks of Madrid. Although in the centre the apartment was quiet. It was very easy to get the keys, and the host was very accommodating with all our requests! We will definitely come back, and we will recommend you to all our friends! Mucho gracias! Nothing
• Omar (10/5): Exceptional - - Centrally located within walking distance of multiple landmarks, restaurants and shopping areas. - Spacious and comfortable. - Fully furnished. - No safe box available in the apartment- not a deal breaker but would be nice to have a place to leave your valuables especially as a tourist. - Could get noisy at night especially on weekends as it’s close to Sol area but was not as issue for us.

The location is just perfect (although weekends is a little bit noise, which is completely normal for a city center). The apartement was very clean and we found everything we needed in it. • Robert (8/5): Very good studio downtown. - The location is perfect. Very central yet not noisy, which is excellent. The studio is spacious and everything you need is in there. Although we were in contact with the host from the time we landed, keeping him update date as to our approach to the property, like he asked us to, he let us wait 20 minutes outside the property. The towels were not changed although we stayed five nights. The furniture is a bit cheap for the kind of price you pay for this kind of studio. We would have expected more luxury (dimmable lighting, better quality chairs and table, etc.).
