• Wiss HAMEL (9/5): - L'emplacement est magnifique, à la sortie de la station métro NDK et à quelques pas du Vitosha boulevard. L'appartement est très propre et cosy et le propriétaire est très réactif et agréable.
• Maurizio (7/5): - La posizione, l'atmosfera, l'ampiezza delle camere e del soggiorno. Il bagno, troppo piccolo con una doccia ai limiti della praticabilitá. Impoosibile fare una doccia rilassante senza allagare tutto. Ed anche il tira acqua era rotto. I materassi troppo morbidi ed evidentemente di un modello super economico.

• Jane (10/5): Beautiful apartment and so near vitosha boulevard and the metro station. - The apartment is lovely and clean and everything is new. Looks exactly like the photos There wasn't anything I disliked. This is a huge compliment as I am very fussy.

• Viktoriya (7/5): Perfect location and instructions from the owner. Small things to improve inside the apartment. - Perfect location and great instructions for arriving and leaving the property. Stylish apartment that is mostly very functional and beautiful. Would stay there again. The bathroom is not fully functional because of the missing shower glass, everything gets flooded in water. For this reason you cannot use the storage space under the sink as everything gets wet there. The next person who wants to use the bathroom has to go in with shoes or flip flops to not get wet. The space behind the door could be used to put hangers for towels. Missing holder for toilet paper as well. Would be nice to have better quality pillow cases( for the double bed) and towels. The existing ones looked very old and thin. Some towels had spots even after washing and it is not expensive to replace them.

• giuseppe (10/5): Ottima posizione , pulitissima e nuovissima - Struttura vicinissima all’inizio del corso principale , metro all’uscita del palazzo. Appartamento totalmente ristrutturato al piano terra , con 2 camere totalmente separate.

• KRISTINA (9/5): Было бы хорошо, если бы была для гостей бутылка питьевой воды. Или бар с водой и напитками за отдельную плату. Мы прилет - Новый, чистый апартамент. Больше подходит для короткого пребывания. Находится в центре возле НДК. Есть всё что нужно. Не нравится, когда жидкое мыло для рук разбавляют водой. В ванне и на кухне мыло для рук было разбавлено водой. Кухонное полотенце было грязное и имело неприятный запах.

• ivan (7/5): Bien mais pas top - J’ai aimé l’ambiance et l’aménagement fait par un designer. En fait il y avait pas de séjour , seulement une cuisine et deux chambres à coucher.
• Tihomir (10/5): My favorite apartment in the heart of Sofia! - This was one of the best apartments I have been staying in Sofia. Super well located on the main boulevard and the most famous building the National Palace of Culture. The metro station is just in front of the main door of the building. You can easily get to the airport by metro which changes only 2 lines. The host was so friendly and welcoming! The furniture and the bed were so comfortable! I highly recommend this apartment! Nothing

• Evelina (3/5): The apartment is good size ,on good location.The vibes inside not pleasant ,no fillings of security or luxury at all. - Location is good,on the main street,easy access to everything -shops,transport,restaurants. Inside was dark,no nice view, on the ground level,the entering door very basic,no tv channels working.On corridor of the block some refugees passing by.I did not feel well there and that is why I did not stay at all.

• Elena (3/5): Misleading Listing - Never again - They did not lie about location. It is indeed close to NDK. Don't even know where to begin. A great example of a misleading listing. First, there is nothing "luxury" about this place. It could be used as a show room for Ikea, because almost everything you touch is from Ikea, and not the expensive kind. Cheap furniture, cheap bedding, cheap kitchenware. The bathroom is decent. Where do I even begin? On the "luxary" front: cheap broken furniture, chairs with stains, wallpaper falling off, frying pen almost has holes in it, broken knife (seriously? a broken Ikean knife is "luxury"?), electric kettle will only turn off if you unplug it... On comfort: the bed is uncomfortable, pillows are cheap (yes, also with stains on them). You get one set of keys, which is VERY unconvinient when you are more than one person because you do need the keys to enter AND exit, and because there is no door bell or intercome. So if someone needs to leave early morning and you wanted to sleep in - nope, you'll need to get up and let them out. Thin walls so you hear everything. Very dark. No basic things like tea or couple coffee capsules to get you started (also, went to 5 supermarkets and did not find capsules for the machine they have). Misleading listing: When I came back and saw the listing again, I first thought I made a mistake and booked a wrong apartment. THAT different the pictures are to what you will be getting. Some of the pictures are outright false and show things that are not in the apartment. Now that I look at them, it seems they are design drafts - not real pictures. This one https://share.zight.com/NQumb1d8 for example is not at all what the apartment looks like. 100% fake. We came for a nice gateway but this place was so far from "luxury" we were expecting we decided to work instead (in a nearby coffee shop, since internet is patchy) and come again for the "luxury" trip we had in mind.
• Kirsten (9/5): Would definitely stay again - cozy and clean - The location was very good and the rooms were well spacious and clean. Two bedrooms with dividers which could be slid open and make space during the day. Only downside was bathroom was a bit small which was ok once gotten used to however the heater in the bathroom wasn’t working. Only was switched on last 2 days from 5nights which means probably it was automated
