The place feels royal, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is top level, everything is perfectly maintained, and the furniture is luxurious and well thought out. The hospitality and treatment were beyond expectations. Very respectful, professional, and welcoming. I genuinely felt at home from the first moment, not like a guest in a rental. The location is excellent, with everything nearby and easy to access. If you are looking for a premium, high-end apartment that feels like your own home, this is the only choice. • Marlyn (5/5): Be cautious and don't trust the Owner. - The apartment is huge & the location is safe. We stayed there because all I wanted was just resting after the intensity of the 10 days tour organized by my travel agent & our flight departing Egypt was at 8 am, since the traffic is bad & the airport line is slow so I chose a place closed to the airport and another reason I extended another 3 nights & stayed at the apartment so we could make my healthy drink which is just fresh lemon juice + honey every morning as I felt unwell, had sore throat & asthma, since we've have been traveling for nearly 3 months and this only our 1 month, didn't want to get sick as we still have 2 months to go. I don't like to leave a negative review but I found reviews are very helpful & I wish people would leave honest reviews to help others. All I can say from my experience is that nothing is genuine & honest from the owner. There's no information at all from the listing about the policy that you must pay cash & in USD prior booking, however after booking & the day of the check in the owner said he only accepted USD, he refused EGP (meanwhile I have a lot) & must pay in USD & cash, we're from Australia & had no USD cash with us, the cost is $170.65 (or something), he made everything difficult & telling me there's no way I can buy USD here, kept telling me I don't understand of course I do, he's taking advantage of the USD currency against the Egypt's inflation (I've been investing in foreign exchange market since I was 18). At the last resort, I could pay €200 Euro for the price (how come is way higher? Meanwhile Euro is higher than USD), long story short I managed to get USD (2x$100) he took my $200. There was no kitchen knife & spatula, he then supplied a tiny 1 cm W x 3 cm L curved knife that can't even cut a lemon & the spatula is bigger than the fry pan that won't fit inside the pan (what a joke). At the end of our check out he offered me my change in EGP of course I refused as I have no use of it anymore, he lives in Egypt & even refused to accept the currency why would I? He offered us a free airport drop off with excuses of his good will, God willing & expecting 5* review, I accepted as I knew he would try hard not to give my change back, at least I don't lose all of my change. Well, he only gave back €20 for my change, FYI only costs $3 by DIDI to the airport, he lended me 150 EGP for the exchange & tried to charge us for the water. If you're foreigners please stick with staying at the reputable international chain 4 - 5* hotels, especially only two of you.
• Dardeer (7/5): It was OKAY, Not thrilling but. I'll think many times before I go there again - Location was good in a high class compound. Kitchen was properly equipped. apartment was generally clean. Very calm and peaceful location. Land lord is very friendly. There was no master bed room in the apartment. No daily cleaning service, I had to clean my room myself. No change of bed sheeting or pillows sheets. Water heater needs a lot of work to be able to take a shower, I had to call the owner to ask him how to operate the hot water. Iron was not clean and obviously there was no regular maintenance. Land lord does not accept any card, ONLY CASH. Moreover, he took more than what was announced and agreed upon on BOOKING.COM.

• Ibrahim (6/5): Appartement is great, owner is respectful. - The apartment is in a great location near Al Rehab City. The neighbors are quiet, and the area is clean. The apartment owner, Mr. Amir, is respectful, helpful, and polite. One of the conditions for renting the apartment is payment in US dollars. The guest will bear the costs of currency conversion between their currency and US dollars.

• Mervet (10/5): Excellent and very clean, comfortable and amazing view - The Property was very clean and amazing view from the terrace and nice sitting and climate the property has every what we need washing machine , cooker , heating , free internet very fast and the owner very polite and he collect us by his car for free we thank the owner for the nice hospitality The owner was very honest and every thing he promise we find and the the view was amazing and location very easy to go any where in Cairo closed compound
• Rama (10/5): Exceptional - The interaction with the owner was smooth and respectable, the place was super clean, well furnished and brand new. The location is perfect in Alrehab City in New Cairo, where all kind of services are few minutes walk. It would be better to provide kitchen aids, plates, glasses, forks...etc.
• Liyan (1/5): Very very bad - No I cleaned the room, but the landlord withheld my $100 deposit because the room was not clean. The landlord had a very bad attitude.
