• Stefan (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft! Absolut empfehlenswert! - Top-Lage! Nur ein paar Gehminuten zum Vatikan. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Nett, dass sogar ausreichend Nespresso-Kapseln zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation. Gute Tipps. Können wir nur empfehlen! Alles prima.

• Dian (10/5): Spacious, clean, and comfortable flat with high ceilings in a quiet street just minutes from the Vatican — highly recomm - We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Rome. The apartment is very good, spacious, with impressively high ceilings that make it feel even more comfortable. It has two bedrooms, which was perfect for us, and it’s well equipped with everything you might need. The flat was very clean, and the beds and bedsheets were super comfortable. The location is fantastic — just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican — yet it’s on a quiet road with no traffic, so you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and even stroll down the middle of the street. The check-in with Cristina was very smooth, and we were even able to check in early. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

• Anonymous (10/5): Excellent location and value for the money - What made this apartment stand out was its excellent location and overall great value for the price. I especially appreciated the tall ceilings and genuine redwood floors — a refreshing contrast to many other Airbnb rentals that often use low-cost materials. The host was also very helpful and quick to respond. We were given a list of recommendations, which we followed, and none of them let us down. I couldn’t find anything in particular that let me down. If I had to mention something, I would have preferred a thermostatic shower mixer, as the one installed was quite sensitive to adjustments. Finding the perfect temperature took some time. But aside from that, everything was perfect.
• Susan (10/5): Fab location near the Vatican - The location of this apartment on a busy street is fabulous for St Peter's, other churches, restaurants and all kinds of shopping. Come out of the main door, turn right and it's barely a 5 minute walk to the Vatican, or, turn left and it's a 2 minute walk to the metro station, Line A. The apartment kitchen had all the cooking facilities you might need, an induction hob and a microwave, as well as pans and utensils. Everywhere was clean. There were lots of towels supplied. The bedrooms are spacious and our bed was comfortable. Finally, communication from the host was excellent. The host contacted us first and was always contactable via WhatsApp or phone, if we needed help, not that we did, since everything was straightforward. This apartment is a great base for an active holiday in Rome. N/A

• Zenah (9/5): Highly recommended - Location is great, very close to the vatican and within walking distance to the old city. The apartment is very clean. Has 2 large bedrooms and one bathroom. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is road work in the apartment street. One of the bedrooms is a but noisy in the morning.

Despite being on the street (and currently having roadwork done in front of the building), the apartment was very quiet. Two mini-markets very close to the apartment. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

• Kathleen (10/5): Perfetto - Great, clear, friendly communication from the host. Access via codes was very convenient. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable place to stay. Would absolutely recommend! Not fault of the host but some construction outside at the time of our stay which woke us early
• Lisa (8/5): Nice apartment, great location - The apartment was in a great location, close to the metro and walking distance from the Vatican. It met our needs. There was a grocery store that was a 5 minute walk which was also great. Lots of good restaurants nearby too. Each bedroom was big and had plenty of drawers and storage for all of our clothes. I definitely recommend this apartment for its' location is great and the owners respond quickly should you need anything. I did cook on a few occasions and found the kitchen lacked supplies. All you have are utensils and cookware, but there are no spices or oil to get you started so you have to buy everything you will need when cooking. Also the gas to the stove was initially turned off so I had to reach out to owners and luckily they responded immediately and the issue was resolved quickly.

• Grace (10/5): Spacious & clean rooms with a perfect location! - We had a wonderful stay here! Check-in and our contact with the hosts was so smooth. They were extremely accommodating. We loved the apartment itself. Not only was it the perfect location to walk easily to the Vatican, but it was comfortable, bright, safe, and equipped with everything we might have needed. We appreciated the espresso machine and pods. 10/10 recommend!
• Elisapeta (9/5): Superb - Really enjoyed our stay in Ottaviano. Our first time to Rome and one of the main things we came to do was visit At Peter's Basilica. The Vatican was literally 5 minutes walk from the apartment. After a long day of sightseeing, we would walk over to St Peter's Square and enjoy the atmosphere. If the line was manageable, we waited and went in to marvel at the Basilica. The apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable. I travelled with my family which included my 17 month baby and 75 year old mum and everyone was comfortable. The beds are lovely and really love the open windows looking out to the streets of beautiful Rome. The apartment has a full kitchen with great facilities, a little eating area and also a mezzanine level with a seating area which probably can turn into another bed. The bathroom is quintessentially Italian for the age of the apartment buildings small but very clean and everything worked well shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment was on the 2nd floor, there is a lift but on one of the days we were there it was out of order for maintenance. So if you have mobility issue this might cause some troubles. Also for talking luggage up and down. Overall a fantastic little 2 bedroom apartment in Rome, fantastic location with the Metro less then 100m away and the Vatican just a 5min walk away lots of quality restaurants and also grocery stores close by and the best bakery shop on the same block.

• Eleni-pinelopi (9/5): Superb - The apartment is spacious with two large bedrooms and extra space for one more person on the attic-floor, if needed. Great location, by the Ottaviano metro station and 15 minutes walking from the closest stop which takes you to Fumicino airport. The apartment is two minutes from Saint Peter Basilica. Nespresso capsules and more available to drink. One of the two tvs in the bedrooms is not smart tv.

• Damien (9/5): Great location and lovely functional apartment. - Excellent location, just 200m from the metro, and just 5min walk to the Vatican, which was important as you need to be there so early to get in. Its a nice functional apartment, nothing spectacular but had everything we needed. Easy to use entry system. Host had stocked up on coffee pods for us, and extra pillows and blankets. The apartment iis in a nice apartment complex. Maybe the shower could be bigger and taller, but a minor complaint.
