- Nathan (4/5): Poor service and communication - No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included. That is not true. I had to go to the resort and ask to rent towels and bedding which cost an additional EU 47 and I had to pay a cash deposit (which I did not have). Then during the stay the hot water tank started making loud noises all night that kept us awake. In the morning the tank had leaked water all over the floor. I turned the electricity supply to the tank off for safety reasons. Informed the management company about the problem. They did not respond. Left very disappointed with the entire experience. This is the worst experience I have had in the many hotels.com bookings I have had over many years.
- Fintan (4/5): Separate building to the resort - Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here
- Marie (8/5): Séjour agréable - Aucun problème, séjour agréable Par contre, un petit kit vaisselle (dosette vaisselle, éponge, serviette) serait apprécié. Idem, un rouleau de papier WC serait également un minimum
- Marlène (6/5): Très décevant - Très déçue. Manque total de ménage. Matelas taché. Toilettes dégoûtantes. Moquette pareil. Odeur d’égouts dans la chambre et le séjour car cumulus dans la chambre. Canalisations de cuisine inappropriée. Salle de bain avec morceaux de verre au sol. Séjour payé avant d’y mettre un pied et après débrouillez vous. Salon de jardin insuffisant en nombre et cassé. Description des services non conformes. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
- Martin (6/5): Wir nicht noch einmal. - Man sollte unbedingt beachten, dass das App. nicht Teil des Dormio Resorts ist. Erst mit Hilfe der Rezeption haben wir die Wohnung gefunden. Die Wohnung ist groß und etwas abgewohnt.
