• Rafael (10/5): Acho que vale a pena pela localização, limpeza e cuidado que o proprietário tem com o imóvel. - Gostei da localização e comodidades do apartamento O vaso sanitário tem um sistema complexo de mexer ao dar descarga e seria um ponto negativo, mas entendo que isso é uma questão do prédio e que é possível de se acostumar. Mas de resto achei tudo muito bom, limpo e organizado. Você percebe que o anfitrião cuida bem da hospedagem e sabe receber os hospedes.

• Dana (9/5): Cute Italian apartment within walkable distance to historic part of city - The host for the apartment was extremely nice and was there to treat us. The apartment was big enough for our family of four but would not be big enough if kids were older. Second room is very small. Apartment had great A/C that kept it nice and cold. The apartment definitely gave Italian vibes which we were hoping for. Parking is a block away and is €40 a day Was a little farther than I had hoped to the cathedral but we still walked everywhere.

Easy access to public transport and walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. Paolo and his mother were the perfect hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. Their hospitality was truly the best of the best. Thank you for everything! We would love to come back and stay again. Nothing at all.

• Kevin (10/5): Short stay in Milan - The apartment is easily reached from Milan Central Train Station by tram. It is about 20 minutes walk from Milan Duomo Cathedral. Right next to the apartment there are various tram stops. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Paolo the owner is very very helpful and friendly and communication in English is excellent. Very positive stay. Recommended.

Central but without the crowds and within walking distance to the tourist parts of Milan, shops and local amenities including local transportation- tram stop just steps away. Was perfect for our stay in Milan. Will stay again when in Milan and definitely recommend. Our host, Paolo was extremely responsive and his hospitality was second to none. Had a lot of kitchenware, even salt, pepper, vinegar and coffee. Host was very friendly! A bit outdated, but it was indeed an old house so would not expect it to be very modern.

• Paul (10/5): Short weekend stay in excellent apartment. Perfect little break. - Great little apartment in a really nice area of Milan. Excellent location. Could use an iron. Just nitpicking, however, as the property is great.
• Y (7/5): It was like having a home in Milan. - It is in the great location, close to tram and bus stops. And a metro line is also in a short walking distance. There is a cafe and a grocery store just around the corner. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioner, wifi, kitchen, bathroom, spacious storage rooms which make the stay very comfortable. The property manager is very friendly and explains everything you need to know during the stay. The windows don’t provide any sound proof. The property is hidden in the middle of the block so didn’t hear the traffic from the big road. However people were working on the facade of the adjacent building, and somebody was moving in during my stay. Due to all the activities going on in the patio, It wasn’t possible to rest during the daylight.

• Olivera (8/5): Short stay in Milan, inexpensive business related solo traveler - The location was excellent since I know Milano and it was job related but also walkable to most of the Milano attraction . The apartment is small and simple but has everything you need for the short stay. Since Milano is expensive city this apartment is great value for the money. The host is great, the communication was good and even wanted to let me check in earlier. RECOMMENDED
• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - very good location, interesting building, the apartment corresponds to the description on photos and is convenient for a comfortable stay for several people, the house has everything to make tourists feel at home I hope the construction in the neighboring building will end soon, the workers started working at 8 am, and we can return to enjoy our stay in Milan
