• Kerryann (10/5): Fantastic 4night break - Loved how spacious the apartment was with great facilities. Location was spot on 10/10 4pm check in time its too late to make a family of 5 wait around in sun all day. I did message owner to see if could leave luggage somewhere and there wasn't. I think need to reconsider check in times. Also check out time 10am is too early should be around 12pm Building work starts outside at 8am.woke children up. Can be noisy of a nighttime

• Christopher (5/5): After initial problems with gaining entry all went well. - Not applicable, however access to drinking water in the apartment for late arrivals would have been helpful. Contact with the host could've been easier and having issues with the door locking mechanism was a real downside for me.

• Konny (9/5): Fantastisk ophold med stort set hvad vi skulle bruge - Fantastisk beliggenhed, dejlig rummelig lejlighed, super godt med vand-service Lidt svært at låse døren op, manglede sengetøj til dyne fremfor lagen, da det var på grænsen til at være for koldt

• Paulinovix (2/5): Muy mala experiencia!! - Solo la ubicación. Varias cosas. Muchísimo calor en toda la estancia, limpieza nefasta, muy deteriorado tanto baños, cocina y mobiliario. Con lo que piden por noche creo que deberían mantener en mejores condiciones los baños y cocina. Accesorios de la cocina muy deteriorados, no los utilizamos. El grifo de la ducha pegado con cinta aislante. El colchón de matrimonio desprendía muy mal olor. Al llegar tuvimos que barrer ya que estaba el suelo muy lleno de arena y ni siquiera había una fregona para poder secar el agua del baño. La verdad esperaba mejor relación calidad precio. Y del calor ni hablamos, está claro que tienen aire, pero pegándolo a parte que ya sabíamos, pero me parece abusar dado que el piso necesita aire si o si. Tuvimos que dejar la estancia un día antes porque no sabíamos que estaban en fiestas y dado que íbamos con un niño de 2 años no pudimos dormir hasta las 6 de la mañana ya que necesitaba tener la ventana abiertas o era imposible estar allí. Muy mala experiencia, lo siento.

• Hart (3/5): Poor - The location was fine, within walking distance of the sea and close to the local cafes and shops. The host seemed like a nice guy too, but it frustrated me when I reported issues and these were not addressed. There was building work (loud drilling) from around 8.30am for the first 4 days that I was there. I recorded this and sent it to the landlord. We then had a video call. He later checked whether a working permit had been applied for, which it had, but I suggested that if he knew the length of the permit he might want to warn future guests and perhaps consider a discount? There were no glasses or kettle in the kitchen and a lot of the lights bulbs in the flat did not work including hall lights, a bathroom light and one in the lounge. Considering I was paying an additional £100 for a cleaner to maintain and clean the apartment, this was not what I would have expected. One of the shower controls was broken and held together with gaffa tape. There were also what looked like burn marks around one of the bathroom sinks. I hinted as much when I left and gave the landlord the opportunity to make a gesture, maybe a small refund, but this was not forthcoming which I was very disappointed about? All I ask for and expect is value for money and if things go wrong (which they do sometimes) to at least make a gesture, as a way of acknowledging the frustration when these things happen, but this was not forthcoming in this instance which was disappinting.
• Harry (10/5): Moraira is an amazing town and this apartment is a great place to enjoy it from - Great location and very clean A bit of loud construction in the building, sound proofing isn’t amazing. Obviously no fault of the owner.

• Laura (6/5): Pleasant - LOCATION was perfect, communication was excellent. Brilliant , location but was surprised to learn air-conditioning not included in price and was 60 euro for 2 day stay . Included in the price was a cleaning fee but bathroom and kitchen were not clean, an old old tooth brush was in the bathroom drawer and the kitchen needed a clean inside the drawers . The bedrooms were spotless and while Aircon was expensive it was was good . One of the bedrooms did not have Aircon did and was suggested to leave the doors open throughout , which in theory worked but lacks privacy. Overall the stay was good but be aware of hidden costs after purchase . Check in was 4 which is very late and check out 10

Very badly run, could be so much nicer - Location No hot water when we arrived Turned up 45 mins late to Let us in due to problems with other property’s The man who Let us in spoke zero English and could not Explain anything to us about keys or how Anything may work , feeezing cold and no heaters were left for us. Would defiantly Avoid
• Amanda (7/5): Good - Very central I was greeted with a non speaking English person. There was no kettle. No toaster. No microwave bowl. Not enough cups when my friends came round. No scissors. No can opener. Couldn't read the WiFi pass had to get in touch with the owner., twice. No English TV. Had to report No light in the lift.
• Ana (10/5): Fabulous - There was a lovely sea view and the appartment was right in town but still very quite. We had a lovely time I would defiently go back nothing
• Tony (9/5): Superb - We stayed at for eight nights, excellent central location. Loads of good restaurants and bars, close walk to the harbour and beach. The town is spotlessly clean , twice-weekly market. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The water cooler was a nice touch, especially in the heat wave. Supermarket a hundred yards away. Arrangements for the apartment and instructions on obtaining the keys et cetera were very easy to follow and on time.  I would highly recommend this place.
