B (10/5): Just lovely. Thank you !!! - Hero's garden was a breath of fresh air and the perfect way to end our 2 weeks in Italy. I cancelled my prior Airbnb in Rome to stay here due to all the great reviews and I was so happy I did. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4- the breakfast was huge compared to anything we had and it had EGGS which had not been seen in 2 weeks. The cappuccinos came in LARGE cups, THANK YOU, haha and one of the workers even made a homemade cake which was delicious. They helped us get to and from the airport, the train station and even dinner one night. The grounds of hero's garden are absolutely stunning. We had a night flight and they let us spend the day lounging by the pool and then let us change and get ready in a large room with a beautiful bathroom, even after we had checked out. 10/10 and would highly recommend if you are like us and not lovers of 24/7 city life.

Dor (10/5): - השירות שקיבלנו היה ברמה יוצאת דופן! השירות והיחס של האנשי צוות היה מדהים!!! במיוחד בחורה בשם פרנסיס שעשתה הכל מהלב! הגענו מאוחר בגלל בעיה מול חברת השכרת הרכבים, פרנסיס חיכתה לנו עד שעה מאוחרת ודאגה להכין לנו משהו לאכול למרות שהמטבח כבר היה סגור היא עשתה את זה מרצון ומהלב! אנחנו בהחלט נחזור!

Bruna (10/5): Un’immersione rilassante nella natura, a pochi minuti dal centro di Roma. - Ho prenotato per una notte a causa di un impegno presso l’Ospedale Sant’Andrea. L’hotel è la struttura più vicina all’ospedale, raggiungibile in meno di 5 minuti in macchina o circa 15 minuti a piedi. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla bellezza del posto, immerso nella natura e circondato da alberi, che rendono il soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante. Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed educato. La camera era pulitissima, ben organizzata e confortevole. Anche la colazione, disponibile a pagamento (inclusa in alcune tipologie di camera), è stata una piacevole sorpresa: deliziosa e con un’ampia scelta. Parcheggio gratuito e sicuro all’interno della struttura.

They organized the breakfast before the usual time, helped me in everything! The room was huge and beautiful, it was like villa. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was wonderful. The staff are absolutely amazing and provided professional, efficient and friendly service. We were relaxing after a three week vacation in Italy and Hero's Garden Relias provided a spa like atmosphere in which to do so. This is simply a note for readers and not a "dislike" by any means. While Hero's Garden is a beautiful place to relax it is quietly located in farm lands so be prepared to use the car service provided or consider a rental car if you wish to day trip from the facility.
René (9/5): Sehr schönes kleines Hotel zum entspannen. - Etwas ausserhalb von Rom gelegen. Somit schön ruhig. Sehr schönes Zimmer und absolut schöner Pool! Klein aber fein! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Das Hundegebell der Nachbarschaft in der Nacht war etwas störend. Aber diese Hunde braucht es zur Sicherheit.

Guest (10/5): Relaxing pur 🙌🏼 - Das Zimmer war direkt am Pool und die Aussicht legendär. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer und es war sogar gestattet auch nachts den Pool zu nutzen. Sehr kinderfreundlich 👍🏼 Nichts - einfach ein top Service!
Timothé (10/5): Très bon séjour au calme - Très bel endroit au calme dans un grand parc très bien entretenu. En périphérie de Rome dans la campagne en 5 min en voiture du raccordement. Tout le personnel était très aimable et serviable. Chambre et appartement très spacieux et propre. Piscine magnifique et très grande. Petit déjeuner très bon avec du salé et du sucré. Il faut être véhiculé car il n’y a rien à proximité. En cette période de forte chaleur j’aurai apprécié que les 2 bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre soient offertes, ce ne fut pas le cas.

SYLVAIN (8/5): Emplacement exceptionnel - lieux magique - Hôtel très bien situé à l'écart de l'agitation de Rome tout est parfait le lieu est assez exceptionnel et assez magique avec une piscine vraiment 5 étoiles super séjour. Possibilité de se balader d'aller faire des footing à l'extérieur dans la campagne donc là c'est vraiment super. Un espace piscine vraiment très apprécié avec également une terrasse surplombant la piscine magnifique Le petit-déjeuner peut être nettement amélioré notamment dans la diversité et dans les choix des choses proposées on n'a pas beaucoup de fruits secs ni de fruits tout court pas d'oeufs brouillé, le pain ou les viennoiseries elles ne sont pas en quantité suffisante et le pain n'est pas forcément bien frais bref il y a possibilité d'augmenter largement le niveau du petit déjeuner. Nous sommes restés que 2 nuit certes, les chambres ont étaient faites mais il n'y a pas eu de changement de serviettes par exemple. Ce sont de petits détails.

Nathalie (10/5): Super Hotel nahe Rom. Für einen Kurztrip mit Auto bestens geeignet: - Wir hatten ein großes Studio, was uns super gefallen hat. Es war alles sehr sauber, gut gelegen, ruhig und sehr komfortabel. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber, wurde täglich geprüft. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, Verständigung in Englisch ist ohne Probleme möglich. 25Min. mit dem Auto bis nach Rom, ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Küche in unserem Studio war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zwar sind die Teller, technischen Geräte etc. neuwertig, aber die Schränke könnten für das optische Erscheinungsbild Mal erneut werden. Die Preise der Getränke und kleinen Snacks war übertrieben. Ein Aperol kostet 10€, dafür bekomme ich in Italien eine ganze Flasche und selbst in den Restaurants zahlt man nicht soviel. Wirklich schade, da man gerne am Pool mal etwas getrunken hätte.

Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse, Roberta et son équipe sont au petit soin. Appartement très propre, literie parfaite et équipements complets. Ce petit complexe est Un havre de paix après les visites Romaines que nous avions hâte de retrouver en fin de journée pour nous détendre autour de la piscine. L'hotel era in una posizione ideale per me poichè potevo raggiungere velocemente la mia destinazione anche se di base è un po' lontano da tutti i servizi Purtroppo ovunque si percepiva un brutto odore. In camera non è presente una scrivania se si vuole lavorare. In bagno le bustine di docciaschiuma e shampoo sono un po' misere. Suggerisco di rivedere la proposta sostituendole magari con delle boccette
Ian (10/5): Wonderful - Hero’s Garden is such a lovely place to relax outside of the city, an oasis! The grounds and swimming pool are stunning and lovingly maintained, and the apartments are immaculate and very well equipped. Everything about our stay was excellent. All of the staff are just lovely, they are so welcoming and genuinely want to ensure you are enjoying your stay. A special mention for Roberta, who was just fabulous! We will definitely return.

Pumpenonkel (10/5): - Hero's Garden Relais ist eine Oase der Ruhe und Geborgenheit nach einem langen Besuchstag im hektischen Rom. Das Anwesen erinnert an ein Toskanisches Herrenhaus mit einem schönen Pool und einem tollen Garten. Da nur wenige Gästezimmer vergügbar sind genießt man eine zuvorkommende Betreung des netten Personals und fühlt sich in einer persönlichen Atmosphäre. Einfach nur schön. Leider liegt das Hotel weiter außerhalb, so dass man ab Saxa Rubra mit einem abenteuerlichen Zug fahren muss. Dann kommt man allerdings am Piazza del Poppolo an und ist direkt im Geschehen. Alternativ gäbe es ein Taxi nach Rom, wenn man einmal ein schönes, ganztägiges Verkehrschaos live erleben möchte.
Michael (10/5): Superlativo!! - Posizione comodissima se si viaggia in auto. Parcheggio riservato e sicuro all’interno del Relais con due cancelli d’accesso. Strade principali di Roma a 10 min di distanza. Piscina esterna aperta ad ogni ora a dir poco suggestiva, con acqua leggermente salata e temperatura perfetta. Ambienti rilassanti e puliti. Staff super accogliente con sorrisi genuini e mai invadenti. Qualche piccolo dettaglio della camera (poche prese elettriche, porta leggermente difettosa e tendina in doccia), ma assolutamente di poco rilievo.

Guest (10/5): Fantastic hotel! - We loved our stay here! It is an oasis outside of Rome which we loved to head back to after a day sightseeing in Rome. The pool is amazing. We stayed in a pool apartment which was great to have loungers and chairs just outside our apartment door. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, Roberta was fantastic as were all the staff who we met. They were brilliant at giving us tips and also arranging transport to the train station and local restaurants Some reviews have mentioned you have to have a car but we didn’t and found it fine as the hotel has a free shuttle to train station in morning and then it’s a 15 minute train into central Rome. The hotel are happy to arrange transport to local restaurants and also Uber also works well so although a car would be helpful it’s definitely fine without one. For us staying outside of Rome worked brilliantly to allow us to have a fantastic pool to enjoy after sightseeing

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, particularly Roberta and the lovely Brazilian woman at check out (I’m sorry I forgot your name, maybe Elena?). Such a relaxing and friendly place to stay for a really reasonable price Switching the breakfast up a little bit more day to day and having some chopped up fruit would be amazing. Ella (10/5): Peaceful, restorative and lovely - The breakfast was varied and included ham, cheeses, bread, jams, cereals, yoghurt's, juice etc. The grounds are gorgeous, really peaceful and well kept, perfect for relaxation. The room and bathroom was a lot bigger than I expected and was very clean and well kept. When travelling to the city centre, take the metro and train lines from the station that is about 15 minute drive away. It's really cheap to do it this way and the public transport is reliable and frequent. If you take a train from Saxa Rubra and then the A line underground system, you can visit most places in the city via this line. It's all really well sign posted and easy to navigate once you get your bearrings. The closest shop is 15 mins by car. My advice would be load up a big bag of supplies on the day you take a trip to the city and bring your goodies back if you decide to stay at the hotel and chillax. The staff were the highlight of my visit, they were so welcoming, attentive, accommodating and friendly!
