- Giedrius (1/5): not recommended at all! - Nothing poor communication, how stuff chatting with customers, also spend 1.5h on the phone internation call, paid city taxes twice, they promised to refund, but still nothing and no respond to messages. And after that still couldn't get instructions how to get in property. Property it self big, but bathrooms doors doesn't lock, handles loose.

- Rose (7/5): The location was convenient however registration and access to the building were very complicated. Host was not very hel - Location is very close to train station so it was very convenient for day trips. We could not get access to wifi and host was not helpful in helping us. Entry to the building was complicated and instructions for entry are mot sent until the last minute. Water heater was leaking.
- Ibraheem (4/5): Disappointing - The location I was very disappointed with my stay at this apartment. The apartment was not clean, and the beds were very dirty. Additionally, two of the rooms had air conditioners that did not work well(very hot). We also couldn’t close the bathroom and bedroom doors, which made our stay quite uncomfortable.
- Michael (3/5): Nightmare in Milan - This property is a five bedroom apartment, and accommodated the group of nine. Its location near Milano Centrale was very good Our experience there was a nightmare. Because I am old (83), I was unable to send scans of my passport and my photo (photo required nowhere else on a five week trip), and I thought on meeting we could fix it up then. I was wrong. We saw no one, and no one offered to help. We had been 26 hours in flight, and I had a ten year old to think about. The owner/manager did not offer to help, and one of my family scratched together what documents were needed. Then they rang demanding the city tax, everywhere else collected at the end (five days later). Then they rang again to demand a security deposit of E400. Finally, we were given the number to enter the apartment. It is exceptionally difficult to use, and all nine had difficulties throughout the stay. I checked the apartment: no one used the "lounge". When I looked into a drawer in the kitchen, it fell apart and in falling, it cut my foot with a 3cm cut. Then one of my grandsons took a shower, and the door fell off, smacking him in the nose, which also bled. There was no hot water. We emailed the property with a long list of things that were needed, from kitchen towels to toilet paper to this, and that, and that. Most items were not supplied. On leaving, I waited for the security deposit. I am still waiting, two months later. They said they had paid, and sent an extraordinary document with no words connecting where, why and who. I wrote saying I did not have the money yet, and no reply. This is a property, or rather, a property owner to avoid at all costs. If required, I have photos of the two injuries

- Murilo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very big and the neighborhood is nice. It is just a few minutes walking from the Centrale station, which is very convenient. There is also a subway station nearby. Well, it wasn't the easiest thing to get the access code. We had to do some self-chekin stuff in the administrator website, but after finishing it and paying the taxes and all, I had to call them a few times to get the information emailed to me. But in the end it was ok.
- Marta (3/5): Be Careful with this rental. - Good location and space inside the apartment. This location and size of the apartment was great, but otherwise had many challenges. First after arrival, we were left alone to figure out how to check in. After HOURS of attempting to call and check in we were told we have to pay extra fees, for tourists and for a security deposit, which was not disclosed on booking.com. Upon entering the space, there were many serious damages that made it harder to stay here. Both of the bathroom doors didn’t lock, scratches and dirt throughout the apartment.
After checking out, we were notified by the manager we are only getting back a portion of our security deposit for breaking a glass (we did not use at all) and for leaving garbage everywhere (also not true). Why did we pay a cleaning fee if they are charging us for cleaning again?
I am extremely disappointed with the the stay and the customer service after paying so much for this apartment. This is a scam!
- Williams (3/5): Good location and good layout, but not well maintained. - The size of the apartment was very comfortable.
The washer/dryer worked well.
Very convenient to the central train station. - The online check-in system was very cumbersome and took a long time.
- The app to open the building door worked well, but it was challenging to open the apartment door.
- The dishwasher was full of clean dishes when we arrived.
- There are no locks on the bathroom doors and one of the doors wouldn’t stay closed.
- We were 9 people and 2 bathrooms wasn’t really enough.
- One of the hairdryers in the bathroom was melted, so naturally didn’t work.
- The floors had just been washed when we arrived, so they were cleaned, but were still extremely dirty.
- The TV remotes didn’t have batteries and some were just broken altogether.
- The air conditioning was not working in one of the bedrooms and there were no fans in the apartment. We called the maintenance number and they sent someone to try to fix the AC. The tech was unable to fix it, so we asked for a fan. It was delivered two hours later at 23:45, which woke some people up. The fan helped a little and it was fairly loud outside, so can’t really keep windows open. We checked in on a Saturday and I asked for an update on the AC on Sunday morning. I didn’t get a response until Monday. They claimed they couldn’t get it fixed over the weekend. If they advertise AC, they should be ensuring it works when the previous group checks out.
- The apartment is essentially all IKEA, so drawers and cabinets were falling apart.
- Informed the agency of all of this and all they offered was a 15% discount on a future stay. All 9 of us agreed that we wouldn’t stay there again.
- Overall, the apartment was not well maintained.

- Ailish (7/5): Great location - The location was great, 5 mins from central station, so great as a base. Beds were comfortable. Clean, except for dishwasher, see below. Payment online and check in online were awkward. Also dishwasher in property was full of dirty dishes from previous occupants! A little noisy, triple glazing would be a good idea.
- Gui (9/5): Enjoyable house next to Milano Centrale - Big house with lots of rooms good for a group or a large family. Right next to Milano Centrale. Very clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning in all rooms. Hosts should care a bit more about travelers who arrive by car and need a place to park, meaning some information about parking should be available. 'You have to look on Google' is not really enough when you are paying 400€/night. There are some good and some really bad parking garages around and to have one good advice about which one to choose would make all the difference.
