• Sandu alina dana (8/5): Camere foarte mici. - Zona și curățenia din locație. Am apreciat ca nu s-a permis sa lăsăm bagajele într-o zona comuna, deoarece am ajuns foarte devreme. Camera extrem de mica, patul dublu neincapator penteu doi adulți. Consider ca acea camera nu poate fi predata pentru 3 persoane adulte, sunt practic 12 metri de locuit și chiar dacă ai trece cu vederea peste acest aspect patul dublu este imposibil sa doarmă doi adulți în el, orice pat care este destinat adulților are minim 160x200,aici cred ca erau 130x200,nu am reușit sa dorm deloc timp de doua nopți. Nu mi-a plăcut ca nu poți vorbi la telefon cu recepția, numărul afișat nu este funcțional, doar mesaje prin aplicație dar răspunde puțin greu. Ora de check out este prea exagerata, adică check în la ora 15 și check out 10 și mai și primești mesaj ca dacă întârzii 30 minute platesti 20 lire.... Fonicitatea camerei este lipsa, prin ușa se aude tot. Pereți cam murdari și în camera și în zona comuna de bucătărie.

• Allen (9/5): Great stay in London - Excellent location with off road parking which was essential for us. The room was fine, not huge but we were only there in the evening. The downstairs kitchen and lounge was spacious. Easy to make breakfast and a light evening meal. It was quiet, a little like an upmarket hostel. Excellent value for money. Very little but the front door digital lock was a bit tricky, I had to ring the bell when I first arrived luckily a member of staff was in to help me gain access. We're not keen on plug in air freshener, they smell terrible. Easy to remove but the smell lingers. The house is very clean and so doesn't need them.
• Amit (9/5): Stay close to London city center - All the instructions provided were clear that we didn’t have to interact with the staff. We parked our car in front of the house which was a relief for us in this busy city. The London city centre is easily accessible by using public transport. Nearest underground station is Wembley Park Station, which at a walkable distance of around 5 to 10 minutes. The room was comfortable. We got a room on first floor, as it was sunny day, when we returned home it was quite warm. But we kept window slightly open and it was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place for stay in Wembley area. Nothing specific.

• PRAKASH (8/5): Good location and value for money - Location was good and having a lounge with kitchen was helpful. Nice shower The pillows were crumpled and not tidy but we ignored it as there was good drinking water facilities and outside space to sit and relax. The message about £20 penalty for every 30 minutes delayed check out was bit silly!

• C (8/5): - Love the bathroom, good towels, good shower, the garden, the shared large kitchen and living room area. It is just a short walk to the tube. The garden has squirrels, foxes, woodpeckers, birds ... I find that lovely for a place in a big city. Check in instructions are clear. Noise isolation is poor (like in most houses in the area), I could hear my direct neighbor snore, and talk and moving things around. On the ground floor was a room with very noisy guests - loud music, very loud voices. They did calm down after I knocked on their door around 1 am. That is not the fault of the location, but of the guests.

We could hear everything the guests above us were doing. Kept us awake until 2am. No kettle or welcome pack in room had to use communal kitchen always. No parking. False advert. Only soace for 2 cars and they were taken up by others despite me booking a space.

Pas d'isolation acoustique entre les chambres et surtout via la porte de la chambre. Donc le bruit de la maison (entrée/sorties/personnes qui déjeunent/nettoyage) s'entend très fort partout. Ce point négatif ne m'empêchera pas de revenir éventuellement dans ce logement.

Spazi della struttura puliti e ordinati. Quartiere silenzioso e fornito. Posizione molto buona metro vicina servono un paio di cambi per arrivare in centro. Il check out alle 10 è presto si potrebbe allungare almeno fino alle 11.

The location was convenient. The staff/host were not accommodating at all. They were very strict about the baggage drop-off policy and did not allow any flexibility, even though the property was vacant. Their attitude came across as rude, unkind, and judgmental, which made the experience uncomfortable.

• Ben (3/5): Noisy guests, bad night's sleep. Moved out after the first night. - The property itself is clean and nicely decorated. The other guests were talking loudly until 2am, and ringing the doorbell until midnight because they couldn't read the instructions to open the front door. The property felt overcrowded - probably around 12 people. Cut a 2-night stay short after the first night of terrible sleep and went and booked into a local hotel instead. I get that the hosts can't control the behaviour of the guests, but I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're a student on a party weekend.

• Joanna (3/5): - Jechałam na koncert na Wembley, więc wybrałam tą lokalizację, żeby dojść pieszo tam i z powrotem, więc lokalizacja na plus. Mężczyzna z obsługi był bardzo nieprzyjemny. Wejście do obiektu jest na kod, który trzeba wstukać. Dostałam wcześniej instrukcję jak to zrobić, ale była tam informacja, żeby najpierw wzbudzić klawiaturę. Nie było informacji jak. Ja myślałam, że trzeba dotknąć czujnika linii papilarnych. Ponieważ nie udało mi się otworzyć samodzielnie, zadzwoniłam dzwonkiem do obiektu. Wyszedł mężczyzna, nie przedstawił się ale zachowywał się jak osoba z obsługi. Wyjaśniłam, że nie mogę otworzyć drzwi wejściowych. W odpowiedzi usłyszałam pouczenie wyższościowym tonem jak to się otwiera. I podobnie nieprzyjemnym tonem informację, że musze sobie poradzić, ponieważ obsługi nie ma przez całą dobę, więc mi nie pomogą, kiedy ich nie będzie. Zabrakło życzliwego poinformowania, jak działa ten konkretny zamek i życzliwości w ogólnym stosunku do mnie. Stosunek do klienta duży minus, skutecznie mnie zniechęcił do myśli, aby wybrać ponownie ten obiekt. Internet teoretycznie był, ale bardzo słaby. Jeśli potrzebujesz oglądnąć film na YT albo masz spotkanie online, to zabezpiecz sobie inny, bo ten w obiekcie nie da rady. I jeszcze kwestia wtyczek - ja miałam europejskie i nie pasowały do tych w obiekcie. Musiałam prosić obsługę. Na szczęście wypożyczono mi, ale fakt, że musiałam prosić był utrudnieniem i gdybym przyjechała w nocy, kiedy nie ma obsługi mogłoby być kłopotliwe.

I felt comfortable walking back to the room by myself late at night. Also very close to Wembly Park underground station and ASDA, a large grocery store. Everything was nice and clean. Internet was very good! The beds are definitely on the firm side. I did sleep well, but it is certainly not plush. Also, I kind of envisioned working in the common area and maybe mingling with other travelers. However, there is an office right off the kitchen where some people work and, while they were nice, it felt "weird" like I was sitting in their waiting room or something. Plus, they were constantly on the phone, so it wasn't conducive to me getting work done. So, I mainly stayed in my room.
