Guest Reviews
- Cherie (9/5): Winter wonderland - The location was amazing and the snow was magical. The heaters were hard to work out how to turn them on, and the portable one in the bunk room could be upgraded. We got them going eventually.
- Jolanta (6/5): - the pillows could be more softer
- Mandy (1/5): Stayed in accomodation to stay at the snow. Microwave was dirty. Dirty mugs in the cupboard. Bunk bedroom was dusty, dea - I liked the fact that it was an apartment Dirty, old. Very disappointing, considering how expensive it was
- Phillip (7/5): Good -
- Kyle (9/5): Superb -
- Sharon (8/5): Beautiful mountain escape - Self contained, warm, good views Carrying suitcases up 2 flights stairs
- Krishan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (7/5): Ageing gem in a priceless spot. Fix a couple of little things and drop the price and it’s perfect - Location is really special. Nestled among snowgums and boulders. If it was just a little less expensive we would be back in a heartbeat Entry via bunkroom, which has no openable window nor fan/ac. So my son who slept in there had to have the front door open as it was stiflingly warm.
The toilet seat didn’t stay up.
We stayed there on the Sat night of Labour Day weekend, and no businesses were open so it was BYO and enjoy the peace, but not like accom is in demand up there at that time. So the off-season price could do to come down, especially until the bunkroom ventilation issue is fixed.
- Wai (3/5): Very unhappy - No.parking near by . No internet and apt full.of moths.
- Fiona (8/5): A great, cosy location for a weekend away (off season) - It was warm and comfortable and had (nearly) all of the facilities we needed for a great stay. The kitchen and dining area was spacious enough for three adults. The kitchen had everything we needed - except for a kitchen knife! We needed to prepare our own evening meals (especially on the public holiday as the shops were shut) and the one bread knife made preparing vegetables almost impossible.
- Jitsopin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bonython (10/5): Exceptional - The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were comfy and warm. It was located close to everything. The walls aren't soundproofed and we could hear every conversation, kids playing, kitchen noises, loo flushing etc from the next apartment (which means they can hear us too!)
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Rachel (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, had all the necessary utilities, great location especially next to the dingo enclosure for kids Walls were very thin and the neighbours were very noisy playing music until midnight, even if they weren't noisy we could still hear cupboards closing etc. Would like if there was a no noise policy after 10pm for this apartment block given they have a shared wall (and that shared wall is where the bunk beds are pushed up against)
Would also love more hooks around the place eg. Back of the door in bedroom and bathroom
- Molo (8/5): Very good -
- Vadi (7/5): Good - Neat and clean. Good location and friendly staff. Location and clean
- Amanda (8/5): Very good -
- Wilmar (10/5): clean - clean none
- Pauline (9/5): Superb -
- Samantha (8/5): A lovely cute apartment in a beautiful, quaint alpine village - Good size, great location right in the middle of the village. The mountain itself is lovely. There’s a double bed and bunk beds so great if you have kids. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the apartment, we didn’t have large bags but would be a struggle with lots of gear. You can’t park in the village and have to walk from the car park to the accommodation.
- Linda (7/5): Cosy small apartment - The view and being up high on the second floor Small living area for 5 people
The huntsman spider in the bathroom and no insect spray
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Absolutely stunning location. Room was clean tidy and welcoming. Slightly more bench space for the kitchen
- Linele (7/5): Good -
- Janaine (10/5): Perfect! - Everything. I love this apartment. Nothing.
- Ashley (9/5): Awesome little apartment in a great location - Perfect location close to the restaurant and ski areas. Self-contained with everything you need. Very comfortable and warm. The stairs were tiring after a long day but worth it for the location and view.
- Tao (10/5): Exceptional -
- Serena (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janaine (10/5): It’s an excellent apartment - Hearters on on arrival therefore apartment was nice and cozy Nothing
- Laine (9/5): Great location and facilities -
- Amanda (7/5): nice place, Iv stayed in much nicer for a lot cheaper though - location. warm and cosy main door opens into kids room
- Kevin44 (8/5): Very good - Great spot Late check-in and heater in 2nd bed didn't work
- Sepideh (8/5): Very good -
- Abdul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adele (8/5): cosy , warm and clean little place . easy to walk to every thing in the Village . - very warm and clean .Comfortable bed mattresses . Pillows were high and hard ! needs lamps in the lounge room .
- Kelly (8/5): The location, staff and lodgings were all great. Just neededs an easy privacy fix with a bathroom blind and softer pillo - Everything was clean and tidy. The location is spectacular and the staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom window faces onto the walkway/ stairs to the building. Although there is frosted glass, I could make out the shapes of ppl walking past and I’m sure at night with the light on, ppl could make out my silhouette showering or using the toilet. It needs a blind or curtain on the window. I felt a bit exposed. Also the pillows were really uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep well as they were so high and dense and my neck was bent at too severe an angle. I’ve had a painfully stiff neck since.
- Eleanor (7/5): Peaceful and clean. Right next to the dingo enclosure! :) - Clean, simple layout. Main necessities in kitchen. Great for two people.
