• Julián Díaz Llorente (10/5): - El piso está puesto a capricho. Todo nuevo, moderno y con un gusto exquisito. La terraza da un espacio al aire libre fundamental y está bien resguardada. Todos los servicios que uno pueda necesitar, incluyendo el metro, están muy cerca así como restaurantes de todo tipo, bares para comer pintxos... Una delicia de vacaciones. Ah, y la playa bien cerca. Un diez.
• Itxaso (10/5): Comodísimo - Apartamento muy cómodo. La cama y la ducha, una maravilla. Muy cerca del metro y con aparcamiento en la puerta. Todo nuevo, funcional y moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. No hubo nada que no me gustara.

• Paulo (10/5): Excecional - O Apartamento está novo, tudo moderno e limpo, fomos recebidos muito bem e com um detalhe agradável de boas-vindas. A localização também é boa, em poucos minutos chega ao metro de Las Arenas. Recomendo 100%.
• kirsten (10/5): Det bedste overnatningssted på vores 3 uger i Spanien. - Det var en helt ny renoveret lejlighed. Meget smagfuld og med alle tænkelige hjælpemidler. Fantastisk god seng. Alt var i orden og smukt, Beliggenheden er lidt langt fra centrum, men det er ret nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen ind. Kæmpe supermarked lige ved siden af, og mange restauranter og barer tæt på. Det eneste vi kunne have ønsket os, var mulighed for at vælge en tyndere dyne eller tæppe. Vi havde det alt for varmt under en kæmpe dyne. Og det var for koldt at sove med kun lagen. Trods dette giver jeg alligevel et 10 tal, fordi alt andet var langt over forventning.

• Itxaso (10/5): Nuevo, limpio y bien ubicado - Parece que hemos estrenado el apartamento... Super nuevo, precioso y limpio, decorado con mucha clase. La cama comodísima, la ducha grande, la cocina de lujo, todo super moderno, nos ha encantado, y encima super céntrico, con ascensor, con el supermercado en la puerta y a 3 minutos del metro. Visitamos sitios increíbles a pie como el Puente Bizkaia, el paseo de las grandes villas, la playa, todo super cerca. Cuando volvamos a Getxo nos volveremos a alojar aquí!!! Me gustó todo... Por decir algo, que tenía terraza, pero daba a un patio interior, aunque la verdad, la disfrutamos igualmente...
