• Inna (10/5): - Everything was wonderful. The location is perfect, just few meters from Duomo square an 15 minutes walk from railway station. Christian met us personally and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed to fell like at home. Many thanks to the host for great experience!
• Laurence (10/5): Parfait. - L'appartement est magnifique, situé au cœur de la ville, à quelques pas du Duomo. On visite tout à pied. Le calme et la sérénité qui s'en dégagent sont très appréciables pour sortir du buzz de la ville. La terrasse apporte un vrai oasis où il est agréable de prendre le café. Bref le logement a largement contribué à rendre notre voyage encore plus beau.
• Lex (9/5): Prachtig appartement op prime location en toch rustig - Mooi appartement, afwerking met goede materialen en prachtige verlichting. Centraal gelegen voor de highlights van de eerste orde en de op de toerist gerichte horeca en winkels, maar ook op loopafstand van de minder begane paden. Groot terras! Grenst direct aan een kerk (Santa Maria in Campo), maar deze heeft sporadisch diensten en luidt geen klokken. Eerste verdieping 31 treden) boven een garage van Misericordia, maar er rijden geen ambulances in en uit. ‘sNachts is het rustig, het zal hebben geholpen dat wij de ramen dicht hadden in verband met de muggen, en de slaapkamer is aan de achterkant. Wel hoorden we elke ochtend om 7 uur, 7:45 en 8 uur klokken luiden, mogelijk van de Campanile van de Dom. Geen hinderlijke geluiden van buiten of van binnen. Goed bed. Aardige eigenaars, heel bereikbaar en zeer begaan met het appartement en welzijn van de huurders. Wij verbleven twee weken en kregen een gratis tussentijdse schoonmaak. Eigenaars zeggen niet te houden van horren en stellen het chemische arsenaal beschikbaar: voor op de huid en in het stopcontact. Wij zouden de voorkeur geven aan horren, zodat de ramen zonder bezwaar open kunnen wanneer de airco niet aan staat. Er waren wat comfort zaken die niet heel erg waren. Keukenstoelen (rugleuning, zie foto in de beschrijving) niet comfortabel, bank (een bed?) is veel te diep om comfortabel te zitten en de TV te hoog. Aan één kant van het bed was geen tafeltje of nachtkastje, hiervoor hebben wij een krukje uit de keuken gebruikt. Apparatuur (sapcentrifuge en haardroger) van ondermaatse kwaliteit. Voor de koffie alleen een kleine percolator (maar koffiebarretjes op een paar passen afstand). Geschikt voor langer verblijf als je rekening houdt met een eenvoudige keukenuitrusting.
• Lawrence (10/5): Excellent location, Great host, Apartment is pristine and came with all of the necessities. - Cristian, the host, was courteous, welcoming, professional. The apartment was half-a-block from the Duomo and restaurants, groceries, bars we all close-by. The apartment is clean, came with all the necessities for our stay and is in excellent repair. Nothing that we can think of at the moment.

We especially liked the private outdoor patio and appreciated our host checking in on our stay. Rain brought some mosquitoes that were sometimes hard to keep out.

It is furnished very stylishly, has everything you need and is extremely clean. It has a wonderful green terrace, which is rare for such a place. The hosts Kristian and his mother are extremely responsive and kind. This apartment exceeded my expectations. My family and I spent unforgettable days in this place and we will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this place in the heart of the city.

• Margaret (10/5): Beautiful apartment in central Florence ! - It is in the best location being next to the Duomo and restaurants and shopping. The owner of the property went out his way to be helpful and was easy to reach when we messaged . The apartment is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Stunning terrace ! We would highly recommend !! We can think of nothing we didn’t like but there are stairs which is not unusual in many properties.
