• Angelo (2/5): Esperienza pessima. - Solo la posizione al centro di Istambul Le foto non erano veritiere. L'appartamento sporco, piccolo, non idoneo per 4 persone. Bagno piccolo, lavabo nemmeno utile per lavarsi i de nti. Piatto doccia otturato. Asciugamani sporchi. Stanza fredda e priva di tende funzionali. Il salottino si affaccia ad un muro. Le pareti sporche, armadio rotto. Il personale visto una volta sola.

• Stipanovic (9/5): - Pre svega domaćin je bio veoma ljubazan, prijatan, uvek na raspolaganju, lokacija je odlična blizu centra i do svih znamenitosti se moze vrlo brzo stici.Ukolilo bi ponovo dolazila u Istambul odsela bi ovde. Higijena apartmana nije na nivou koji sam očekivala.

В ванной комнате мыло и шампунь. Так же одноразовые тапочки. Расположение номера за такую цену очень хорошее. Мы остались довольны. Окно расположено напротив стены другого дома, поэтому утром сложно встать, кажется ещё ночь. Летом это наверное большой плюс, комната не нагревается. В ванной комнате холодно, потому что ещё апрель, а вентиляция выходит на улицу.

• Andgelina (3/5): Отлична локация, но разочароващи условия и подвеждащи снимки - Най-голямото предимство на мястото беше локацията – изключително удобна и близо до основни забележителности, ресторанти и дори до морето. Всичко беше на пешеходно разстояние, което направи престоя ни много лесен и приятен откъм придвижване. За съжаление, стаята изглеждаше коренно различно от това, което беше показано на снимките. На практика нямахме реален прозорец – гледката беше към стена на съседна сграда на много малко разстояние и не влизаше никаква естествена светлина. В стаята беше постоянно тъмно, независимо дали е ден или нощ, а осветлението беше слабо и недостатъчно. Банята също не беше добре оборудвана – липсваше стойка за душа, което правеше къпането неудобно. Освен това нямаше никакъв персонал по време на престоя ни. Не видяхме нито един човек, а при напускането дори не получихме отговор на съобщение дали има на кого да оставим ключа. Наложи се просто да го оставим на бюро и да си тръгнем. Като цяло мястото създаваше много потискаща атмосфера и престоят ни беше неприятен.

• Sara (1/5): Un desastre - Nada . El alojamiento es un horror. Es un zulo sucio. Habitación con ventana que da a un agujero negro. En la descripción menciona “ vistas al mar o la ciudad”. Una broma. El suelo se hunde, la sensaciones es que te vas a caer al sótano. El baño podrido, los ganchos rotos, la puerta de la ducha rota. Las paredes se caen. La parte de la “ cocina”, hervidor de agua quemado, en el armario un tupper con comida podrida. Las almohadas pésimos. Usamos nuestros plumas para poder dormir.Primer día se partiò la llave dentro de la cerradura . El hombre dijo que el huésped anterior ha roto la cerradura(?!).El hotel no tiene ningún cartel en la calle . La zona es oscura y sucia, Muy poco recomendable, Ha sido un gran engaño y una vergüenza para Booking, ofertar semajante “alojamiento”. Todo

• JEROME (1/5): Wasted experience! - Location of the place is the only thing that is not too bad... Unfortunately it was a bad experience for us. Our stay was absolutely wasted because the place is very noisy, impossible to sleep. We spent 5 terrible nights there. The room which is situated on the ground floor (401) is probably the worst. Additionally there is a disgusting tobacco / cat piss / humidity smell in the air 🤮. Definitely not a place to go !!

• tommaso.somenzi (1/5): DISASTER - Nothing Everything was a disaster. The room was dark, dirty, and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The shower didn’t have running water, making it impossible to freshen up. We tried to speak with the reception, but no one spoke English, which made communication extremely difficult. In the end, we had no choice but to book another accommodation and pay again out of pocket. To make matters worse, the property later claimed that my girlfriend and I never checked in, so they refused to issue any reimbursement. This experience was completely unacceptable.

Il personale è stato super accogliente al nostro arrivo! La stanza puzzava di fumo tantissimo tanto che ho dovuto lavare ogni cosa compreso le borse per quanto si era impregnata la roba di mal odore! • Laurianne (7/5): It was perfect for us and if I am ever in Istanbul again would be happy to return. - It was basic but functional and perfect for our needs - a place to sleep and I slept surprisingly well in the double bed. Having a fridge and air conditioning were a must for the time of year and they did not disappoint. We discovered Kumkapi Tram Station was only a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment, although it never showed up on my Google Maps!! Finding the tram station made the location really good and it was really easy to travel around. To get to the station you walk through a whole selection of restaurants, so there is a fun vibe at night and it all feels really safe. The balcony was great and you can see the sea during the day. It is located outside of the tourist area, which we loved, but if you want perfect views it is probably not for you. We loved the quirkiness of the surroundings. Being able to check out quite late on our last day, was really helpful and much appreciated. The apartment was much smaller than I was expecting, although the photos are not inaccurate, rather my perception of them was. The sleeper couches were not that comfortable for adults, but would be fine for children or dainty adults. There was an issue with the shower not draining well, but on the plus side, with only one bathroom, everyone had to shower really quickly!!

Tuncay, el dueño del alojamiento, se ha mostrado muy amable en todo momento, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesitases. Si vuelvo a Turquia volveré a alojarme aquí ☺️

Muy buena ubicación, a solo 15 minutos de las principales atracciones. A pocos metros del departamento hay un espacio lleno de bares y restaurantes en donde puedes comer comidas típicas a muy buen precio. Si bien la habitación detalla "cocina" cabe destacar que tiene una heladera, un calentador de agua y un microondas. Sin embargo no tiene hornallas ni horno o espacio para cocinar si lo que deseas es preparar tus propias comidas.

Cafes, restaurants and markets all within five minutes walk. -Coffee, tea and toiletries provided. -comfortable bed (personal preference). -Friendly staff who helped us putting luggage in our room. -The rooms are quite small and do not have sufficient light. - The stairs are very narrow too. - They have microwave and kettle in the kitchen but no hot plate. - The sink in the bathroom is just too small and a mirror is oddly placed on top of it. - No signboard outside the property- people may struggle finding it especially coming late night.

As a female travelling alone I was made to feel very safe. The hotel is very good value for money and did just what it needed to. I would definitely recommend.

This is a really good place to say but unfortunately I had a bad experience as I arrived at 7am in the freezing snow and rain and was outside for an hour as no one was at reception. I got flu and very sick as a direct result. Its a shame as it's a good room and good location. If you're on the first floor you can hear people talking downstairs. Sorry!

Room is nice and affordable also it's clean with nice AC, small kitchen, small refrigerator and table. Bathroom is great it has hot shower and toilet. Location near to metro by 20 mins walking and also near to famous mosques also bus like 10 mins. Location is not very crowded and this is an advantage not like taksim. The location has everything around restaurants, bakery, super market, money exchange office and many clothing shops I extended my stay for another 4 days because of the hospitality. They need only one thing to have a nice rooftop to stay and enjoy talking upstairs. There's a crazy 🤣 cat there take care from it hehhehe Nothing really just didn't accept the credit card and asked for cash only while it's mentioned that hotel accept credit cards. For the other days they accepted credit card.

Tiles in the shower are not non-slip, so you take your life in your hands when having a shower. 3. Shower door was broken. 4. Half a roll of toilet paper given for 2 people for 3 days. 5. No one there during check-out. You put the key in the door and leave. 6. Aircon set at 25° with no option to change it 7. Difficult to find. Both of our shuttle services struggled to find the place. No signage. 8. Room was dirty when we arrived. It felt like they were not expecting us.

The price was inexpensive. Our shower door didn’t close, it was off the track completely, the shower was not clean, the worst hard pillows ever! As a result, not much sleep. And there was no signage, so difficult to find at night.

It fell on both of us each time we showered. There was no drainage in the shower. By night 3 our feet stayed permanently in water. Water leaked from the fridge & the air con barely worked. It was very poor & unfortunately for us.

The location is too far away from tourist action. 25 min walk up a very steep hill to get to places like Hagia Sophia; 15mins to Grand Bazaar. Undesirable area feels "unsafe" for solo females. Very difficult to find- there is no sign outside, and only a digital keypad entry. No hints provided to would-be tenants,to how to get in! The bathroom basin taps flooded the bathroom, no attempt to fix them.
• Edgar (8/5): overall good experience - Berkhan and the kid receptionist were really helpful and accommodating. They have a lovely playful cat. Room is very clean and tidy. Location is close to touristy places like Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosques. Some weird loud noises on the other side of the wall. Cash payment only. Should put a name outside of the apart hotel (at first was having a hard time looking for the place). No lifts.

• Kennedy (3/5): The hotel of cat litter - Good location Everyday you step in cat litter when you open the door. Everything smells like cat crap. My shower door was broken, I had no shower head and it was noisy every night.

• Haitham (7/5): Good - awesome location, very good room size. room needs lots of renovation many things are partially broken ( but honestly everything is working fine ). DONOT get room 401 (the ground floor room) at any cost. it is in the entrance of the building and always noisy with zero privacy and sound proofing. i think you will have much better experience with upper floors rooms.
