The apartment I cannot fault, the hosts went the extra mile and made it most welcoming. Thank you Cheng. First impression on arrival are very important. The appearance of the apartment block was not so inviting . Debris was left in what looked like it was once a garden. Pipes exposed and leaning against the brick wall in full sight - eww!
The entry foyer was dirty and dusty as were the stairs leading to the apartment, It had a musty smell.

- Whitney (8/5): Great location, heaps of space - Great location, so easy to get to town on one train. Heaps of space, easy check in/out, everything we could need. The bathroom was a little bit mouldy in the shower/ceiling but not too bad. Just make sure to run the ceiling fan when you shower to help them keep this in check

Heating wasn’t adequate for commercial rental, windows don’t seal (drafty and noisy near freeway) main bed very uncomfortable…towels thin….in summary owners need to invest more to be competitive in this space.
