Ich habe eine Rückerstattung verlangt, jedoch kommuniziert der Eigentümer nicht. Überall Schmutz und Bettwanzen. Ich habe mich nach dem Anblick der Wohnung überhaupt nicht dort aufgehalten, sondern bin sofort wieder gegangen und habe den Eigentümer umgehend darüber informiert, mit der Bitte um Rückerstattung. Stattdessen wurde ich ausgelacht. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Ich werde definitiv das Gesundheitsamt einschalten, damit überprüft wird, ob diese Unterkunft nicht gesundheitsgefährdend ist

Ещё прислали неправильный пароль, было невозможно заселиться. При этом хозяин по телефону недовольно сообщил, что о проблемах после 8 вечера ему звонить нельзя

Recomendo. - O apartamento fica no térreo super fácil o acesso pra entrar e o checkin foi feito por caixa de chaves , pelo valor acessível foi bom , 3 camas , chuveiro bom . A cozinha faltou mais utensílios e o sugador do fogão poderia ser melhor e não tinha sabonete e detergente.

• Josip (1/5): Really bad - the accommodation was extremely dirty and after the comment that we were not satisfied, no one answered us. the first day we went out and found accommodation and found another one which was extra cost!
• Dr (2/5): HORRIBLE DISGUSTING SMELL! TERRIBLE BLUE LIGHTING - The smell coming out of the bathroom is absolutely horrible!!!!! Waking up at 5:30 am trying to go to work and being greeted with this is the worst way to do it! The hosts are „working on it“ but if you’ve know about this fix it! It could be a health hazard. You feel as if you’re in an operating room with the strong blue light! The light in the bathroom has a timer! Hahaha what a joke

• Sergey (4/5): Overall, we would not recommend this property. - The room had a small kitchen and some dishes. There was toilet paper, soap, coffee, and sugar available. The property owner were answering the messages and calls. I am sorry to say that my stay at this property was quite disappointing. We spent 7 nights in this property. There were only two critical things for our stay. One of them was internet access. Even the name of the property says "with WIFI". Unfortunately, there was no WiFi in the room. We immediately contacted the property owner. The owner said that there are some technical issues, which should be resolved soon. We waited and asked about the resolution for 5 nights (out of 7 nights of stay). For these 5 nights, we had plenty of additional costs for mobile internet. We said all this to the property owner and discussed the compensation. The owner agreed to compensate us 50% of our costs, which was a very nice move and could smoothen the situation. However, at first, the owner suggested meeting on the last day, then they said they could not make it and we agreed on the transfer, but eventually this did not happen until now (3 months passed by). The location of the property felt uncomfortable for us and for any travellers with cars. There was road construction going on nearby, which made parking problematic. There is a noisy bar, a busy road, and a bus stop near the room, which makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep and even more difficult to relax. The room itself was quite small and cramped, with no closet or storage space for our belongings. This made it very difficult to keep our things organised and tidy during our stay. Overall, we would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay for more than one night.
• Kuhfus (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient check in System, amazing customer service! The Shower was a little hard to manage but nothing to crazy. Got what we expected and even a little more
• Celerian (9/5): So far, we were satisfied. - We already stayed here before and we can tell that they redecorated it nicely. Added some few useful things like oil, coffee and etc. It’s proximity to the main road and how close it is to a bar. People are talking and smoking outside the room at night. The toilet bowl and the door in the toilet need to be fixed.
• Celerian (8/5): It is a good place for it’s price and the host were so friendly. - It is very affordable and there are so many groceries and restaurants nearby. The park and the playground was also nice. The sound proofing. The next door is a public establishment which is open until 3am. Some people are talking outside and can be heard while you are sleeping. The door in the comfort room was damage and the light in the shower has a timer maybe until 15minutes. No microwave and the oven doesn’t have extra trays.
