- b (9/5): Geweldig - In de winter is de houtkachel een uitkomst. De locatie vlakbij het dorp is ook prettig. Geen verkeerslawaai. Goede wandelroutes Het bed.
- Alan (1/5): One of the worst experiences of my life - Absolutely nothing everything, it was dirty, rundown, unsafe, infested with wasps, the dip pool was unusable due to the access ladder not being fixed down properly and very dangerous, the description given by the host was miles away from the truth. it was that bad my wife and had to leave. I would recommend that anybody thinking of renting this poorly maintained, filthy dirty quite disgusting hovel do not pay in advance.
- Julie Anne (8/5): Peaceful and serene location, just what we wanted - Location is fantastic, just on the edge of the village We were unaware that almost all pools in Spain are closed by October, we really would have liked to make use of the pool. I would have liked to have known from the advertising beforehand

- Velia (9/5): Overall we have a very good time, we really like what you guys did with the place. - Quietness, quite big garden, privacy (because we went with a dog), the pool was perfect. Just few things that need to be improved: shower curtain was dirty, the toilet seat it was loose, it was a drainage issue in the bathroom and in the sink of the bathroom.
- Hayley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicola (10/5): Lovely place in Lubrín - Nothing to dislike! Beautiful setting, close to the village but not too close. Had the best sleep we've had in a long time. Lovely outside areas for a morning coffee in the sun 👌 Nothing
- Renée (10/5): Little piece of paradise - We had the pleasure of staying at this perfect little cottage in the charming town of Lubrín, Spain, and it was our own little piece of heaven.
One of the highlights of this lovely cottage was the thoughtfully equipped kitchen, which had everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the diffuser for my curls – a small touch that made a big difference. The convenience of having a barbecue allowed us to have delicious meals outdoors, all while enjoying the breathtaking scene that felt like it came straight out of a postcard.
The location was super. The convenience of being just a 40-60 minute drive from the beach and the canyons of Fort Bravo meant that adventure and relaxation were always within reach. Don't let the directions deter you, with the directions given from our lovely host Sam it was easy to find.
The only downside of our stay was that this little piece of paradise is not for sale, preventing us from making it our forever home. :)
- Phil (10/5): Spacious cottage in lovely quiet area - Great cottage in quiet countryside area 5 min walk from Lubrin village . Plenty of space inside and especially outside in the garden areas . Good quality sunbeds and the gas barbeque were much appreciated. Lubrin is a lovely place and has all you need with a couple of small supermarkets , butcher , baker , pharmacy and couple of bars/restaurants. The bedroom is a good size and could easily accommodate a king size bed rather than the double bed supplied . Didn't spoil our stay though.
- David (10/5): Idyllic mountain getaway. - Lovely house, attractively furnished, light, airy and comfortable. Everything needed is provided including a welcoming bottle of wine, much appreciated! Wonderful outside spaces to dine, have coffee, chill, sun bathe or take a dip. Fuente Arriba and the surroundings is absolutely beautiful, really peaceful and full of birdsong, yet a 5 minute walk and you're in Lubrin, which you wouldn't know is there. Very friendly town with enough amenities and a great market on Wednesdays. We were able to do loads of lovely walks from our doorstep, but also easily drive to explore the coast. Sam and Deb are great hosts, we felt like we were staying in a completely private self catering property, with the advantage of them being on hand for any help or tips on where to go etc The local roads, while very well maintained and blissfully deserted, are incredibly slow and twisty. It gets surprisingly tiring, on top of being on the wrong side of the road for us, so be prepared.
- Hayley (10/5): Sam was a great host going over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Peace and tranquillity. - Peaceful and relaxing location just outside of the village but only a 10 minute walk to the bars and supermarkets etc. Initially finding the accommodation but once done it became clear and access to other places, coast and towns easy.
