Guest Reviews
- Marcin (8/5): - It is a bit far from the Rome, yet if you are a introvert-type person is super cool. Calm neighbourhood, good connection to the Vatican Prati (direct). For this stop, you can get around the city thanks to the metro station. Extremely comfortable, large apartment. Extra vale for money! Great terrace. Some of the rooms could be refreshed. Some of the furnitures could be replaced ( chair). If you want to be close to the city center is not a good option :/ But if you want calm place to rest after a day long sighting- there you go ;)

- Eleonora Neagu (10/5): - Our stay at this stunning apartment in Rome was exceptional. The place is enormous, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, perfect for families or groups who want both comfort and space. With high ceilings, elegant furnishings, and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, it felt more like a private Roman villa than an apartment.
We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a large balcony.
Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly. This apartment truly made our Roman holiday unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
- Suama (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trevor (9/5): Superb - Very spacious, very clean, we walked to ponte milivio , its not too far. Host was very understanding , i didn’t see the messages from her regarding instructions on how to get into the apartment. 🙄 would definitely stay here again.
Price was just right, there was 4 of us sharing. Nob on the main shower fell off.
Nothing else , all good
- Gianina (8/5): Very good -
- Susan (10/5): Brilliant apartment :-) - The apartment is fantastic! There are NO complaints at all about the facilities and location, which was ideal as we were there to watch the rugby. The surrounding area has everything you need and it's only 3 minutes from public transport. Very safe and quiet but with lovely restaurants nearby.
Very spacious and super-clean, extremely comfortable beds, and a great large balcony to chill on.
Fully equipped - I doubt you would lack anything.
The host was always on hand via whatsapp and responded very quickly to any queries (see below).
Absolutely no hesitation is booking this apartment again :-)! The only complain is the check-in. To have someone meet us would have saved at least 30 minutes of trying to enter with the code, and later on trying to figure out how to use the key fob for entry to the main gate. It would have also made it easier to find the keys to the large balcony.
But, as mentioned above, this is a great apartment and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
- Benjamin (1/5): Not a safe place to stay - None We had the breaking in the house and we were not compensated for it.
- Kutzner (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evans (9/5): Quiet location, with a large clean apartment. - The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had of space. We weren’t told the building was under construction, when we walked in we thought the booking maybe was a scam because the lobby was funny under construction.
When we got to the apartment there were people in the apartment already, so we thought we had the wrong location. We found out they were the cleaners and we had to wait a while before checking in. That was a bit unorganized since none of it was communicated with us.
However when we got to our apartment it was quiet and there were no other issues.
- Marites (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (9/5): It was very nice. Thank you! - Comfortable, plenty of room for all of us, cozy Can’t think of anything I didn’t like!
- Edith (10/5): If you are planning to visit Rome, check this place out. - I really love this place. Andrea was so nice and understanding. The place is big and beautiful.
- Narinder (8/5): Very good -
- Nicola (8/5): Quiet apartment in a good spot in North Rome - It is a spacious apartment in a quiet building. There is a little lift. You should be sent an app to enter the building and the apartment. It is a spacious apartment with a large dining /lounge room area with large TV with Netflix. There is air conditioning in that room. The kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave and oven, there is also a washing machine. There are 3 main bedrooms down one side of the apartment. Two doubles (one with en suite), a single child's room with sofa (i think with another bed which rolls out), there is main shower room too.
Between the kitchen and the lounge area there is a very small single room with a en suite too. Plenty of room for 4 of us.
There is a very nice balcony where we enjoyed breakfast and drinks in the early evening. The parakeets would come and perch in the trees nearby.
The apartment is in a quiet area in the north of Rome. We were visiting family nearby so perfect for us but it's within walking distance (buses back after a few aperol spritzs) to Ponte Milvio which has become quite a hot spot in the evenings with lots of bars and restaurants too. Via Flamia is short walk up the road with many restaurants and shops too. Via Corso di Francia also has a number of shops, a recommended ice cream place etc. You can get the bus from via flaminia to near Vatican and from via corso to Piazza Mancini and then a tram to near the historic centre. It was unseasonably hot and unfortunately the fans in the bedrooms didn't quite cut it, the one in the single child's room didn't work. I am not sure it would be great in the height of summer.
Some comfier sofa's in the lounge to watch TV if the weather wasn't great would make it really cosy.
- Nicola (7/5): As a family of 2 adults and 4 teenagers, we found the apartment was generally comfortable and meeting our needs. It was - Big, spacious 4bdm apartment. Traditional Italian decor. Big fridge and kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes. Local cafe on street, has amazing coffee and delicious breakfast options. Lovely balcony with seating area overlooking other apartments in the area.
Convenience store (PAM) down the road was well stocked. Plenty of Restaurants options if you’re prepared to walk 15-20mins. Living area was well air conditioned, but bedrooms were hot during the night. Master bedroom had a fan but people in other rooms had trouble sleeping.
The apartment is quite far out from Central Rome (20-30mins). Forget about the Vigna Clara train station as the trains are too infrequent. Bus 32 nearby is very regular, passes 2 Metro stations and ends at the entrance of the Vatican.
- Mustafa (9/5): The stay was pleasant and the owner was courteous I will recommend this place to my friends - The cleanliness of the place, the apartment is completely microscopic, but some things are missing, such as bathroom slippers and facial tissues
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - Amenities and decor were perfect. Quick response from owner when electricity went out
