• Daniel (10/5): - La comodidad de tener un baño por habitacion. La unica pega que le puedo encontrar, es que la cama del cuarto del centro, es tal vez un poco blanda para lo que yo estoy acostumbrado, aunque compensa el silencio que hay en la habitacion.
• Patricia (5/5): Nicht nochmal! - Gut ausgestattet und fußläufig zur Stadt Wir konnten am Anreisetag früher in die Wohnung. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir vom Vermieter abends um 22:30 Uhr per WhatsApp auf unser Waschverhalten angesprochen. Wir würden die Waschmaschine zu häufig benutzen (1x tgl. das 14min Programm bei 20 Grad mit eigenem Waschmittel in einem Wanderurlaub) und sollten das für den Rest des Aufenthalts unterlassen. Wir waren extrem überrascht über diese Nachricht u. haben uns gefragt, wie diese Kontrolle möglich ist. Nach eigener Feststellung nutzt die in der Wohnung befindliche LG ThinQ Waschmaschine eine App-Anbindung, über die Nutzungsdaten (z. B. Waschzyklen) in Echtzeit übermittelt werden. Darüber wurden wir im Vorfeld weder informiert noch gab es entsprechende Hinweise oder vertragliche Regelungen. Auf Nachfrage hat der Vermieter Herr Cortés auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen nicht transparent gemacht, wie diese Informationen erhoben wurden. Wir empfinden dies als intransparent und unangemessen, da hier offensichtlich Nutzungsdaten ohne vorherige Information verwendet wurden. Booking.com wurde informiert. Das sollte man als Mieter wissen. Zudem ist die Parkplatzsituation verheerend und man kann momentan nicht mit dem Auto in die Straße fahren, in der die Wohnung liegt, da dort eine große Baustelle ist. Sehr kleiner Balkon und sehr enges Treppenhaus in den ersten Stock. Keine Heizung Keine Klimaanlage Keine Insektengitter

The apartment is really well located to explore Santa Cruz and has some on street parking outside or there is a big underground car park a few mins away. The apartment has everything you need and more than you expect and was spotless. It’s really well equipped and furnished and each room having an en-suite works really well. The beds were really comfortable too. Seba the host was superb and shared lots of useful information that was really appreciated. Really attentive. Can’t recommend this place highly enough - the definition of a great stay from start to finish. Nothing.

• JOSÉ GREGORIO (10/5): ESTANCIA PERFECTA EN EL CORAZÓN DE S/C DE LA PALMA - Todo ha estado realmente muy bien. El piso reformado con mucho estilo, muy cómodo, amplio, con todo lo necesario, habitaciones amplias con camas cómodas y cada una con su baño, todo muy muy limpio. Nos han dejado algunos detalles de bienvenida. Está muy céntrico, en una calle tranquila con todo a mano para hacerlo a pie, y la playa de S/C de La Palma a 4 minutos caminando, cafeterías, supermercados, bancos, farmacias, parking, etc., todo a mano. Y sobre todo destacar la amabilidad y cercanía del anfitrión, Sebas. Te explica todo muy bien, te puedes comunicar con él fácilmente y te responde enseguida, proporcionando todo tipo de facilidades. • Thomas (10/5): Perfect place for a stay at the beautiful island. - The flat is located directly in the center of Santa Cruz. Supermarkets and Bakery’s are nearby. Even the beach is within walking distance. The flat was clean and well equipped. There were 3 separated bathrooms. The owner was very friendly and very helpful! Nothing particular.
• Barbara Maria (10/5): Recomendable - Apartamento muy completo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Está muy bien ubicado, en una zona céntrica con todo a mano. El anfitrión fue muy amable y cercano, siempre disponible para cualquier consulta. Tal como se ve en las fotos, sin sorpresas. Lo recomiendo totalmente y sin duda volvería.
• INMACULADA (8/5): - Me gustó mucho las habitaciones con su cuarto de baño particular cada uno, buenas camas y la ubicación es estupenda . Sebastián muy agradable. No me gustó que nos cogio una ola de calor y pasamos mucha calor porque no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Después éramos cinco y aquello está más preparado para cuatro, el menaje de cocina está un poquito escaso, no tenía ni tostadora. Por lo demás todo bien.

Facilidad para aparcar en las calles aledañas Para nuestro gusto, todo estaba muy bien.
• L Mayerlin (10/5): - Estancia perfecta, volveríamos sin dudarlo Nos alojamos durante dos noches y la experiencia fue excelente. El apartamento es muy amplio, con habitaciones cómodas, cada una con su propio baño completo, lo cual fue muy cómodo para todos. La sala de estar con cocina integrada y un bonito balcón nos hizo sentir como en casa. Todo el mobiliario y los acabados son nuevos y de primera calidad. Sebastián fue muy atento y servicial en todo momento, lo que hizo aún más agradable la estancia. La ubicación es ideal: a solo 5 minutos caminando de la playa y a 2 minutos de varios comercios. La limpieza merece una mención especial, todo estaba impecable. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y además hay facilidad para aparcar, incluso con un parking en la calle trasera. ¡Recomendadísimo!
