• Hayley (7/5): - Plenty of space, nice location and lots of local amenities close by. We were grateful to be able to check in early in the end! Lack of communication from management meant that we were left without a cot during our stay & unclear check in plans until the last minute.

• Belinda (8/5): Very good - Fantastic location, very short walk to beach. Great little cafes & pub close by. Spacious unit, clean & tidy. Lovely welcome gift left on kitchen bench. No flexibility with arrival or departure time, very firm on these, I asked to arrive at 2pm, 1 hour earlier & was told had to pay for the whole night before. . The bathroom tiles up high had dirty/mouldy grout, but looked like these are in process of getting cleaned. The tim Tam's left as a welcome gift were 3 & a half months out of date.

• Ann (8/5): Need more information to make better decisions - My husband and I booked a 2-bedroom apartment and a 3-nights stay for us and my son. My son stays at a uni nearby. We want to celebrate his birthday and spend family time together. The furniture and fittings, beddings and towels very good. I would have given this place a 5/5 but it didn’t work for us because there’s no lift. Our unit #4 is located on the 2nd floor. There isn’t a lift in this building. We are in our 60’s, hubby has knees issues, we have lots of bags. And the stairs are steep. My son who unfortunately had to undergo an ankle surgery had to return back to UNSW because it’s not safe for him to climb the stairs. The two of us only used the master bedroom. My advice is that heavily pregnant women, older and unfit people show think twice before booking this place.

• Garry (10/5): Amazing apartment by the beach. Would definitely come back - The location was amazing. It is only a few minutes walk from the beach. There are also a lot of great cafes and restaurants down the road. The apartment was spacious with nice park views. Very clean and comfortable. The playground across the road was great for the kids. Nothing really. The host was very responsive and we loved the apartment.

Bare bones apartment in an older building, but plenty of light and space. Very clean. Comfortable bed. As with most Sydney accommodation, it's overpriced for what it is (especially mid-week, out of holiday season). At this price point, I would have expected some sort of coffee machine (there was a plunger). A bit of road and airplane noise at times, but that's normal for around there. Second bedroom is very small - really only suitable for kids.
