• YuliiaKopytsiak (10/5): It's a great place to stay for a weekend or a prolonged stay :) - What I liked most was the cosiness. The flat is quiet and nice - you feel right at home! The location is excellent. It is close to the Old Town and the sea if desired. And the owner is very nice, doing his best to accommodate the requests of the guests. -

I would easily go back and stay longer! - It truly felt like a little piece of home. •Big and comfortable: good amenities, clean and tidy. •It's super well located, next to multiple bus stops, markets and a short walk to center. •You can even get a bit of a view of the port from the window. •I had no issue finding the keys following the host's instructions (follow the picture provided, not the first lock boxes when you arrive at the indicated place). When everything is quiet at night you can hear a faint noise from the building, but I am used listening to white noise and that completely erased it.
• Sofija (2/5): overall the stay was bad i would not recommend this property. Because honestly i have never experienced this before - Good location, big tv It took 30 minutes to get inside, because the instructions weren’t updated, the housekeeper didn’t put the key back in the box, it was in the mailbox from previous tenants. The apartment was dirty and stinky: floors were not vacuumed, the rug in the bathroom was wet and dirty, fridge was dirty, table and chairs were dirty, the TRASH WAS FULL, the duvet covers had huuuge holes. The property did send the cleaner to clean again but she barely did anything, and even though she came back, i think she should have had cleaned BEFORE check in. Property stopped replying to me AND booking.com customer support (i had to contact them and complain several times and eventually got a partial refund)

• Santiago (9/5): Excelente piso - Lo que más me gustó fue la localización, está cerca de todo y del puerto si tienes que madrugar como era nuestro caso. Que hacía mucho calor dentro del apartamento y había que quitar la calefacción
• Davide (8/5): A pochi passi dal centro - Appartamento al sesto piano in una palazzina tranquilla. 10 minuti dal centro e 10 dal terminal dei traghetti. Casa calda, accogliente. Tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Self Check in semplice. Camera di grandi dimensioni. I cuscini non molto comodi. Bagno che odorava un po' di fogna ma tutto sopportabile.

• MARIIA (8/5): Цена качество. Очень отзывчивый хозяин. Рекомендую аппартаменты - Расположение хорошее, в квартире есть необходимая техника. Чистые полотенца и постель. В ванной ползали какие-то жучки ( пришлось их удалять туал бумагой). И шумоизоляция не очень, соседей слышно и слышно как ходят в коридоре.
• Paul_1986 (10/5): Perfect location, clean, comfy bed, every necessity included. - Location. This was absolutely perfect. A 5-minute walk away from the port and 10 minutes away from "Old Town". This was extra convenient for me as I combined my Tallinn trip with Helsinki and therefore could easily reach both the centre as well as the port. I couldn't get the television to show regular programming. But to be fair I didn't really try because I only used YouTube. So this was probably my own incompetence

• Riku (8/5): Great room and facility but difficult to find the key - The owner was very supportive and flexible. The room was equipped with good and functional items. Extra towels and brackets are available in the locker. The room was clean and spacious. The key was a bit difficult to find first of all. There were several similar boxes. The owner should find a better alternative way to handover the key. Also fire alarms were covered by plastic sheet. I'm not sure this is legal as it should be functional. Some towels were a little bit bad smell.

• massimo (8/5): - La posizione dell'appartamento. Il supporto ricevuto da Victor nel trovare un parcheggio in zona. Il pavimento dell'appartamento e del bagno avrebbero avuto bisogno di maggior cura nella pulizia

• Vajira & Vindhya (9/5): - Excellent location. All interesting places can be reached on foot. Port terminal too is few minutes walk away. Rimi supermarket nearby, too. Wish we had more time to spend here. We had a bit of trouble locating the key safe box. The washing machine was not working.

• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - Perfect location (particularly if one has to take the early ferry to Helsinki, just a few minutes walk from the terminal). Also close to Rotermanni with its many varied food options and shops. Nice, cosy studio style space with all the appliances for a comfortable stay. Key in the yard intriguing but easy to find. Communication great. There was something blue continuously flashing at regular intervals in the hall - visible at night from the bed which was a bit uncomfortable in the dark. My daughter was a bit scared :) we saw the 'do not unplug' notice and didn't. But maybe this thing should be masked better or moved to the part of the hall that is not visible from the bed.

• Chris-sylver (8/5): Very good - It has a lot of space, nice wide bed, huuuuge TV and the location was perfect for me, i had dentist the day i arrived and next day to the airport Maybe the bathroom needs a small upgrade :) Also getting the chip card to enter the apartment, i had to walk 250m with luggage and everything to a restaurant, dont get me wrong i can walk 250m but with luggage and Tallinn’s street constraction it was a bit difficult, maybe to organize getting the card closer or something would be nice :)

• Naoshi (9/5): Very convenient ＆ cozy accommodation for 2 members, especially for travelers taking a ferry. - Very reliable apartment owner to resolve problems quickly. Very cozy room with excellent cost performance. Very close location to the ferry port and the north entrance of Tallinn old town. No manuals for electric equipments.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - The checkin instructions arrived pretty late and there were no toilet paper, but the host stayed in touch and suggested solutions to all our inquiries. Definitely a recommendation!
• Ahad (8/5): Very good - Location is so close to port. Maybe 8 min by walking. Apartment is clean and there have some dishwear. WC also clean and nice smell. Landlord behaviour is professional. Window door lock is broken. Maybe landlord will fix it. Beside of highway. So full night listing horn and car noise but its okay. Normally not too much disturbing.
