• Bonifazi (8/5): - Posizione ottima, market vicino, tutti i servizi essenziali presenti e lo staff cordiale e presente. Materazzo estremamente morbido, nessuna presa di corrente in bagno.
• Talia (4/5): - Location Very stressful experience. On the check-in day, around noon, I was asked to pay a deposit. I sent the payment, but after that I received no instructions at all. I tried messaging with no response and had to call at 3pm (check-in time) just to access the flat. After check-out, I requested the deposit refund and was told they could not find my payment. This makes no sense, as I stayed in the property for a week without any issue being raised. I had to contact my bank, Booking.com support, and the host multiple times to resolve this. It was extremely stressful and time-consuming. I do not recommend this property.

• Lartillot (7/5): Expérience du logement - - J'ai apprécié l'emplacement - Accès facile aux transports en communs - L'appartement de manière générale - le matelas du lit qui est foutu. J'ai eu mal au dos pendant tout mon séjour - appartement pour 3 mais pour la personne qui l'accompagnait, c'était vraiment pas agréable de dormir sur le canapé. Il n'est pas du tout confortable -Fenêtre cassée dans le salon qui était impossible à fermer
• Heike (7/5): Top-Lage! - Die Lage in Canary Wharf ist klasse! Im Apartment gibt es Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster und eine Kühl-/Gefrierkombi, keine Kaffeemaschine. Leider hatte es mit der Reinigung vor unserem Einzug nicht zufriedenstellend funktioniert, der sehr kooperative Vermieter hat das Apartment aber dann noch einmal reinigen lassen. Die in die Jahre gekommene Matratze wird wohl in Kürze erneuert.
• Hashan (8/5): Nice stay - Great location, nice apartment. There is some wear and tear, and a few things do not work, like the kitchen light and window. But overall it was a nice stay, the host is very communicative and friendly. Please note there is a deposit to pay before arrival; this was not listed when I booked, but the whole transaction was smooth and safe.

• Karina (8/5): Schöne Wohnung (mit etwas bessere Pflege ein Traum) in zentrale Lage. - Die Lage war phantastisch. Die Wohnung war sehr gut Ausgestattet, groß, sauber und liebevoll aber einfach eingerichtet. WLAN hat super funktioniert. Ein Fenster (Wohnzimmer) hatte einen Riss und konnte weder geschlossen noch richtig geöffnet werden. Am Badewannenrand war teilweise Schimmel. Der Code für die Haustür war leider nicht korrekt aber dann konnten wir den richtigen Code erhalten. Leider gab es keine Informationsmappe mit Infos zu WLAN, Code- und Müll-Ablageort usw. Es wäre richtig praktisch gewessen, nicht immer nachfragen zu müssen. Wir wurden gebeten den Klempnern zu empfangen und unsere Abreise früher zu organisieren, was wir ablehnten. Wir konnten dies zum Glück regeln und der Klempnertermin wurde verschoben.
• Romina (9/5): A wonderful week in London - Appartamento grande e moderno, dotato di ogni confort, posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana in un quartiere tranquillo e ben servito con tanti negozi e locali. Alcune piccole cose sono da sistemare/aggiustare all'interno dell'appartamento (es.pensile cucina, vetro finestra sala, alcune luci non funzionanti) per il resto è fornito di tutto.

• Maxie (8/5): - The location was perfect! The apartment's living room window and blinds couldn't close. A few small areas with black mould in the bathroom.
• Craig (6/5): The host was very approachable and when I addressed issues he acknowledged them politelyand quickly - The building is in a Canary Wharf but in the less exclusive area..this is NOT a "luxury unit" but certainly comfortable enough. Close to a Tescos so buying groceries was easy. 10 minute walk to Jubilee line at tube station The unit needs maintenance. most windows dont close and have broken handles which will be a problem in winter. No lights working in kitchen No pre-checkin inspection to ascertain issues.
• Anastasiia (9/5): Decent place to stay in London - The location is perfect, very pretty and close to the Underground. The presense of elevator is pretty helpful. The apartment itself is esthetically pleasing. It would be nice to change the bathroom rug for smth that absorbs water better as it gets soaked pretty quickly. Also, the window in the big room would not close properly.

• Lynsey (10/5): My stay in this apartment in London was perfect- comfortable, convenient and ideal! - I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely 1-bedroom flat in Canary Wharf, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The apartment's decor was beautiful, with a really personal touch that made it feel warm and welcoming. It felt like home from the moment I stepped inside. The space was impeccably clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Canary Wharf with easy access to everything via the tube. Whether I wanted to explore the area or travel further into London, everything was just a short journey away. I truly have no complaints about this property. It exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.
• Maria (5/5): Passable - Property is very well situated, it is super comfortable to get to the Canary Wharf tube station. It was easy to find and easy to access. Nice tv with Netflix option. Apartment was “worn out”. It seems that right before our stay fresh coat of paint had been applied in some places, but kitchen and bathroom have lived long lives. There was a super strong smell of paint when we arrived; paint hadn’t dried properly before the beginning of our stay. Owners didn’t find better way to cover chemical smell than to plug air refreshers into a socket of every room. The mix of two was unbearable, so we slept first night with windows opened. Heating (floor) works very well in the living room, but does not work at all in the bedroom. Bed mattress is either too soft or worn out - after 8 nights I am unfortunately leaving with very backache… Kitchen and bathroom were not clean. Superficially - yes. But if you really use those facilities, your start seeing dirt in many places. If you happen to open drawers or cupboards, your see dirt and dust from long ago. Some lights in the kitchen don’t work. Toilet flushes from second attempt. Washing machine is impossible to use - once you open it, there is a smell of mold that hits your nose upon opening the door. Running washing machine at 90 degrees did not solve the problem. Cutlery needs cleaning; coffee spoons weren’t available - wooden ones were in the drawer instead. Dishwasher seemed clean and smelled nice. Overall the feeling was that not enough care had been taken to provide me (customer) with a decent service. I am renting apartment instead of staying at a hotel in order to have a home-like experience, and this time I could really feel that there have been many people staying at that place before me. Very untidy feeling. I really don’t like when I pay for the cleaning but have to clean place of stay myself because it is simply quite dirty.
• Tsengererai (9/5): Good stay, great location. - The property was true to the pictures and in a very nice location. The response time from the host (especially when checking in) was quite slow. Had to follow up on a number of occasions to get feedback.
