Long stay suitable. - Great location and size accommodation for families of all ages, the boat or even caravan. Child friendly well thought through environment for families with children from birth to teens. The availability of having required resources such as a highchair, baby bath, portacot, plastic serving ware and streaming services was a great bonus. The multiple extra Blankets, spacious rooms and outdoor space was ample. Abundance of a fully stocked kitchen with more than basic requirements made for creating meals a breeze, cake tins, multiple plates and cutlery as well as serving ware and multiple bbq tools made cooking simple. Large fridge for storage. The house felt homely with a great vibe and was stocked with everything you would have at home or needed. Great good quality products to use whilst on stay in bathrooms and kitchen with plenty of cleaning supplies. Large washing machine and dryer and outside clothesline. The firepit with wood stools was a considerate addition as was the children's fort area with amazing mud kitchen. this property is ideal for a large family for long stay or a quick weekend get away. relaxing environment with all you need. Looking forward to be staying again. The environment was dusty, especially inside, windows were filthy, inside and out. BBQ uncleaned, no darts for board, deck full of vegetation, mouse droppings caked on back deck doorway as was bird faecies. Outdoor table filthy. Under couches mould growing and the amount of rubbish in the couches was not nice. Some of the crockery was dirty, chopping boards stained with food products. The information book has outdated information including wifi password, but this was supplied with welcome email. Rubbish bins were full outside, which required us to dispose elsewhere. Large prominent staining in bedroom on floor. No wood in woodbox, and only three pieces inside, located pile out the back up the yard. Lighting is poor due to high ceilings, asked to have lighting fixed (blown globe unable to reach), waited a day without success as directed. Was charged for our pet after being told they were not permitted, then advised we could take even though listing states no extra charges pets allowed and then charged a bond.
