- Goran (2/5): - Die Lage war super. Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht unter der Prämisse 3 Schlafzimmer, weil wir genau 3 Schlafzimmer brauchten. Die Anzeige beschrieben das Chalet mit "Chalet mit 3 Zimmern"! Also buchten wir. Vor Ort fanden wir heraus das es nur 2 Schlafzimmer gibt. Das geht natürlich garnicht. An der Rezeption teilte man uns mit das es schon öfter so vorgekommen sei und dies ein Fehler von booking wäre. Unsere Option nehmen oder gehen...ohne Stornierung versteht sich... absolute Katastrophe!
