• Tania (8/5): Volveriamos - La habitación era cómoda y funcional. Estaba súper limpio. Había un microondas y una cafetera en el pasillo para utilizar. Nos dejaron un zumo y un pequeño croissant para desayunar, un detalle ;-). No está en el centro pero es fácil de llegar con el tranvia. Tiene una pequeña terraza donde poder desayunar.

• Andrea de Gioia (7/5): Stanza piccola - ottima posizione il self check-in carina l'idea di lasciare qualche capsula per il caffè veramente troppo piccola, eravamo in 2 e gli spazi erano angusti... nessun posto dove aprire la valigia, non c'era un armadio, non c'era un tavolino per mangiare, non c'era il bidet, non c'era un posto dove appoggiare il bagnoschiuma nella doccia, veramente troppo troppo piccola, fare più di una notte sarebbe impossibile pulizia sufficiente

Головне відчувалося старання власників. - Дуже гарні власники, дуже багато смаколиків підготували, навіть великодній кекс залишили на постелі. У ванній були навіть одноразові щітки . Все продумано до дрібниць. Турбота відчувалася у кожній деталі. Сам район трішки лячний. І самі апартаменти пахли хімікатами. Можливо це кондиціонер для білизни, але запах надто сильний. Видно, що власники намагаються приховати якісь інші сторонні запахи.

• Teresa (10/5): - Localização calma e silenciosa. Apesar de não ter pequeno-almoço incluindo, tínhamos café, leite, sumo, croissant e bolachinhas de oferta! Adorámos :) também tínhamos utensílios de casa de banho para utilizar, fio dentário e pasta de dentes. A cama de era muito confortável. E o quarto tinha uma pequena varanda muito agradável para tomar o café de manhã. Tudo incrível!! Nada

• Francesco (9/5): per una coppia va benissimo - Ingresso profumato, stanza e contesto molto pulito e ordinato. La struttura e' un po distante dal Duomo, ma nelle vicinanze c'e' la line 4 (piazza Nizza) del tram che nel giro di 15 minuti ti porta a Piazza Cairoli.

• Madalina Ioana (10/5): Un sejur per ansamblu plăcut, cu mici aspecte ce pot fi îmbunătățite. - Locația a fost foarte potrivită pentru activitatea pe care am desfășurat-o. Apartamentul este bine echipat, având tot ce este necesar pentru un cuplu. Incălzirea a funcționat corespunzător, fără niciun fel de probleme cu centrala. Recomandăm cu drag și încredere această locație. Curatenia a lasat de dorit putin , mai ales prosoapele din baie ,care aveau un miros urat si nu le-am folosit.

• dundinieks (9/5): - An absolutely amazing stay. The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, plus some wonderful extra touches that were a pleasant surprise. Even though we arrived ahead of schedule, the housekeeper was incredibly sweet and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic experience! My only small suggestions for improvement would be to refresh the towels, as they had a bit of a musty smell, and perhaps add a small shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. Aside from those minor details, it was a fantastic experience

• Claudia (9/5): Ben collegato e di recente ristrutturazione - La camera era molto bella, il letto e i cuscini comodissimi. Anche il bagno, seppur piccolino, era funzionale e recentemente ristrutturato. Unico appunto solo la tv posizionata lateralmente, forse poteva essere gestita meglio ma è veramente un cavillo. Abbiamo trovato anche tutto l’occorrente per fare colazione in camera. Non me l’aspettavo, veramente molto carino! Torneremo sicuramente

• olaf (7/5): - Sehr kleines Appartment. Da wir in Statur eher klein gewachsen sind, konnte man sich die Schuhe nur auf dem Toilettensitz anziehen, das Bett war dafür zu hoch. Zu bemängeln ist der Bewegungsmelder im Flur, selbst man sich im Bett bewegt, geht das Licht an. Wir hatten 2 kleine Hunde dabei, die sich zeitweise nachts auch im Zimmer bewegen und das Licht ging jedesmal wieder an. Es gibt keine Trenntüre, die den Bewegungsmelder davon abhält, daher mußte ich eine Socke drüber stülpen.

• Roberta (7/5): - Camera carina e pulita. Presenza in camera di bollitore, capsule del caffè, tazze e bicchieri. Bagno piccolo e senza bidet ma confortevole. Nello spazio comune è presente forno a microonde, tostapane e frigo con scomparti dedicati ad ogni camera (la struttura ne ha 3). Zona tranquilla a 10 min a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana e a qualche minuto dalla fermata del tram. Nelle vicinanze è anche presente un supermercato. Forse non cosi intuitive o comunque un pò indaginose le istruzioni per accedere allo stabile e all'appartamento. E' necessaria una buona connessione internet. Nonostante avessi a disposizione altre 2 chiavi, oltre a quella per chiudere la stanza, non ho ricevuto istruzioni circa la loro utilità. Ho capito da sola che una era necessaria per aprire il portone d'ingresso del palazzo mentre l'altra è risultata inutile. Pensavo che fosse del portone d'ingresso dell'appartamento, cosa che si è rivelata non corretta con il risultato che il suddetto portone rimaneva aperto sia di giorno che di notte.

• HayChew (10/5): Great place - location is not bad (short walk to the nearest Metro stop). Great room to stay! - Great amenities - free coffee, cake and some other bits of food. Got a little Christmas pack for staying too which was super nice. Check in instructions were easy enough. Someone binned my McFlurry I left in the freezer overnight. But apart from that the room was really nice.

Very well equipped with everything needed including toothpaste/brushes etc. The small snacks were nice. Very small room and since it is a big apartment, where you get only one room (sharing a hallway with others) and you can hear every time someone else is coming in or going out. However it was OK for 1 night

I muri erano così sottili che purtroppo sentivo i maleducatissimi vicini che ho avuto , senza garbo e rispetto alcuno . Non solo inopportuni mala mattina dopo non hanno lasciato né caffè ma soprattutto le buste sparse senza buttarle . Posizione non delle migliori . Nulla da dire sulla pulizia .
