• Andrea B. (4/5): Nie wieder! - Das Appartement wäre an sich schön, aber.... Vollkommen verdreckter und vermüllter Zugangsbereich Für fünf Personen gebucht, nur vier Schlafplätze vorbereitet. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter und der Bitte, das Bett beziehen zu lassen, sollten wir zuerst nach Bezügen suchen und das selbst machen. Als wir mitteilten, dass keine Bezüge vorhanden sind und wir ersuchten, das Housekeeping zu schicken und auch Toilettenpapier zu bringen, wurde uns die Stornierung mit vollem Kostenersatz angeboten, das hab ich auch noch nie erlebt! Wir lehnten das ab und dann wurde doch noch jemand vorbeigeschickt, während wir beim Essen waren. Wir sollten den Schlüssel wieder in den Safe legen, damit das Housekeeping Zutritt hat. Unser Vertrauen war da schon etwas erschüttert. Als wir um ca. 21 Uhr zum Appartement zurück kamen, ließ sich der Schlüsselsafe nicht mehr öffnen, trotz unzähliger Versuche, sogar Passanten versuchten, uns dabei zu helfen. Auf unsere Mails, ob der Code versehentlich geändert wurde, wurde nicht reagiert, bei mehrmaligen Anrufen erreichten wir nur die Mailbox. Unsere Pässe und sämtliche Sachen befanden sich im Appartement, wir waren am Verzweifeln und befürchteten schon alles mögliche. Die Notrufnummer von Booking.com, die wir unter großen Schwierigkeiten erreichten, konnte uns auch nicht helfen, da sie die Vermieter ebenfalls nicht erreichten. Wir waren am Ende! Knapp 22 Uhr ohne Pässe in einer fremden Stadt! Beim zigten Versuch, den Safe zu öffnen, funktionierte es dann plötzlich. Der Schlüssel war vom Housekeeping so deponiert worden, dass er das Schloss verklemmt hatte! Zeitgleich kam nach fast einer Stunde ein Mail vom Vermieter, ob wir schon drinnen seien und dass der Code nicht geändert worden wäre. Wir sollten doch das nächste Mal den Code ordentlich eingeben. Sehr witzig! Die Galerie, die das dritte Schlafzimmer ist, hat Dachfenster und eine Balkontür, die sich nicht verdunkeln lassen, meine Töchter mussten sich Schlafmasken kaufen.
• Steven (4/5): Poor Experience. - Location was ok. Lots of steps and not suitable for young children . Oven didn't work properly , it triggered a blown fuse each time it was turned on. Fridge was dirty. Ants were a problem. Insufficient rubbish bags and cleaning equipment. Only 4 sets of cutlery. 2 half rolls of toilet paper provided. No tea towel. No instructions provided for anything, including no wifi password. Toilets on bottom floor of 3 floors. A bit of an issue from upper mezzanine bedroom.
• Jodie (1/5): Terrible service with no access to apartment - N/A The host emailed us an incorrect PIN code to access the key. After 40 minutes of attempting to contact them, they then called back to say they gave us the incorrect PIN code. They refused to stay on the phone whilst we tried it and hung up. After trying the new code, this worked but there was no key in the box. Numerous attempts were made to contact the host again with no reply at all. This left us without anywhere to sleep for the evening and in turn impacted our evening plans. We had to find and book into a nearby chain hotel, costing significantly more due to booking on the same day. The host has offered no explanation or apology. They have not called us back at all. Hugely disappointing and rude service.

• Abbie (3/5): Get what you pay for - Good location and lots of room for 6 guests It wasn’t clean. It smelled so bad of damp. The sinks and showers were not clean, broken and very slippery. There was only one toilet roll in each bathroom. We received no email or communication prior to arrival so had to contact the owner for the key pin. The number provided to call kept going straight to voicemail. The beds were not clean and had no bedding provided which wasn’t very clear if we had to bring our own. The carpets had stains all over them but you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a cheap apartment for the night then I guess it’s ok and does the job.
• Alex (9/5): Comfy beds, spacious, great location, easy self check in. - Super comfy beds, nice and spacious. Nice decor. Everything you could need for a night group of 6 of us had plenty of space. Good location. On Arrival sheets were not on bed at 15:00, but sorted out very promptly and done for when we came back.

• Abdul (10/5): Excellent cozy stay near edgeware station - A perfect staycation for a family or friends of 5/6 ppl.We booked it a night before and was not sure what we are going to get but the apartment itself is well designed and spacious with a full fledge kitchen and crockery.Beds and bath was excellent.Lovely location walkable to edgeware train station and lot of excellent eatries.I would definitely reccommend to anyone who wants a good sleep and a well ventilated stay
