• Marjolaine (5/5): Emplacement ok, mais qualité de prestation à revoir - Emplacement plutôt pratique pour visiter le centre de Florence (à 20 min à pied). Extérieur calme. Pas de place de parking dédiée malgré l’information dans l’offre. Odeur d’humidité dans le logement. Fenêtre qui ne s’ouvre pas dans la douche. Une partie de la vaisselle sale.
• Sylviane (9/5): - L appartement suffisamment grand, la terrasse fort agréable, le calme, la gentillesse de la propriétaire. Le train et la station de bus à proximité ainsi que les commerces.
• Raquel (3/5): El apartamento necesita una reforma - La ubicación Estaba muy sucio cuando llegamos, se nos cayó un trozo de techo del cuarto de baño, además de un cuadro del salón. El espacio es bastante caluroso y solo cuenta con ventiladores. Había telarañas y somier de la cama sucio. Las almohadas son horribles es mejor dormir sin nada.

I prezzi a Firenze sono già altissimi, ma il - Buona posizione a 30 min a piedi dal centro storico è molto vicino a una zona ricca di ristoranti pizzerie senza dover tornare in centro dove i prezzi sono altissimi. Tuttavia è anche dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare a casa. Manca l’aria condizionata e a Firenze a Luglio e’ mortale, appartamento umido c’era un deumidificante che scaldava ma non riduceva umidità. Poco pulita. Andrebbe migliorato con alcune attenzioni

• Albert-florian (9/5): Superb - The location was super nice, it has a Carrefour Express super close. From the train station, it takes around 40-45 mins on foot to reach the location, or you can take the bus nr. 6 for around 12 stations and for a small fee of €1,7. The apartment is nice, cozy and has everything you would want. Also, it has a small garden were you can stay and relax if you want.
