Nhân viên siêu thân thiện, chuyên nghiệp và hỗ trợ cực nhanh, luôn tạo cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà. Vị trí thuận tiện, đi lại dễ dàng. Không gian ấm cúng, sang trọng, rất phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng hoặc đi cùng người yêu. Thực sự là một trong những nơi đáng trải nghiệm nhất! Bạn lễ tân rất đẹp zai Hoàn toàn không có điểm gì để chê, mọi thứ đều rất tuyệt vời.

- Awuor (2/5): - Location Upon arrival, I was asked to cancel my booking in booking.com and pay in cash, despite not having cash on hand. The property does not accept card payments, which was inconvenient. I was only able to pay after withdrawing cash the following day. The room was not cleaned during my stay, and I initially checked into a room that had not been properly cleaned. Overall, the room was untidy, and the towels were very old and worn out, even tearing during use. Additionally, none of the reception staff spoke English, which made communication difficult, although using a translator helped.

Chị phục vụ buồng rất nhiệt tình chu đáo. Rất vui ở lưu trú nơi này. Sát bên khách sạn là điểm tập trung của xe khách giường nằm nên khách ngồi đợi xe vào sảnh khách sạn hút thuốc nhả khói dày đặc .

Je lui ai dis qu’on verrai ça le lendemain parce qu’il était tard. Le lendemain matin en me réveillant je reçois un mail de Booking me disant que l’hôtel a annulé ma réservation parce que je ne me suis pas présenté. Deuxièmement, j’ai demandé une deuxième carte d’accès à la chambre puisque nous sommes deux, ce qui a été refusé. Troisièmement, si vous aimez les compagnon rongeurs, cet hôtel est parfait pour vous. Puisque que l’on a eu la chance d’observer un rat traverser le couloir.

- Leanne (7/5): - Room was nice. Wifi worked well. Bathroom was a good size. We wanted to check in 6 hours early and they were trying to charge us the full price of the room. We eventually settled on a lower rate to check in 5 hours early. Furniture had some stains. Room was off main road so we could hear the traffic all the time.
