- Osimek1 (2/5): Mess, mess, mess, ignoring clients. No more!! - It exists... nice beach, and parking place. I believe that mess that we have found destroyed everything... To be honest - rather big apartment, unfortunately dirty carpet, and AC which should be cleaned smells a bit - we have to air out, and keep laundry doors closed to be able to live there...
I'm pretty sure that lady which was cleaning did her best, but a lot of thinks should be fixed.
Beach is very nice, as it is far to the city it was calm, live music in the beach bar - awesome.
Neighborhood - saying that "it is calm" is like to say nothing... But it is really nice. Let's start with the communication with object. You can see that check in start at 3PM - at 1:30PM I received a message via what's app (also there was a message on the booking - I don't know if it was sent earlier), that they are unable to prepare apartment for us before 8PM... Few minutes later I got another message - that I have to make a transfer of 250€ (deposit) to specific account - without that transfer they will not give me a keys. I was prepared to pay that deposit, but asking me to make a transfer 1 hour before I arrived... It was disturbing and uncomfortable. Luckily sending a transfer confirmation solved a problem.
I need to mention that they have agreed that I can park a car, and left some staffs before apartment has been cleaned. Additionally I told, that I'm with kids, and I would like to be informed as soon as apartment has been cleaned. We didn't get any message.
Now let's describe what's inside:
- bathrooms (both) - I was afraid to take a shower - for me mold on the wall tiles is unacceptable, instead of remove it, it was painted out
- in the leaving room there are some carpets - but there is no vacuum cleaner so they are dirty.... when I was looking what stinks, I have raise one of them - a lot of sand and dust flew out of it
- air condition should be cleaned
- we had to throw away leftovers of the previous tenants
- paint is peeling off the walls in the hallway
Outside:
- I booked that apartment because I loved the garden - but you need to take your own chairs or use some towels if you want to sit on the chairs that you can find in the garden.... Chairs in the garden are super dirty. We didn't spend event 10 minutes in the garden :(
- There are 2 terraces - rooftop - there were some trashes, on the "ground floor" as above - dirty...
- Of course ash tray full.
