Bojana (7/5): - - The apartment is fully equipped regarding to the kitchen and other appliances - Phenomenal location compared to Sagrada Familia and good connection with tram and buses - Late check-in is charged with an hourly rate (the later the higher the price) - The key collection location is too far from the location of the apartment itself

Bettina (5/5): Nice Spot, Poor Service - The location is really good. The communication with the company who manage the apartment was quite bad, they gave us wrong keys, after calling them they said ok and hang up. They never told us what should we do or what they would do to solve it, they seen the texts we wrote but never replied back. After almost an hour, the agent who gave the keys to us came back but the people we called or texted were not helpful.
