- Guest (4/5): - 台所以外の設備は良かった とにかく清掃が悪い。前に宿泊した人（おそらく中華系）が残したゴミ（インスタント食品のタレの切れ端）が台所とダイニングに落ちていて，ニオイがひどかった。それ以外にも，洗面所の髪の毛や紙屑のゴミなど，3cm以上のゴミが複数箇所に落ちたままだった。

- Dirk (10/5): Very nice and large apartment in the heart of Ghent. - The apartment is located in the heart of Ghent and is very spacious and nicely furnished. The living room and terrace invite you to linger. The huge dining table is also very pleasant. The kitchen is very well equipped, even with an induction cooker. The bathroom and toilet are very clean and equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is very bright but can also be darkened well. If I am in Ghent again, I will be happy to stay here again. Unfortunately, there are two or three little things that I didn't like. There is no coat rack in the hallway. The stairwell is very noisy. Unfortunately, the smell from the restaurant wafts strongly into the apartment. Unfortunately, there is only one drinking glass in the kitchen – wine and champagne glasses are sufficiently available.
- Philip (8/5): Disappointed - The location was great and the interior was large and freshly painted. Constant messaging before arrival was annoying, as we were not always able to respond quickly. Although spotless, the apartment had very few normal amenities such as soap, shampoo, face and kitchen towels. The spiral staircase was narrow and wobbly, making it difficult to get large luggage upstairs, especially for older people.

Had to use head torches to read in bed, so a couple of bedside lamps please. And a couple more pillows as one of the 2 provided was too solid
