• John (8/5): Far from the madding crowd⁹ - Cottage had all we needed, quiet, good cooking and washing facilities. Air conditioning was essential at times and worked well. Location was great, near public boat service, supermarket and 10 minutes to more central area of island. Leonardo and team most helpful in getting us there and offering assistance if needed throughout stay ( not needed). Garden furniture could be cleaner and sunshade made usable - too hot to sit outside with no shade. But otherwise we had no issues about accommodation. It took us a few days to fathom the water services to travel around, can't buy tickets for public transport from nearby boarding point so next time buy the tickets in advance.
• Daniel (10/5): For the ultimate Venetian experience, Anna's Garden Venice is a perfect spot for all you could want! - -The property is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Venice. -There is a supermarket only 2 mins walk away from the property - a Conad. -The host is friendly and extremely helpful with any questions and requests one may have. -The facilities are clean, tidy, and all you could want - the kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/plates etc. -The property is secure and feels safe. -There is a vaporetto (public water bus) station (Sant' Alvise) just 2 mins walk away. -Nice local cafes, bakeries, and bars in the area. -Fantastic air conditioning system. -For people who are coming to Venice for the Venice Film Festival, the property is quite far away from the Lido. But this is not a fault of the property; it is just something to be aware of. -The public water bus services can be quite expensive at €9.50 per trip. But again, this has nothing to do with the property itself; it is just a note about Venice in general.
• Frederik (9/5): amazing - The space and the garden were outstanding for Venice. The location near to railway and vaporetto were great. Small things could be added such as powder for washing machine (now had to buy full bottle for 1 washing) and a towel to dry the dishes
• Lavinia (10/5): Great stay in Canareggio - Comfy apartment in Canareggio, close to S Alvise vaporetto station. The place was very quiet and sparkling clean and has all the amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning...). It's in a very quiet area, far from the hustle and bustle of the center, but everything is within easy reach, either by a short walk or by vaporetto. The renter was very welcoming and really made a great effort to help me feel at home! Nothing

• Martin (9/5): Nice place for a good price. I was off season so maybe it will go up - Location, space and a well stocked kitchen. No bed light! In fact, the way the light switches were laid out was very non intuitive. The olive oil jug was empty, I wish I had noticed that earlier.
• Nicole (6/5): Overall, a pleasant stay but it could have improved with better cleaning - This is a lovely garden flat in a nice location away from the main tourist areas - we always stay in this area. The staff very very helpful and accommodating, and responsive. We were allowed to leave the luggage in storage after check out, which was very appreciated. The flat in generally well appointed and welcoming, with a large kitchen / reception and a large bedroom. We were grateful to be able to cook and eat at home. The garden area was nice I generally don’t like to leave bad reviews, but unfortunately this time I need to point a few issues. The main one is that the cleaning staff did a really poor job at cleaning the area behind the bed. Our daughter had a very bad allergic reaction, and we realise that the area behind the bed had not been cleaned properly and there were big clumps of dust. The agency offered to send a cleaner, but it was Sunday and the cleaners were not available. The bed area overall could do with a deep clean as the shelves around the bed are also not completely clean. Second, the spare bed for our nanny was put on the kitchen, but there are no blinds or curtains there so it was very bright in the morning. Third, while we appreciated the ability to cook at home, the kitchen lacked some essential equipment (ladle, cutting board, wooden spoons etc) - it would be good to have it stocked a little better.
• Grzegorz (10/5): Wonderful stay! - It was my second stay in Anna’s Garden Venice this year. I really love that place. Its a very comfortable place and very good located: just a few steps to the public transportation( water transfer ), 5 minutes to the local super market, 23 minutes to the San Marco Square and you need to cross only one or two bridges( 5 minutes) to reach local bars and restaurant. You live among Italians, this neigorhood is not a very touristy place. Additionally you have support and help- if needed- from your host. I highly recommend! Everything was good

• Courteb (9/5): Great get away - Great little apartment with plenty of space! The large central area with the kitchen was great to hang washing inside. And of course plenty outside. The air conditioning was amazing after the Venetian humidity. Kitchen was very usable, however there needs to be a spatula and a kitchen teatowel. Communication was excellent! The staff are amazing :) The location is away from the main tourist areas of Venice which was a nice quiet start and end to the day, however does mean walking a bit more everyday :) Also many great dating and drinking areas in the areas. The shower needs a bit of a more intense clean. Otherwise everyone else was great!

• Eva (9/5): Superb - Nice private apartment in a backyard, very quiet without close neighbors. Possible to sunbathing in the garden. Residential area, few tourist, lovely buildings and canals. Grocery store nearby, restaurants two canals ( 5-10 min) away. Very close to the interesting Jewish quarter. Close to ferry station (3 min) which takes you to the beach (Venice beach) or San Marco. Railway station 15 min. walking distance, San Marco 30 min if you prefer to walk. Air conditioning works well. Would prefer softer pillow.

• Anna (10/5): I highly recommend 🙂 - Great location! Close to the park where you can see free theatre performances 🙂 And two canals away there are plenty of nice places for wine and cicchetti ☺️
• Arisa (9/5): Superb - Anna's Garden is spacious and had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and made check in/out very easy. It is tucked away in the Cannaregio neighbourhood, which is a lot more quiet and cosy compared to central Venice.
• Joaquin (10/5): amazing location and very comfortable - the place is located in a “non touristic” part of Venice, which really makes the stay amenable, you really feel at home in the heart of Venice. the place has a very nice interior garden and an amazing supermarket 2 blocks away. Venice has a touristic tax. nothing related to the place itself
