Abigail (10/5): - This apartment has a perfect location, 12 minutes from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station, and 10/20 minute walks to all the historic center of the city. Great location, Great service 10/10 i would definitely book here again
jeanette (8/5): - Wonderful location, very central. Good size, spacious . However, the bathroom drainage is challenging.water flow very slow and caused the water flow out .no water kettle to make tea , no sponge to clean dishes and no dish washing soap. Need improvement in kitchen

Marcela (10/5): A flat I would recommend - Very spacious and well clean. Good location. Erika, was super friendly and we were in good communication once she contacted me. Booking messages seem not to work. It was quite noisy although all the windows were closed. But the old windows of the flat give it the charm!! The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, there was no kettle and no cloth for cleaning or drying. Said that I still recommend it!

Didem (7/5): very good location but noisy - It has a The hotel is located on an extremely busy street, and the noise level was high. Starting as early as 5:30 AM, the sound of delivery trucks arriving at the nearby shops disrupted our sleep. The noise continued well into the night due to the numerous restaurants in the vicinity, making it difficult to get any rest. Additionally, the amenities provided were quite lacking. For a three-night stay with three people, we were only given two tiny mini boxes of shampoo or an insufficient amount of toilet paper so I had to purchase extra toilet paper. There was a coffee machine in the room, but not a single capsule was provided as a courtesy—a first in all my travels.convenient location close to the major sights seeing.
